Took a gander at Google Translating the image, and you're right! He was admitted to a university's Department of Media Studies and Information Sciences and it could be narrowed down/related to the three degrees mentioned.

I don't know about other college students but when I was in college, I always stressed myself about college, even as simple as reading up on the material assigned.
