"is it okay to be jewish" should not be a question that even needs to be asked, of course it's okay!!! it's great!!! being jewish is awesome!!! fuck antisemitism, and fuck nazis. the problem is zionism, which is a colonialist ideology that has its beginnings i think about 100 years or so ago, but it didnt gain much of a following until the immediate aftermath of WW2, when the UK government got involved. zionism is not synonymous with jewish, and the vast majority of zionists are *not* jewish. most are christian, actually! and there are tons of anti-zionist jewish ppl. i just want to be so so clear about that distinction!!!

🏣 (I'm not the poster u replied to but) while I agree it isn't really relevant to the blog, I think you misunderstood their point. they were arguing for gay men to have heard voices when discussing what might be offensive to gay men, and (vice versa) for lesbians to have heard voices when discussing what might be offensive to lesbians.

I don't see how this lesbiophobic, since they were just asking that people not be offended on their behalf and instead listen to the people in that particular group and whether or not they actually find it offensive (hopefully this is legible, I'm bad at explaining and my head hurts)
