Organizational learning is a significant process of knowledge gain.

Any organization in general is said to develop and progress over a period of time in terms of experience, stability, financial improvement, etc. While experience as such will not alone be able to create knowledge, a substantial amount of study of theoretical concepts is also very much necessary to achieve this sort of progression. This theoretical knowledge must be of a broad range and cover specific topics that enable the creation of a better organization in all aspects. The basic reasons for implementing organizational learning in an organization may be for many reasons, including increasing production efficiency and developing beneficial aspects such as enhancing the performance of staff and workers, which in turn will be helpful in the overall progression of the company or organization.
While training or learning is carried out at individual levels, in groups of similar departments, or in organizations, there has to be a way of assessing the progress and the possible benefits that it may bring about. Organisational Development is usually assessed by a learning curve. This shows a clear-cut relationship between the production or service and its efficiency, reliability, quality, and so on, in order to introduce any possible strategies that may be needed. Likewise, any possible improvements in the organizational technology, structure, routine, and method are dependent on individual proficiency and capabilities in comprehending the concepts and implementing them for the betterment of the company.
Nevertheless, organizational learning is a process that enables the business house to stand out in competitive and ever-changing environs with a possible increase in efficiency and returns. While individual workers or staff who have undergone the organizational learning concepts with sufficient knowledge and experience are primarily considered well-designed for creating new strategies, this conceptual knowledge can only facilitate erudition if it is transferred to the team in a proper and right way. If this is not done and the trained individual withholds the concepts or leaves the group, then it is a loss to the organization. In such cases, businesses must make every effort to preserve and sustain the acquired knowledge in other feasible ways. WinMakers Platform to assist clients in solving their distinct and unique issues. Our Digital Campus enables users to control their customized learning journeys through EMG's tailored programs. By focusing on the pipeline for developing human resources and talent development, operational performance and efficiency, automation and digitalization, and team building to create a sense of team and staff identity and alignment with the organization, EMG assists organizations in increasing the success of their organizations.

I can't stop thinking about the post from a few days ago about how Critical Role has been great at doing personal faith but didn't put the necessary work in to discuss the religious/god angle of c3 in-depth. Like the fact that Cardinal Respa was linked to both the Dawnfather and the Chained Oblivion is, on a personal level, very interesting (fallen/corrupted priest goes hard) but like does that mean that there's a Papacy somewhere in Exandria dedicated to the Dawnfather? If so, are there more cardinals who ordain the bishops of the Dawnfather? Are there Conclave-level intrigues going on in the Dawnfather's Sistine Chapel? Why is the Dawnfather so Christianity-coded in vibes alone if there's no actual outline of his religious organisations? With Downfall the Dawnchild/Dawnfather thing makes the allusions to Christ as Son of God co-existing with the Father textual - was there a Dawnfather Schism around whether the Dawnchild was a separate mortal? Was there a Reformation about how the Dawnfather's Pope kept selling indulgences? Is that why the priest of the Dawnfather Grog & Pike offer a drink to doesn't partake because of a cultural shift between Protestant-Temperance-League-coded and Catholic-coded Dawnfather congregations? Why do I have so many questions about the religious organisation of one of the most important Prime Deities in Exandria and to Critical Role's 3 campaigns? How on earth were the cast (and us as the viewers!) meant to care about the gods if all they had were "really tall kings" instead of interrogating how religious organisations provide both a place of healing and community to a wide range of people and also a place of horrific harm and abuse for a wide range of people?
#cr meta#cr discourse#critical role#it's just. maddening#i mean a college of cardinals who can all shoot god a quick dm and ask who's the best for pope is an absolutely hilarious image#makes for a great comedic setpiece tbh#but like seriously matt if your whole multi-campaign story needs people to have strong feelings about the gods beyond how they personally#affected them (keyleth vex and ashton come to mind as people who were negatively affected by certain gods due to personal reasons)#it might be a good idea to develop the religious organisations of these gods! let people see how these things work out instead of letting a#vibes-based approach to christianity rule the whole discussion! kord's whole deal about strong people is fascinating! are his priests all#body builders? do they have a central hierarchy based on strength? we don't know!#are the wildmother's clergy pro- or anti-alcohol? does she even have a clergy?#or are all the religious temples we have seen just set dressing because religious buildings in the real world just have cool designs?#is it because in fantasy the trope is that most protagonists don't care about religion and their temples are literally there for vibes?#i'm aware i'm getting way too close to stan-parasociality on that last point but if we have a cardinal “do we have a pope” is a logical#follow-up question. i'm aware there's not that much info in the campaign guides so that gms can do their own thing but in the#“the gods deserve to be eaten because they were mean to me” campaign surely a more interesting line would be “do the gods deserve us if#their organisations cause systemic harm as was done to bor'dor and........"#can you tell i don't want to do any actual work today. i sure can't#and yes i'm main-tagging this if people are hostile to me on the internet for this buddy there's a phenomenal button i'd like you to meet

