FORTUNA 🍀🕊️

named after the roman goddess of fate, FORTUNA is the debut album by the s-pop girl group, the fates. the album is filled with lush, unique melodies that perfectly compliments the women’s ethereal and peculiar charms. FORTUNA opens with an unbelievably dreamy and almost fairytale-like intro that melts into an euphorically rich and punchy deep-house title track. the album also includes songs ranging from calming bossa nova, upbeat saccharine pop, and r&b-tinged lullabies. the album itself perfectly captures the intense curiosity, nervousness, and giddiness of the three goddess-like figures and their hopeful late summer rendezvous with the oblivious morals they have observed from far, far away for their entire lives. one could only wonder for how long will these feelings of joy and wonder could last for these inquisitive deities before they have the chance to interact with the very same humans whose lives they have heavily impacted in both wonderful and terrifying ways.

Five stops.

Ryangyi sat almost perfectly in the center of the subway, positioned as if she was ready for a photo. Sat up, posture corrected. Her dark hair was tied back casually, a pair of sunglasses resting on the bridge of her small nose. It wasn’t bright enough for them, but no one seemed to take notice. To her right, her seat was empty. To her left, Sen sat alert, his attention locked on the door closest to them. She could feel his tension, and a hand reached out to give his arm a comforting squeeze. His eyes met her own and the two shared a silent nod.

Four stops.

She can still remember the exact moment she realized her and Sen shared a mutual connection outside of their careers. She was a nosy woman, with a tendency to eavesdrop or look over one's shoulder. A familiar name often popped up on his phone and at some point, Ryangyi felt herself grow suspicious of him. It wasn’t until he finally opened up to her one drunken night that they learned of the correlation in their private lives. A common enemy, one set out to target them both. Staying together like this was either extremely smart or extremely stupid. 

Three stops.

Everytime the transit doors opened, she could feel her throat tighten. Sen shifted slightly in his seat and to other passengers it probably looked as if he were just uncomfortable in the non padded benches. But she knew, and she shared the sentiment. They were so close to being far enough from the threat of… what exactly? She knew who they were running from, but not sure the threat that was made to Sen. All she knew was her name was mentioned to him at some point, and he had shown up in a haste, demanding she pack light and leave with him. 

Two stops.

They were almost there, more and more distance being put between them and Seoul with each passing minute, yet Sen’s unease didn’t dissipate. The unease radiating from him only heightened her own anxieties. The knowledge of danger paired with the ignorance of what exactly that danger is wasn’t a good mix, and suddenly Ryangyi could feel her demeanor match her friends. She trusted him, of course. He never gave her a reason not to. I can’t tell you, not here. Let’s go. Few words were spoken in the past several hours since he appeared at her doorstep, but he had left very little room for anything but escape. 

One stop.

Sen looked over at her, and finally, he stood, taking a hold of her wrist to drag her to the door. The pair waited, his grip a little too tight on her. She ignored the discomfort, knowing he wasn’t intentionally trying to hurt her. Her bag was close to her side and she watched as his eyes continued to stay locked on the seam of the two doors in front of them, waiting for the moment it would open. Ryangyi fought the urge to ask him more questions, instead she took a step closer to his side. She didn’t know if their final destination would mark them safe or not, but it was too late to worry about either. For now, she���d let herself be led around. The train car slowed to a stop, and the doors opened. Two things she’d been observing for the past hour, but this time, they seemed to happen much slower. She wanted to look at Sen again, but her gaze was frozen on the unfamiliar scenery of their stop.

So I think we've moved past JK's 'baby' phase

So I'm not gonna spew any of that "He's scared of girls" crap

He was very young when he debuted and I know for sure he's grown out of that phase of his life.

In three years Kookie will be 30🤧

But, JK is an introvert

I think that's something he has always been and fame has probably made him become a more defined introvert

So I think if one were to be dating him, you would spend a lot of time together at home

Playing video games

If you play the same things as him, I think he'd get a little competitive

If you don't play the same things as him (or if you don't game at all) He would definitely teach you how to play

Would get so much enjoyment out of teasing you

I could see him trying to cook for you

He shares recipes a lot with army so I think he'd cook for you

And if you like to cook, I think he would look forward to whatever you make for him

He loves to be active

But I don't think it'd be a "dealbreaker" if you don't like to exercise

I see him with his gym time the same way I see him with his video game hobby

He'd love to bring you along with him to the gym

Or his home workouts tbh

And force you to do 50 pushups or something stupid

And he'd fake bully you if you couldn't do it

And if you did, he would do 50 more that you so he could still win

Like I said, very competitive

I think he'd like to draw for you

Probably get a tattoo of you once he was really serious about you...

Though he ain't no baby, he is still the member's baby and I think their approval would mean a lot to him

So he'd get nervous when it came to introductions between you and the rest of BTS

But obviously, it would go well so don't worry

You'd get aquatinted with Bam

And all of his other friends

Would do karaoke night at least once a week

Would try to find the perfect moment to say I Love You

But he'd end up putting to much pressure on himself trying to figure out the perfect time to say it

But he ended up blurting it out after he came home from a studio session and was greeted by the smell of you cooking

You had made dinner for him at 12 on the morning because you knew he'd be working late that night

So he just stood in front of the doorway of the kitchen watching you explain why you made dinner so late

And that's when he said it

Arms crossed, big grin plastered on his face as he shook his head

"I Love You"

And you dropped the wooden spoon you were using to stir your pot and you jumped into his arms, returning those same words

UGHHHHH

And then y'all ate and moved it to the bedroom

Where you then passed out due to being stuffed and exhausted from being up so late...

