I find it funny that Wild, who has basically a couple years ish of full life experience, comes up with the most insane theories for everything

What's even FUNNIER is that every time Wild expresses any sort of confusion at magic stuff that he's never seen before, everyone else in the chain acts like it's crazy for him to be weirded out by it

Honestly maybe Wild's the only one with his head on straight, rather than everyone else who are just like 'it's magic bro' like no he's right this is weird

I appreciate this because it's very considerate of the fact that he woke up with no memories not too long ago, so he doesn't have much experience to explain the stuff that's 'normal' for the chain. Plus the explanations he comes up with are funny.

idk if anyone actually made a fic of this but uh............

i'd be so down to read an angst fic relating to sebastian and his religious belief

sebastian's half-chilean, and chile's biggest religion is roman catholicism. i'd imagine he grew up with his mom teaching him how to pray and all that, as well as being an active member of the church. perhaps he still believes in his god, maybe not as much as before due to college, but he still actively prays and what-not.

how would he deal with urbanshade contradicting his beliefs? the pentagram plastered all over the blacksite just uneases him in some way, but never thinks too much about it. it's not his place to ask, after all.

would he be praying as the doctors and scientists performed on him? genetically mutilating him for the purposes of science – destroying how god intended the human body to be. imagine his prayers for forgiveness for even participating in something like this, even unwillingly.

even in his monstrous form, would he still be blaming himself for how he looks? i mean, he's no longer molded into what his god deems as human – artificially modified, unethically interfering with the divine natural.

what about when he's being hunted down by the player? how he would cry for his mother's warmth once more, while begging for forgiveness for all of his sins – intentional or not – to a god that didn't even hear his pleas.

Ik canonically, Galinda is smart (which is how she got into Shiz) but obviously doesn’t showcase it in the musical or film (or even the book too often).

My headcanon is that she’s smart in most subjects and can be when driven, but English and History are her worst ones, but her parents didn’t encourage much to study in general bc they want to marry her off, so she didn’t bother to improve, which later kicks her in the ass when she’s failing in history and papers.

(Maybe Elphaba would confront her about it later and help her? Idk but that would be cute)

A harmless jab here.

A teasing insult there.

The kind of playful cruelty that used to make her laugh because it was Seungmin — and he never meant it, not really.

Except somewhere along the way, the jokes stopped sounding like jokes.

And the cruel words stopped being cushioned by affection.

He started snapping more often.

Rolling his eyes at things she said.

Dismissing her excitement with bored shrugs and muttered insults under his breath.

“You’re so damn clingy,” he scoffed once, when she reached for his hand across the couch.

“Can’t you survive without being attached to me for two seconds?”

It stung.

Of course it did.

But she told herself he didn’t mean it.

He was tired. Stressed. Something.

The excuses became their own kind of poison.

Because when someone you love hurts you, you find reasons to forgive them — until there’s nothing left of you to forgive with.

The worst part?

He barely even looked at her anymore.

When he did, it was usually with some flavor of disgust or annoyance curling at the corner of his mouth.

“You look exhausted,” he said once, without even glancing up from his phone.

“Maybe try actually taking care of yourself for once instead of whining all the time.”

The words sliced clean through her chest.

She felt the blood, invisible but burning, leak into her lungs, making it hard to breathe.

She started pulling away after that.

Stopped texting first.

Stopped asking him to spend time together.

But the more distance she tried to put between them, the crueler Seungmin became — like he could feel her slipping and hated her for it.

“You think you’re punishing me by acting cold?” he sneered one night when she didn’t immediately greet him at the door.

“Trust me, sweetheart, you’re not that important.”

She blinked at him, the weight of his words settling heavy and cold against her ribs.

Not that important.

Not worth staying up for.

Not worth holding onto.

It became a pattern.

A ritual.

He’d say something vile —

She’d flinch —

He’d pretend nothing happened.

And every time, she shrank smaller, quieter, until she barely recognized herself anymore.

The girl who used to glow when she smiled now barely lifted her head.

The girl who used to sing around the apartment now sat in silence, afraid even to breathe too loudly around him.

She stopped laughing.

Stopped dreaming.

Stopped believing she was worthy of love at all.

After all — if Seungmin, the boy who once said she was his whole world, could hate her this easily, maybe she was the problem.

Maybe she was too much.

Too needy.

Too annoying.

Too broken to love properly.

He didn’t have to scream at her to break her down.

He just had to stop caring.

And day by day, piece by piece, he carved away everything good she ever believed about herself — until there was nothing left but a hollowed-out girl staring blankly into a mirror she couldn’t bear to recognize.

One night, sitting alone on the cold bathroom floor with the lights off, she realized something terrifying:

She missed the old pain.

The pain of missing him when he was away.

The ache of loving him so much it hurt.

Because this new pain — this numb, heavy, endless despair — was so much worse.

This was the kind of pain you didn’t come back from.

And somehow, deep down, she knew:

Seungmin didn’t even notice he had killed the best parts of her.

Or maybe he did.

Maybe that was the point.