Excerpt from this story from DeSmog Blog:
Climate campaigners have filed a complaint against WPP, the London-based advertising giant, with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), stating that it has violated key corporate guidelines on climate and human rights.
Adfree Cities and the New Weather Institute filed the complaint today with the UK branch of the OECD.
They charge that WPP’s work for major fossil fuel polluters like BP, Saudi Aramco and Shell, along with its work for other heavily polluting industries such as carmakers, airlines, and plastics, makes the company accountable for enabling pollution as well as human rights violations. According to DeSmog’s research, WPP — the world’s largest advertising agency by revenue — also works with TotalEnergies, as well as a number of other oil and gas clients.
“The complaint significantly raises the legal risks for advertising firms,” said Harj Narulla, a barrister representing the climate campaign groups and co-author of the complaint. “By continuing to work for polluting clients, WPP is failing to meet its own environmental commitments and contributing to harm on a global scale.”
The groups filed the complaint at the OECD’s “National Contact Point” in the UK, where WPP is headquartered. The campaigners say this is the first time the OECD has received a complaint against an advertising company.
“While claiming to take the climate crisis seriously, WPP has become the chief propagandist for some of the most polluting corporations on the planet — many of whom are shredding their own, already limited green pledges,” Andrew Simms, co-director of the New Weather Institute, told DeSmog. “This complaint is designed to compel WPP and its subsidiaries to comply with international rules it has signed up to, and the promises and claims it has made.”
Simms and his co-complainants say that WPP must disclose the emissions generated by its work for high-polluting clients, also known as “advertised emissions”; conduct due diligence to prevent damage to the environment and human rights as a result of its business operations; and drop clients not aligned with climate goals.
“All this would just bring WPP into line with what it already claims to live up to,” said Simms.
As of 2024, WPP had more fossil fuel industry contracts — at least 79 — than its major ad industry rivals, according to research by campaign group Clean Creatives.

Organisational learning and its standing in a company

There is a deliberation about organisational learning that says that companies already have their own professional internal training and development, which is quite sufficient to achieve the company’s set goals. But unfortunately, this concept does not hold true in all instances because, for any organization, a specific, well-planned learning strategy is indispensable if, at all, a comprehensive and competitive advantage and sustainable growth are desired by the company. The business environment changes faster than one can actually expect and, hence, can bring along the beginning of exciting new technology, thereby changing the way people think and their outlook.
In recent times, most of the population has hardly carried out any sort of communication without digital assistance or web reference. Hence, it has become quite inevitable to adapt to the new ways of doing things. Likewise, organizational change is not just a customary change or a routine but an essential strategy for instigating the growth and sustenance of the organization, and so this kind of change is rather a strategic development of an organization or a company.
While we discuss organisational development solutions, there are quite a few methodologies that are practiced in most companies. Among those, learning about the latest and most advanced technology is the most prevalent because, by the thumb rule, a technically advanced company always stands a better chance among the competitors and has more prospects to accomplish the desired targets and goals. By and large, technology upgrading and changing common business practices have rapidly transformed the status of businesses, and this is where organizational knowledge blended with comprehensive continuous learning is found to be critical.
Any organization’s key personnel and the relevant workforce need to continually learn to adapt and excel in a changing environment. By promoting organizational learning and creating knowledge-based strategies, organizational goals can be achieved. Developing a strategic learning process is nothing but a clear process of knowledge formation. Training consultants and training centers like EMG work to enhance the skills and capabilities of organizations by empowering company work forces with competencies that are necessary to achieve the desired business outputs.
We are very aware that every organization, whether from the same sector or industry or similar challenges, has initiated EMG to design and provide its own customized proven methodology in culture building, strategy development, organisational development solutions, and its own customized Win-Makers Platform to enable organizations to succeed in overcoming unambiguous professional challenges.

