It's funny just how awful twitter has gotten lately. It used to be that if some major event was going on I could get pretty varied discussion on the issue if I did a quick search, but now it's cluttered with checkmarks and everything feels fake

#dont get me wrong I thought it was cancerous before the muskification #but at least I could get minute to minute coverage from basically any old account #that (outside of posting art) was the only reason I havent deleted it outright #but now its useless. everything it pushes to the top is propagandist garbage #if websites had a smell twitter right now would be like a rank pile of sweaty gym clothes left for months on end #I dont wanna be anywhere near it lmao

got someone in the ry*goro tag reposting my art and without credit too whoo 🤘

taking the time to say now, reposting my art WITH credit like my screenname or a link back to any of my accounts is ok, perfectly fine with that. If there's no credit it is not ok. Going "image found online" is not ok. It is 2023 on tumblr dot com and we are still doing the "image found online" nonsense.

I didn't want to start watermarking my art but I might have to now.

#cupid.exe #i knew a 12 y/o (at the time) and they were harrassed by the system cringe subreddit #but apparently also went against boundries of a niche musician and had traced very personal art #they did something unrelated (fake? iirc screenshot of them throwing slurs at someone) and made a post along the lines of #'i hope all my old friends who left me bcuz im problematic die im so serious' and that led me to finding them again #and they sui baited on their acc before vanishing completely #it got to the point where some people made a presentation to send to their mother about this whole thing #the last i knew they were a proshipper on a cookie run account and i just hope they got the help they needed

#thinking about my embarrassing pre-teen days back when i used to be active on sony sketch and amino #i used sony sketch for art but it used to have an online community before being (thankfully) shut down.#and im glad sony sketch online shut down because oh my god i have so many regrets and bad memories I want to forget from that place.#unfortunately i got locked out of my old amino account back in late 2018 so i ended making a new one that i later deleted back in 2021.#meaning that i am unable to delete my 6 year old amino account i had when i was a child so i have to live with those embarrassing memories #*ramble txt
