So What Happened?

Okay, so quick thing? When Danny was stabbed by Faith (she was compelled by Piper, remember?) and vampire blood was used to save him in the hospital... His knee injury- his college break/football dream ending- was healed. But by this time, Danny had decided that there was no going back to a normal life. He was a McReid hunter through and through.

Founder’s Day was supposed to be a good day. Yes, Danny knew that something was coming but he didn’t think it would be... He didn’t think it was going to happen so soon. Deep down, he hoped it wouldn’t happen at all.

Things happened quickly from then. The McReids had to go underground immediately being #1 on the ‘hit list’. Of all the things, it was a hell of a way to find out that his dad was Daniel Moore. And living together underground was a hell of a way to bond.

Danny took an active roll in the Resistance, stepping up to a be a leader. He trained harder than ever, took on missions, saved a few lives and supported his mom (and Aunt Krystal) along with Analese Huang the whole way.

A lot of little wins couldn’t beat the massive losses that they endured over the years. Pressure was mounting by the time they came up with the plan for November 2016. It was supposed to be a real shot to take the Bad GuysTM down for good but it was a trap. They never stood a chance.

Danny’s mom- Karen McReid- was...gone. Carrie and Ruby turned into vampires, Ruby leaving them all behind in the process. Jordan was locked outside the dome. The leader-like figures were gone and gone, leaving Danny standing there with the pieces.

He channeled his grief- he didn’t deal with his grief- into action. He kept the movement going, he tried to keep morale up. Above all--- he worked on getting revenge.

Basically, um, not a cool or groovy time right now!!

Wanted Connections

As ever, all the Resistance members & allies!! Would love people who have taken Danny under their wing/people who don’t take his leadership seriously (or didn’t until now etc).

Someone to talk him out of #revenge or encourage it...
