Barry is so nice that I want to shake him and scream it's ok to be spiteful! You're allowed to run away from them! You literally have access to the multiverse babe just go jump ship and find a different partner! Take a break it'll be good for you. Unfortunately some of the people Barry should be running away from particularly speedsters has access to the multiverse too so they'd probably follow him. Probably drag his ass back kicking and screaming if he's being difficult.

Well see anon, one of Barry's main thing is that he very easily feels lonely. There is actually a song about it too, you can listen to it here if you feel like it!

Even if we don't take into consideration the fact that he's the Speed Force personified, living life at his "natural speed" while everyone is stuck in molasses has to feel so isolating. When Wally got hit by lightning back then (so when Barry in his loneliness gifted him a part of his own light) the first thing baby thought was "I'm never going to be alone again", which is absolutely tragic other than very sweet.

Awfully enough, I don't think many people would look for Barry if he went away. I mean literally he's been dead for 23 years, and not one single person from his family even TRIED bringing him back (the ones who did are Hal who tried and failed, and Eobard who tried and tried and tried until he found the correct way to go about it, and managed). Last time Barry was trapped in a parallel dimension, Hal had to go to Wally and vehemently remind him to go get his uncle back. At the moment he's very heavily depressed and not one of his family members seems to be giving much of a fuck about it. So I don't really think anyone from the "flashfamily" would look for him if he were to just quietly go.

Sadly though Barry prefers being surrounded by abusive people who will exploit his need for companionship than being alone. He has a sense of duty towards his family, but even if he didn't have it, he won't run away because running away alone is not tolerable - he needs someone to run away with. And yeah, Eobard has been trying to get them there for a while.

I'd literally love nothing more so here's all of it! (some of what you know already sdfgh but still):

the story takes place in 2018, during the 69th run of the formula one world championship, and follows two drivers fighting to become world champion.

Henry Stirling (charles melton) is a UK-born driver racing for Vanguard, a company he's been under for five years now. his teammate is Luìs Perreira (mason gooding), and while both are common features on the winner's podium, neither of them have managed to grab a world champion title yet.

Julien Renaud (charlie rowe) is new to formula one, joining Redline Racing for his first season. he's cocky but beloved by the media, him and his teammate Jonas Veldkamp (brian altemus) often grabbing the attention of the media — grabbing it away from actually talented drivers, as Henry would tell you.

Henry wholeheartedly believes that Julien only obtained his spot on Redline because he is the son of a retired F1 driver, and hates Julien for this from the get-go. during their first race together, Henry becomes more obsessed with aggravating Julien than he does winning the race, which eventually begins to really mess with his head, as he's never cared much about anything but winning before.

Henry comes from an extremely rich family, with a father who has always been obsessed with motor sports but never quite managed to become a driver himself. instead, he projects all of his dreams onto his son and then makes Henry feel bad when he fails to meet his father's — at times impossible — expectations. in contrast, Julien's father cheers him on at every race and is seemingly very kind, even when Julien loses, which is just another thing that angers Henry to no end.

in reality, Julien's dad was hardly ever around when he was a kid, and he picked up racing because that was the only way he could get his father's attention. Julien's been starved for attention and love pretty much from the moment he was born, and much like a puppy that doesn't yet know the difference between playing and fighting, he only realises how angry he makes Henry when he's pushed him way too far.

this all culminates in an (un)fortunate night in monaco where a heated argument turns into something else, and suddenly Henry loses everything he's ever believed about himself, but in the process finally manages to capture the attention of Julien in the same measure that Julien had already captured Henry's.

both men are at war with themselves and each other, but in the end, only one is destined to become the champion.

I love the college of winterhold. everyone there is casually deranged and there's like an alarming number of students and staff who threaten you immediately when they meet you. it's always one of the first questlines I do. which makes it even funnier when you get made the arch-mage of the college. I'm level 12 and got through this questline knowing exactly 3 spells. what do you mean you want me to lead the college. this school CANNOT be an accredited institution
