Ok more on MW!Lifeweaver basically being Poison Ivy but with more specification. Along with what I think MW!Mei is like cause I also see a Poison Ivy Parallel with her.

The thing is with a mirror verse is that yes, it is a twisting of morals and that is mainly what is focused on, but it can also be a twisting of key moments or key characteristics of a character. A good example of this is Tracer, from what we know Lena's backstory is the same up until her accident, to which the key twist is her reaction to what happened to her. Instead of hope she turned to anger and vengeance.

Now let's look at Lifeweaver and Mei in this context;

The mirror version of Lifeweaver would very obviously still be with Vishkar, but there is also the fact that there needs to be more then that otherwise he just turns into Symmetra. Another key part of Lifeweaver is that he cares a lot not just about the environment but people. A twisted version of that would be apathy. He would know that Vishkar is a shitty company, an organization that does more bad then good, he just wouldn't care. I also think that Biolight would be a result of him experimenting with plants (specifically poisonous ones like @dawnthefox24 suggested). However I think that Niran's apathy in this universe would prevent him from moving up in Vishkar, yes I think he'd be high ranking and yes I think he'd work with Talon (he'd probably like it more in Talon), but he wouldn't be an elite. Honestly I could see him only really being present at meetings as Lucio's second in command or something.

Basically MW!Lifeweaver would be a mix of Moira and Symmetra.

As for Mei I think she'd be like Lena in the fact that everything about her backstory stays the same except her reactions. Like Lifeweaver, I think MW!Mei would be a lot like Poison Ivy but she'd lean more into the eco terrorism. Essentially she'd see how unstable the weather and the general environment are getting and be pissed that no one in the world is doing anything besides Overwatch. Then the cold snap happens, her team dies and she sees what happened to Overwatch and instead of seeking out the reformed one, she seeks out Talon. Not because she's angry at Overwatch, she's seen that they tried to help, but because she thinks that at this point, the world doesn't deserve Overwatch's help, doesn't deserve her help. They made their bed, they bit the hand that feeds, now the world needs to deal with the consequences. She'd basically be a Talon agent but have no true animosity towards Overwatch, probably still liking and respecting them, but seeing them as too kind, too forgiving. When the world turns it's back on you, you make them regret that choice.

Meanwhile, in the living area of Overwatch HQ, some of the heroes there are relaxing on the couch or on the floor watching tv. Also Sombra is there too because she sorta invited herself in.

However, Symmetra waltz in looking anxious as ever. This got the attention of the gorilla-sized, (and gorilla in general) scientist Winston.

Winston: What's the matter Satya?

Symmetra: Just feeling a bit anxious at the moment...nothing too much to trouble yourselves over, I swear!

As Symmetra tried to back track her footsteps to a nearby hallway, Sombra appears in front of her, having a smug look as she wrapped an arm around Symmetra's neck.

Sombra: Aw, c'mon now Sym. What's gotten a genius like you so hexed? You can tell us, we won't spew it out to others~.

Symmetra: Okay first off, you are the first person I'd tell about it...second being D.va.

D.va: Hey, what I'd do?!

Symmetra:You still owe Mei the truth on who really outted her for that blizzard last summer!

D.va: Uhm...no comment.

Symmetra: Secondly, this is a bit of a personal matter between me and someone else. I'd doubt you'd be able to-

Tracer: Is this about Jamison's morale?

Sombra: Oh?

Symmetra: LENA!!

Tracer: Oops! Uh, rewind the moment?

D.va: It has been a bit less loud lately too.

Winston: I ran into him and was bracing for him to start shouting nonsense but...nothing came out of him.

Tracer: I did get a hunch of him not being himself but didn't think much of it, what do ya think is wrong?

Symmetra: I truly would like to know. But when I looked in his quarters, he wasn't there. I tried asking Junker Queen but she...

Meanwhile, Symmetra is seating on a couch next to Sombra who was smiling proudly at the situation they were in. Meanwhile Pharah was staring daggers at them both while Ana drank tea.

Symmetra: ...I-

Pharah: What did you say to him.

Symmetra: What?

Pharah: So you mean to tell me, you had no idea what was wrong with him, and couldn't guess to try asking us first?!

Symmetra: I'm sorry, it's guess I tried the usual spots he would be around and-

Pharah, now standing up: And what?! The moment he came into our room, quietly without be rowdy, we both waited for some outburst or for him to jump on the sofa your on. But nothing! Mi mama tried to call him over, nothing! I tried to get his attention, intimate him at best, but nothing! Hell, we even called Roadhog for Christ sakes but even he didn't know how to get Jamison out of that room. And you think you can?!

Everyone was stunned on Pharah emotions, even Sombra. It was no secret Pharah still held resentment on Ana adopting the two Junkers but they grew on her for the most part. Still, even Sombra had to admit this was too far as she saw Symmetra trying to plead her case but failing even to say a complete sentence.

Sombra: Okay, now that was a low blow rocket girl.

Pharah: And why are you here?! You helped us out once, so that makes us buddy-buddy?!

Sombra: I'm only here because Hana wanted me to see the new game they bought! My visit only got longer because I'm trying to solve this issue as much as you are, and yelling at the person's partner isn't gonna solve much!

