Suga sighed, opening his mouth to tell him to stop that, for the love of god, but he closed it again before another sound could be made. Something about the angle of the shifter’s head as he looked mournfully down at the fabric that was confining and constricting him, and the way the light, soft and silvery through the clouds, was streaming down on him from the small window above struck him, silencing his tongue. Ephemeral and delicate, the winter sun lit him from behind, surrounding him like a damned halo glowing against his deep, rich skintone and the contrasting darkness of his corner.

Still fascinating to me that there's people who truly think their experiences are universal, that because something is popular in the circles they run in means that everyone should know it and will insult and treat people like stupid uncultured swine for even perceived differences in experiences. or if folks disagree with them when they make overly broad generalizations on what 'everyone' knows or thinks.

(b/c it's not like poor people, people from different cultures/subcultures, and people with fundamentally different interests exist.)

So, I've been using only my Halloween themed tack sets on my horses lately, and today was PhoenixHeart's turn.

.... SSO.... What the hell do you mean the American Quarter Horse can't wear the rope halter, hackamore, the western show bridles, new leg wraps, or the new western saddle pad. 🙃

Why is it that one of the most popular breeds of horse used in WESTERN riding, can't wear 90% of the WESTERN tack in the game????

Not to mention the medieval bridle, horned bridle, Iberian saddle, or ANY of the newer english bridles, saddle pads, or saddles.
