Being extremely invested in Albus Severus Potters characterisation in Cursed Child is maybe one of my worst decisions because good god I tremble everytime I read a next gen fic with him in it cause I KNOW i'll be put off if he's even slightly ooc. Like I'm TOO Interested in how his mind works and have made it very obvious in my posts, so if I read a fic and he says more than 3 things that I just know canon Albus wouldn't say I need to skim straight to the bottom, leave kudos, then click off or else I'll automatically log onto tumblr and rant about how I perceive him in a fit of sad rage.

I need to explore roleswap au verneider’s dynamic a little more.

I think ive made a mistake by presenting it as simply a mutual puppy crush on that one chart i did bc even with the less doomed circumstances theres so much room for healing and growth between the two.

Not saying that roleswap schneider (orbneider??? Lmao) would try and bob the builder fix assist-tin, but she would definitely worry from a distance given their situational circumstances for them to even hang out by the time the main story rolls around

Depending on when i make schneider enrol (11-ish? Defo before breakaway) theyd probably grow close together in a twtr type situation only to sorta drift apart post-breakaway as vertin becomes an investigator and more ‘loyal’ to the foundation

hello! i am a sucker for angst and prejudice cause apparently i just like being sad, so i was wondering if anyone had any fic recommendations dealing with homophobia? specifically internalized homophobia?

like maybe dans at school and he always hangs out with really horrible people, which causes him to start acting horrible in fear of being ostracized, but then he meets phil, and he slowly teaches him that it’s ok? or something kinda similar? it doesn’t have to be that obviously

also if you find rpf weird, that’s totally valid. if phil hadn’t said “as long as it’s not too weird” i probably wouldn’t be asking this. honestly, there’s a part of me that is still weirded out by it, but dan and phil seem to be ok with it, so for fiction about them, im ok :)

i think it really only gets bad when the people explicitly don’t like it. (also, like phil said in his video, there’s always a line. i think in the past we’ve definitely crossed it, but we’re better now :))

okay, well, since this blog is basically abandoned (i still lurk 75blr from my main), that means this playlist for little gay matty was never put to use since that fic’s google doc is likely never getting opened again. i still love it; it's got a lot of emo love song classics (though when emos get all gushy they tend to lean towards pop punk), some other classic love songs, and some of my personal favorites that fit the criteria. nothing after, like, 2007. do with it what you want. i guess consider it a fan addition to the teenage dream fic universe since they both feature matty at the same age. if emo isn't your thing please god at least listen to summertime by the sundays
