In the digital age, where authenticity and connection drive consumer behavior, the role of a digital content creator in building brand identity cannot be overstated. These creative minds serve as conduits, translating brand values into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences, foster engagement, and establish lasting emotional connections. As content creator platforms continue to bridge the gap between creators and brands, the power of collaboration will only grow stronger.

As someone who has recently received a lot of random and anonymous hate, this is a great reminder that these people don't actually know you. They can say whatever the hell they want - they can even attack your character as a person - but at the end of the day, they don't really know who you are.
Try not to take their stupid comments personally because they're just some angry, bitter person behind a screen who is saying wild shit they'd never say to your face. They're hiding behind the anonymity of the internet and pretending that you aren't a real human person with real human feelings and are just some faceless, nameless entity they can project their hatred onto. It's almost never personal and says more about them than it does about you.
The thing with creating online content is that you just have to do it anyway, despite the hate you may receive, because someone will always disagree with you and your work - someone will always have some sort of "issue" with it. The fact of the matter is that you simply cannot please everyone, so you might as well do what makes you happy regardless. Who cares what other people think when you're genuinely enjoying yourself?
That said, however, if these hate messages are taking a toll on you, please remember that it's more than ok to prioritize your mental well-being and take a step back, no matter how big or small you feel your platform online is. You are entitled to be unreachable. Do whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and the happiest.
Anyway, I apologize for the insanely long add-on, Coin, and thank you for your original post! This was a perfect reminder to receive right now, and I hope it helps others just as much as it helped me. 🧡🪽
Y’all here’s the thing about creating online content, whether you wanna call it that or not: people are gunna disagree with you, they’re gunna get mad at you, they’re gunna give you shit.
I get it all the time, I have a good amount of followers and my posts get solid interaction (thank you btw 💕) so of course people show up and give me shit. You know what I do? Ignore it. That or I try to have a decent conversation if they seem willing.
You know what I never do? Take it personally. It’s not worth it, they don’t know who I am nor do they know anything about me except what they saw in a post or two.
Wanna get mad at my opinion? Ok. Wanna debate my research? Sure, let’s talk. Wanna just spew hate at me? Get blocked, bestie.
Don’t take silly little comments online personally and just post your practice. Create your content. Absorb helpful and informative messages from those who seek to understand and discard those who just wanna fight needlessly.

Is it just me or the easiest way to grow followers in this fandom is to actively engage in drama?

"You're being entitled!" These bitches are asking us to fund their Hollywood-quality content dreams like Walt Disney pleading a bank he was in debt to to give him another loan to finish Bambi, a movie that did not see any monetary success until it rereleased seven years later. I have to pay so much big money in medical expenses every month that I don't have any "treats" (a starbucks coffee, a different subscription, etc) I can go without. I'm not the entitled one here.

I think something that's often fundamentally misunderstood is teens and young adults appearing to always be on their phones.
It's not necessarily laziness or whatever other negative trait it has been connected to. For many people it's a safe place. The one safe place they have. It's where you go to seek refuge from your natural environment. Especially for neurodivergents, queers, victims of abuse and bullying, and people with disabilities.
You make friends and build your own community, you make memories, you share art, you share life experiences with like-minded people that may be in similar situations and you feel understood. You feel accepted and not judged. You feel loved.
Real life is rough and can be painful but our smartphones offer a different door for us. A door that leads to fandom, to music, to art, to passion and refuge.
So yes of course you choose to spend a majority of your time on your smartphone. Of course you would choose to feel safe and loved. Of course.
It's dry of judgement, it's filled with the warmth of a community that accepts you as you are, it fills your tummy with joy, with thrill, with excitement and love and it provides a safe haven like a roof over your head.
Of course this is where you want to be.
It's home.

If I've taken away anything from the Quinton Reviews situation, it's to never reach out to people I admire because they'll publicly shame me for being weird and awkward

"is gooseworx upset about digital circus becoming a cocomelon ass thing id be so angry lol" I cannot express to you how much they have achieved the DREAM for an online indie animator. they got millions of views with A PILOT ALONE! the original characters are already being cosplayed and the models are being thrown into random ass meme videos as if its a massively famous IP! all that with an indie 3D studio! AND the cg actually looks incredible!!! think they're gonna be okay if some content farms use their models for some brainrot finger family video.
