I love to believe that Taylor is absolutely CRACKED at video games, specifically first-person shooters and her skills absolutely terrify Daniel. She’s one of those crazy players who hop around and dodge every bullet…while still somehow killing people.

Daniel would try playing with her but get salty when she does so much better than him. Though he wouldn’t show it, he can’t cope with the thought that Taylor is better at video games than him. It definitely hurt his ego to see her do better than him..

Plus, her play style just scares him. She’s absolutely unhinged and it seems as though she goes in without any plan…which is exactly what she does. She can’t just sit around and wait for something to happen, so she MAKES something happen.

man I mean just. the SMFS album lettering is made of clay. the cover art is an actual physical painting. there's a lot less fx on the album as a whole than Mania (which is NOT a knock on my bbg Mania btw, just pointing out the different approach) or even SRAR and ABAP. the songs sound basically the same live as they do on the record because the production is so minimal. they have a huge vinyl dog head onstage with them, that they touch and interact with and talk to (and, in Pete's case, get eaten by). the attic scene is made by lowering a piece of rigging to literally make the stage smaller. there's actually a LOT of sets especially comparatively to their previous tours, the rigging around the stage is done up almost as a physical frame for it. they only have one screen onstage and it's small, its purpose is to be the 8-ball and to add a little bit of texture to the wider design. the backdrops, even the new desert scene for 2ourdust, are physical backdrops — one of which was made by one of Pete's kids — not LED or projections. the album title is made of clay. it's about existing in the world, making things so you feel alive, making the world a little more fuckin weird! do you get it yet?

I think part of the reason stevepop is so tragic to me is that Steve builds himself entirely around Soda. he wouldn't be nothin without him. n maybe he hates him for that sometimes. but he's always been one half. Steve of Steve n Soda. n he knows he ain't nothin without him. n most days? well that's OK. but somewhere. deep deep down in soda knows the truth. that Steve is the outlet for all the things soda can't give to nobody else. all the anger n thoughtlessness. all the impulsiveness that's fun until the come down. all the bad soda puts away n shoves down n keeps from his brothers cause hes always gotta keep them goin n balanced n happy by bein grinnin n sun n the soda they think he is. soda knows the truth somewhere inside him. Steve would be just fine without soda. soda could never live without steve.

hello. can anyone hear me Why is no one talking about this

i genuinely think this whole entire scene was foreshadowing for what was about to come. the thing rella says, for sure, telling fidelio to live or else his treatment had been for nothing. in the end his survival from his infection had saved a family's life at a later date–with his chosen sacrifice, of course.

but i cant get over how these scenes play out. how basilio tells him to "keep up" immediately after junah says "ugh, you do know im not a child anymore"

basilio is winning their race. it wasnt supposed to be one to begin with, rella just wanted to know if del could manage running to make sure his foot was really okay, but still- bas was the one going forward.

hes not stuck in the past like del is. hes growing, meeting and trusting new people, questioning their cause in spite of how long they've worked for louis. del is the one that cant let go, especially not of his baby brother.

he knows. and despite how proud he is–he's not ready to let go of basilio.

Designs under the cut!

VRISKA:

Vriska has an extra set of arms that they can retract and extract whenever they please. However, they usually keep those arms hidden.

The long needle she's holding is her trusty sword that she's used since her pirate days. She doesn't use it as much as she used too, but it's good to keep it on her for self defense in case of an emergency.

The marks on thier neck and shoulders aren't tattoos, they're birthmarks.

Good at sewing, as she often would have to fix her coat after getting into epic pirate sword fights. Sara and Vriska are sewing buddies!

It is unknown why they're unable to sleep, but while the rest of the team sleeps they often find themselves wandering around and doing whatever they want.

Artist's note: I based Vriska's design off the fact that I wanted to make her look like a bootleg version of the og Vriska. As in "Hey that's Vriska" but also "That's not VRISKA" if you get what I mean

MALL BINGO:

Trained herself to become resistant to poison (and by "trained" I mean she just ate a bunch of poison until her body became almost immune to it... please don't try this at home.)

Often goes scavenging for items when she's doesn't feel like robbing someone. If she's lucky enough she'll find some good items scattered around because "stupid trainers often leave good shit on the ground for some reason" (due to all the items you can pick up from the ground ingame lmao)

Mal lost her leg in one of her first heists, after she and another pawmi tried stealing from the wrong person at the worst possible time.

The gun she keeps with her wasn't originally hers, it belongs to someone else.

On a more positive note, Mal has plenty of stories and tall tales to share. She learned them from the eldest in her little pawmi group, as they would often tell her stories before going to sleep. Mal will often share those same stories with Peppy Jr and Mykyie Jr.

Can and will bite you. You won't be expecting it. Be warned.

GRUNPILO:

Due to his abundantly long hair, Grunpilo often lets Mal play around with it and style it however she wants.

It is unknown how or why he picked up on puppetry specifically, but it makes him happy so who are we to judge?

Speaking of which, he creates his own puppets by hand, from simple sock puppets to marionettes on strings. The two hand puppets shown are his favorite ones though.

Sometimes he'll be found speaking to them as if they're real.

Not good in social situations or confrontation, so Mal will sometimes have to speak for him. ("EXCUSE ME! He asked for no pickles!" /ref)

EXTREMELY light, very easy to pick up.