twas a gift to hear this human read out loud

Back in my mid-twenties when I decided I would, in fact, go to university after all, I studied history, the sciences, and educational theory w/a smattering of art. Very little literature, minimal poetry. My lifelong self-directed education on poetry has been, at best, cAsUaL. Which means I came to this experience with so.little.knowledge of Seamus Heaney or his work. WOW. The combination of Heaney's words + Ben's voice was a most excellent morsel to whet my appetite for more.
TY @amongthejumbledheap for posting about this in person + virtual event. I never would have known about it if not for your post. 💜 I sipped some citrusy-mint-water + thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
#learned a great deal - both head + heart knowledge#was moved to tears a few times#loved listening to ben's voice + watch his expressions#omg the laments?!!!#pushkin's the civil power?#and the bit he read at the end?! Enhancing CSR Impact through Collaboration with Marpu Foundation
The importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is higher than ever in the quickly changing business environment of today. Working together with like-minded organizations is crucial as companies look to improve society and the environment. The Marpu Foundation is one such collaboration that has a great deal of potential to increase the impact of CSR.
At the forefront of social change and sustainable development, the Marpu Foundation | NGO has established itself as a beacon of hope for communities worldwide. With a diverse portfolio of initiatives spanning education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and more, the foundation embodies a commitment to creating a better future for all.
"Marpu" - a synonym for transformation - was established by the respected National Youth Awardee, Mr. Kadiri Raghu Vamsi. Marpu Foundation | NGO focuses on harnessing the potential of individuals to bring about positive change in the world. With a team committed to effecting change and providing a supportive space for all, the Marpu Foundation earned the title of "The Best NGO in India" in 2020.
Emphasizing employee involvement and volunteering is one of the main features of the Marpu Foundation's CSR approach. It has over 80,261 volunteers and over 10,245,120 beneficiaries operating from 39 locations in 15 states. The themes of their work center on environmental sustainability, economic development, social development, and partnership for the goals.
Partnering with the Marpu Foundation not only enhances corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts but also significantly contributes to advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Marpu Foundation's projects are exemplary models of sustainable development, promoting social, economic, and environmental well-being. Here's how partnering with Marpu can boost CSR efforts and support SDGs, illustrated through some of their impactful projects:
1. Education Initiatives (SDG 4 - Quality Education): Marpu Foundation's education initiatives focus on providing quality education to underserved communities. Partnering with Marpu in these initiatives allows corporations to support SDG 4 by investing in programs that enhance access to education, improve literacy rates, and empower marginalized groups. For example, a partnership could fund the establishment of schools in rural areas, provide scholarships for underprivileged students, or support vocational training programs.

2. Clean Water and Sanitation (SDG 6 - Clean Water and Sanitation): Marpu Foundation undertakes projects aimed at ensuring access to clean water and sanitation facilities, particularly in areas facing water scarcity and poor sanitation. Collaborating with Marpu in such projects enables companies to address SDG 6 by funding the construction of water infrastructure, implementing water purification systems, or promoting hygiene awareness campaigns in communities lacking access to clean water and sanitation.
3. Women's Empowerment (SDG 5 - Gender Equality): Marpu Foundation is committed to promoting gender equality and women's empowerment through various initiatives such as skill development programs, entrepreneurship training, and advocacy for women's rights. Partnering with Marpu in these endeavors allows corporations to support SDG 5 by investing in projects that foster economic independence and social empowerment among women, thereby contributing to creating more inclusive and equitable societies.
4. Environmental Conservation (SDG 13 - Climate Action): Marpu Foundation actively engages in environmental conservation efforts aimed at mitigating climate change and preserving biodiversity. Corporations can enhance their CSR initiatives by partnering with Marpu in projects such as afforestation campaigns, sustainable agriculture practices, or renewable energy projects. By supporting these initiatives, companies can align with SDG 13 goals and demonstrate their commitment to environmental stewardship.
5. Healthcare Access (SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-being): Marpu Foundation works towards improving healthcare access and promoting health awareness in underserved communities. Collaborating with Marpu in healthcare projects allows corporations to contribute to SDG 3 by funding medical camps, establishing healthcare centers, or supporting vaccination drives. By investing in healthcare initiatives, companies can help reduce healthcare disparities and improve the overall well-being of communities.
In conclusion, partnering with the Marpu Foundation offers corporations a unique opportunity to bolster their CSR efforts while making meaningful contributions towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Through strategic collaborations with Marpu, companies can address pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges, driving positive change and creating a more sustainable future for all.
