So, we know Garthy is Ayda's kids (or well, a previous Ayda, which isn't really current Ayda, our beloved, but technically is, so roll with me here)

Fig's mom, Sandra-lynn has a new boyfriend, Jawbone, and they're steady and commited enough that they all live together, thus making him Fig's stepdad

BOTH Sandra-lynn and Jawbone have had a (sort of) relationship with Garthy.

Now, in cannon there isn't much said about him after Sandralynn and them leave on pretty good terms, but in my headcanon, all three of em are def in a poly relationship. Def open, but you're not convincing me that with that door to Leviatgan Right There, they don't meet up regularly, which leads to Things Happening.

So, Fig is dating Ayda, Garthy's Mom/sort child, who has (slash is dating) dated 2 of Fig's parents. AND grandchild to her principal.

it’s late and i’m not rlly tired so i was just thinking and now i’m here to share my late night thoughts :)

soooo this is ‘Rapunzels Tangled Adventure’ (my current addiction - has been for a couple years tbh) and ‘Once Upon a Time’ my always addiction (for 12 (going on 13) years - since i was 7). Just relating Cass and Raps to Mulan and Aurora…

Mulan and Aurora’s relationship in OUAT absolutely rips my heart apart - Mulan being completely and fully in love with Aurora but not being able to tell her cuz of her relationship with Philip.

And then there’s Cass and Raps’ relationship which (a lot less obviously stated but is very much hinted at in many ways and confirmed outside of the show i think?) that Cass has feelings for Rapunzel but cannot tell her cuz of her relationship with Eugene.

And then there’s the fact that Mulan and Cass will do anything and everything to protect Aurora and Raps.

And thennnnnn there’s the looks of absolute love and adoration that Mulan and Cass give Aurora and Raps.

There’s writing on it cuz i got it from tiktok, whoopsies (@alex..springs on tiktok is who i got the cass one from, they make incredibleeee edits! lots of cassunzel ones!🤭🥰💗)

How has it been 7 years since I stopped watching OUAT and Emma and Regina still take up so much of my time. Like SwanQueen just hits different, forever living rent free in my head tbh.

I think they are genuinely the one ship I will never be okay with not being Cannon (also Cartinelli, but mainly SQ)

Watching Haley Whipjack OUAT review and being abble to move on for somethings on the show (mostly SwanQueen not being cannon because Hook and Robin are okay) while being still upset with others (Nealfire could've lived and just not being romantically involved with Emma) but mostly realizing that while it got to points were I started hating characthers I used to love before for a lack of development (Rumple having the same arc again and again) the only characther I never was fully abble to like was Zelena because she was introduced with very weird predatory vibes and she just kept going for no reason.

Oh boy that's an interesting question :D

Probably the only AU I've thought of is a kinda 'coffee shop' AU where no one has powers and whatnot. Believe it or not, I actually have some of it laid out lol

Bal Coffee Shop AU 

Mal runs a ‘hipster’-ish coffee shop that’s decorated with spray paint art that she does personally. 

-Cousin of Uma: who works at her mother’s fish pub causing tension with her other cousins who think overfishing damages the ocean. 

-Friends with Evie, Jay, Harry, Carlos, and Gil

-Evie manages her own design company and Gil helps out

-Carlos is a Veterinarian  

-Jay is a professional athlete, teases Mal for having ‘mainstream’ friends while maintaining her ‘grunge’ image

-Harry works part time at the coffee shop and the other half with Uma

-The denial still exists, much to everyone’s frustration.

-The coffee shop is a split off of Olympus Coffee Company, a conglomerate that was on every corner. 

-Hades (her father) runs it but gets criticized by other CEOs for being too soft on customers, looking the other way if someone’s short on cash, giving free food to the homeless, etc. 

-Hadie (her brother) volunteers at the local community garden their mother set up

Ben is the son of a wealthy publishing company CEO (Belle) and politician (Beast). Everyone thinks he’s going to follow in his father’s footsteps. 

-Dating Audrey, the daughter of a wealthy florist conglomerate and Congressman. 

-Best friends with Emir and Akiho

-Emir runs a non profit soup kitchen despite being the middle son of a Congresswoman 

-Akiho runs an ice cream truck in the summer and helps his dad run their ice rink in the winter rather than volunteer as a congressional aid for his mother

-His father volunteers to be Santa every year because he inherited his family’s reindeer farm

-His aunt runs the books for the ice rink 

-Lonnie’s a professional athlete but comes home every off-season

Otherwise, everything else is more crossovers (LOTR, Liv and Maddie, GoT...possibly OUAT if I can figure out how to make it so Baelfire's still alive...). Though they'll have to wait until I publish what I'm already working on :D

Jefferson is such an underutilized character in OUAT. He only appeared in - what - three episodes? But he’s made a lasting impression on the fandom. What is it about him that makes you so compelled to write him?

Yes! Absolutely, Jefferson was criminally underused in OUAT. Six episodes (and one uncredited according to IMDB), but yes... again, such an impression, and as my tag says, "I will always write Jefferson."

For me, Jefferson is a multifaceted enigma. He's erratic, and yet loyal. He's an amazing father, and yet has lost his daughter. He's mild mannered, and yet incredibly dangerous, both at the same time. The man's a walking contradiction - and that's just cannon.

He's the watcher in the woods (literally sometimes). He can slip into any situation unnoticed, unless he wants to be noticed, and he's loaded with so many possibilities for what happened, how he came to know Rumplestiltskin, and just what was their relationship back in the EF?

I want so badly to find answers to those questions that work in whatever fics I include Jefferson, and that's why he's so compelling to me.

And then there's AU... and oh my god, where do I start? He could be anything we want him to be.... anyone. Hard ass FBI agent? No problem. Flamboyant, sexy mixologist on a cruise ship? Perfect, (makes me want to write more of that). Disenchanted 'Mad Hatter' in an AU wonderland...? And that's just a few of my Jeffersons-in-the-works.

I don't see my tag going away any time soon.

I know that the original concept was that the descendant’s character designs were based of the original Disney animated characters, but let’s be forreal the characters didn’t really look like their parents…

Besides similar (sometimes barely) colour pallets Mal doesn’t really look like the Disney animated Maleficent.

But she does look like…

I know Otat is canon divergence but will the story continue to follow the shows plot eventa to the end or will some thing completaly changed ?

It is a complete cannon divergence. The show is non-existent and these are actually a few decades, if not centuries between the Omega Lock Activation and the events in OUAT. I may make some allusions to events that would have happened for the cackling fate/easter egg potential, but other than that this AU is completely removed from cannon.

... I should probably add that tag on AO3 now that I think about it
