One minor nitpick from the subtitles I'm watching, not just karekatsu, but in a lot of dramas, but I guess it does relate to the show, but why do people sub, especially company-sanctioned subtitles use the first name when we clearly hear the characters say the last name?

For example, we hear Tanaka Kazuhito say "Natsukawa", but the subs either read "Ryo" or "Ryota"

Same with familial terms, we hear the characters say "onii-chan", 'kaa-san", "tou-san", "nee-san" and what not but the subs read the name of the character like for example we hear "nii-san" but the subs read "Ryota"

Why is that?

Why can't you just put the actual translations or the actual words they're saying? I just don't get it.

The very fact that Takahashi Fumiya has acrophobia, but he's suspended a lot of times in this trailer alone, is impressive. It's a testament to his commitment to his craft as an actor.

I do feel sorry for him at the same time, but there is a chance that he has outgrown that fear.