Pharah: And what do you know about a relationship?! Much less than this bitch!

Sombra: SHE IS AT LEAST DATING SOMETHING YOU SCUMBAG!

Pharah: Oh you!

Symmetra: I get it!

Both of the ladies who were at each other's throats looked over towards Symmetra with Ana still remaining silent throughout it all.

Symmetra, almost on the brink of tears: Y-Your right. I'm a terrible partner! I'm so sorry for bothering you both, I'll just-

Ana: Enough.

Now the attention was on Ana, who put down her cup and looked over at a crying mess Symmetra was at that moment.

Ana: Fareeha. I know you're upset about your brother, but don't you think you could cut Satya a break already? She came all this way out of her of us for doing what you just did just now, in the same of finding out where Jamison is.

Pharah: But she...right mama, I'm sorry.

Ana: Mhm, and Sombra.

Sombra: Yes abuela?

Ana: I didn't get the chance to thank you for last time you helped us, and as a token of my thank you, you can remain her for an hour more. But please go back to your side of this war, alright?

Sombra: Anything for you.

Ana: Now, Satya.

Symmetra: Yes?

Ana: I believe someone is looking for you.

Ana looked over Symmetra, as did the others with Sombra doing a audible gasp. Symmetra cod already smell the gunpowder residue behind her and quickly turned around to see the Junker of the hour. Jamison stood there, in shock at how many people were there.

Jamison: Uh, hey Sym. You uh, you came just for me right?

Symmetra: ...

Jamison: Listen, you can come inside the room with me if you wanna, I just needed some sleep for pulling some of those earlier missions. Haven't really be myself since, y'know?

Symmetra: I...I thought something was seriously wrong with you.

Junkrat: Oh yeah, that. Ran into a little quarrel with some blokes from way back. But I'm alright, honestly!

Junkrat smiled at Symmetra as he let out a hearty laugh. This got a good reaction out of Symmetra, who in turned hugged him tightly.

Junkrat: Oy, oy! They're watching, hands above the waist Satya!

Symmetra: Shh, I'm just glad you're still you...

Junkrat, flustered and red as a tomato: R-Right, ehm...how about you join me for a nap then?

Symmetra: Yes please.

Junkrat giggled as he picked Symmetra up, gaining a squeal out of her as he waltzed back into his room, leaving a cackling Sombra, horrified Pharah, and quiet chuckling Ana to themselves.

Sombra: *Currently laughing her ass off.*

Pharah: Oh my- YOU BETTER NOT MAKE A MESS IN THERE!

Ana: Hm...

Pharah: What is it now mama?

Ana: I always thought you'd give me grandkids first, guess I was wrong.

Sombra: OHHH NOOO! THIS IS PRICELESS!

Pharah: I'M GOIN FLYING!

Sombra: For a husband, or a mission?

Pharah: TO THE SUN!

insists he’s the best at claw machine games

he is not.

however he will spend all day and all the money he has just so he could get you whatever prize you wanted

unrelated but Mako is probably crazy at claw games

keeps promising he’ll win it for you but progressively gets worse and worse at the game

eventually gets annoyed and starts shaking the machine

please walk away it’s so embarassing

if that doesn’t work he will literally break the glass and just grab the toy for you

gets down on his knee like a dork and hands it to you

“for you, little cricket”

grabs your hand and runs away giggling from security

you’re legally obligated to keep the toy forever or else he’ll get sad

Mei:

probably average at the claw game

she won’t try all day but if you really want it, she’ll give it at least ten tries

gets kind of confused when she can’t win and decides to apply some science to it

literally calculates a bunch of math based on how fast it moves, how far away it is, size of everything etc

the math still doesn’t help

some kid probably comes up and does it on the first try and she’s staring at them like ‘how’

is completely focused on this damn claw machine now just to get you a little plushy

please bring her a drink or something to boost her mood

when you walk away she’ll try to put her hand in the machine but her arms are too short :(

in the end she recruits snowball and together they manage to get you your little plushy ^^

however she feels so guilty about it after she has to confess to you

Sombra:

she will never let herself be defeated by ANY machine

she’ll probably tell you to win it for yourself and lean against the machine with a smirk while she watches you

you’ll pout at her and beg for her help but she wants to see how ‘dedicated’ you are first (whatever that means)

eventually she gives in (she can never resist you) and steps up to try the game

and immediately loses.

doesn’t even try again, she just hacks it and forces it to do whatever she wants

doesn’t just grab you one plushy, she practically cleans out the whole machine

“liv can we just leave? people are starting to stare?”

“just one more, cariño”

it will not be just one more, but how can you resist when she’s being so sweet?

Venture:

dork ass steps right up the minute you press your face on the glass and coo about how cute it is

“don’t worry babe, I got this”

(they really do not)

they will hyperfocus on it and play it for literal hours

they’re not even bad at it—they keep winning prizes, just not the one that you want

you could leave for ten minutes and come back and they’ll still be trying it

after maybe an hour of playing they get you to stand on the side and shake it for them

if that doesn’t work, they try to shove their arm up there but they’re so muscly they get stuck

you end up having to call the fire department to get them unstuck lol

and the owner of the place feels so bad (or maybe embarrassed) for you guys that they unlock the machine and just give you the toy