But speaking of the bedroom!

I’m reading ofmermaidstories Shouto fic and Roo makes an appearance as Nyomo! Congrats to Roo for her fic debut!

Omg a Roo fan, hello!!! I almost died when Mermie revealed there was gonna be a little weenie. :') As if I could have been more insanely attached to her fic than I already was. As if Shouto holding a little wiener dog like a baby wasn't going to put me into cardiac arrest!! And then Nyomo had like all of Roo's little personality traits too and I got actually choked up that Merms had gone and done that.

Isn't it so good though (even aside from Nyomo)????? I stayed up late to read it last night and I woke up still sick with want. Her prose only gets more beautiful with every new fic and I felt like a piece of me had been carved out and left on the island when I went to close the tab. 😭 Every time I read a Mermie piece I am so inspired to try to be the best writer I can be; she is a world-class author and a world-class friend and it is crazy she hangs out on tumblr just like a normal person lmao.

I don't usually made posts like this but I need to get this off my chest. This is about MHA Volume 42 ending. Yall... Omg bro... Yall gotta be shitting me man... I tryna say I'm genuinely dissapointed, not in the ending, but in the fucking fandom bro... Like are yall joking right now? In case you don't know MHA's newest volume has some additonal pages and Horikoshi changed up the ending some you know and what do I see. People complaining about the ending AGAIN and breaking down about the ships. Mostly BakuDeku fans. This is no shade to any shippers since I do multiships on my AO3 as well as rare-pairs so no hate to a lot of yall. But I'm honestly dissappointed in yall because ever since those leaks yall have been going ballistic... As in BALLISTIC on twitter and TikTok. I don't have twitter (And never will) But I've been seeing some screenshots on Tiktok and I just let out a huge sigh. Don't worry I know it ain't all of yall cuz some of yall are chill but I'm sill dissapointed.

People are saying IzuOcha (That's suppose to be implied idk but I'll get to the idk part) are going to ruin Ochako's character development, this that and the third. SOME (if it don't apply let it fly) of yall are some of the most agitating, delusional people I've ever seen bro. It's just like 2021-2022 all over again and now I'm seeing some toxic bakudeku d0x and send threats to people and it hasn't even been a full 24-48 hours. Yall do relize that even if it becomes cannon yall can still ship BakuDeku right? Cuz now yall are setting yourselves back and making the fandom look worse than it already is and stuff like this is why I do my thing on my teeny tiny tumblr and Ao3 account to stay away from yall.

And another thing it's about the hero rankings part (Some spoilers!!!) . I'm seeing people, mostly Bakugo fans complain about Bakugo being 15 in the charts and I'm see a whole bunch of hate towards Monoma and Shoji because they're on the top 10... Yall are some of the most illiterate mfs I've ever seen 😐. Like did we even read the same manga and watch the same anime? Shoji is number 9 (and rightfully so my underrated king, as you mf should 😤✊🏽) because he's like the symbol of peace for heteromorphs. He literally stopped THOUSANDS of heteromorphs from storming the hospital and doing something that would of possibly resulted in bloodshed and set them back three decades at like 16 years old. There was a small panel in chapter 430 where Shoji was shaking hands with some dude (I'll find the link) but it was like a huge deal since the guy was a huge goverment deal (idk but yall know what I mean), Shoji was like idk 17-18. Since his debute he's been doing all he could for hetermorph communities and at 24 he was awarded the Imamura Peace Prize. AS HE MF SHOULD! So ntm on him 🙄✋🏽. And for Monoma, who's grown on me... Ngl I actually like his character now, he was bullied for his quirk and he was told he was sidekick material, basically putting him down since quirks like his are not that recognized. So now that he made it to no. 10 maybe he's able to show young kids with quirks like his that they can do it. Same with Shoji, he's a huge impact on the heteromorph community. Plus they've both gotten stronger during those 8 years.

Now for Bakugo's situation. In Chapter 430 Aizawa told Deku that Bakugo was lowered on the rankings AGAIN because he was cussing out the reporters... Yall he's still able to rise again and plus if he's low now, just IMAGINE what he'd rank if his past of bullying came to light. And remember, Hawks is now a leader of the HPSC, that's in charge of the rankings so he also plays a huge part of how the rankings changed. The ranking's aren't' just about power, it's about popularity and how the heros impact the fans in a way. Like yall need to use yall brains and have some sort of media literacy. Now am I dissapointed Ochaco and Tsu wasn't in the top 20 at least? Sorta but they still have the chance to get higher.

Now please go eat something, drink some water, touch some grass, take a deep breath and calm down. Horikoshi changed the ending only for yall not to be satisfied and people saying that this could be ai is honestly dissapointing considering the about of time and work Horikoshi put into this. This is just like when people were misinterpreting chapter 430 and spreading misinformation and it's happening again. Yall are not satisfied with nothing and I'm starting to see why alot of people don't fw a lot of yall. Like yall seriously need to do the fuck better.