Most of my hinata headcanons are based on the fact that most people write him pretty shallowly- as nothing more than his height and love of volleyball, his need to fly, and the fact he's friendly. The really well written stuff writes him well, as a kind of enigma, but even then, one of his main traits is: Oh, he's pure sunshine!! His eyes shone with pride and determination, a hunger to win; to fly, etc, etc. Right? With most ships, it's just about how beautiful he looks in the sunset/sunrise with his hair and eyes. My point is that he's mischaracterized without really being mischaracterized because it's all *true*. he is absolutely gorgeous, and he does have a hunger to win and fly, and volleyball is his entire world, but there's sooooo much more still.

Normally, I hc him according to canon; according to scenes from the manga/anime, and then further analyzing it, yk? But I *truly* think hinata shoyo would be a good liar and hard to read.

It's already somewhat canon that people find him confusing, in the fact that he's a people pleaser and switches up really quickly to make people happy. He'll say something, and then someone will disagree, and he'll immediately switch up so that person won't dislike him for his different opinion, ykwim?

And then people never know what he's thinking, either. He's completely oblivious to his own feelings but is hyper aware of other people's feelings. He doesn't notice when he's running a fever of 102° but notices that someone has 2/5 symptoms of the flu 💀💀 like my guy can remember suuuuper specific details about a person's life, like the day their great aunt's cat died, but forgets his own bday.

He's actually really smart, but he's failing all his classes bc he can't focus. I think he'd be really good at math, but really only with like decimals and uhh money math, like he's good at calculating tax and saving money, but that's bc he grew up especially poor and had to be cautious with money. He'd probably be better with Japanese literature than English literature bc obvi that's his native language, and I think he'd really like linguistics post Brazil.

But, he also has his signature death stare, and I kinda came up with a hc based off it; since we all agree he has adhd, a part of it is zoning out, and i think he'll sit hunched over like L and just do his little death stare out to nothing or nowhere in particular, or will sit on his bed zoned out doing the death stare out towards the door, with the lights off, and someone will walk in and scream. He just randomly hunches over like L sometimes, and daichi will tell him that it's bad for his back, and he'll say, "But it's comfy :(" actually I think I'm just writing autistic hinata rn oopsies it's ok tho we love autism hcs here!!

Since he's really small (probably underweight actually), he can fit into really small spaces, and he thinks they're comfy (me guys). But at the same time, he loves big fields and gyms bc he likes to run around. Basically, he says and does really conflicting things, and it confuses people, which is another reason he was bullied in middle school.

He started doing the death stare as a defense mechanism in middle school actually, bc older, taller kids tried to use that to their advantage and bully him, but glaring at them weird made them walk away. Also, contrary to popular belief, I hc he can fight. So many people have just decided he's, like, too weak to fight or smth?? Like they think he can't defend himself physically, which I personally think he could, but yk, anxiety, so he doesn't. Like my guy is an athlete, have you seen him?? He may be small, but if he wasn't frozen in fear and anxiety, he could beat someone's ass!!

I said before I actually do think he could lie, bc one again, he's a people pleaser, and I feel like once when he was a kid, a family friend or someone or like when he was at a friend's house, they made dinner and he didn't like it, so he lied about liking it, but the person knew he lied and called him out on it and he cried bc he lied abt liking it and lying is bad, but also telling them he didn't like the food is rude, which is also bad. So then he decided he'd learn how to lie. Also, ik he uses his height and baby face to his advantage!! ***Depending on the person*** he can get away with just about anything bc "🥺🥺🥺" and then when everybody else calls him out for it he's like "L fuck you hehehe 😜💪💪" Like he drew a 🍆 pp on the wall or something once and then blamed it on kageyama and the teacher believed him.

And even though he's a people pleaser, he's managed to find peace in playing pranks and being mean, in a normal teenager way ofc, because suga helped him come out of his shell (suga purely bc he is mischievous but still responsible and nice)(and then suga asks Asahi why he can't be like hinata bc Asahi can barely even write with pencil on a desk, let alone sharpie anything so 'vulgar' on school property (it's not *just* because he's scared bc it's vulgar it's also bc he doesn't think those kinds of jokes are funny, and simply doesn't understand why writing on school property is fun (that's how I feel, idk 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️) ))

BTW, guys, half of these are to spite my friend who calls hinata a "bean 🥺" even though she's not on Tumblr. Also, I think I'm gonna start organizing these kinds of posts so they're easier to read, haha. Does anyone want any character specific hc posts since I always do hinata?

She couldn't completely verbalize it, but it was as if the last 80 years slammed into her all at once, accompanied with the fear that if Eöl could very well still catch them and drag them back.

At last Maeglin was forced to enchant her into a sleep. When she woke, she was calmer -- numb would be a better descriptor -- and they proceeded to Gondolin.

theyre both HUGE biters, and theyve both got fangs and venom so they both basically compete to see who can bite who first

i believe that janus has two types of venom - a type that arouses, and a type that relaxes - while virgil solely has venom that relaxes and subdues. basically, i think when they cant agree on whos topping, theyll bite and inject each other until one of them is too relaxed and lazy to fight back and lets themself submit. more often than not however this ends with them both sleepily cuddling and bitching under their breath about how they'll get them next time

they both also have a huge think for marking. janus likes his bites being on clear display, mostly to embarrass virgil, while virgil himself is just possessive. only half of januss body can be marked up (his scales are too sensitive to be bitten - it'll hurt, and not in the sexy way - and obviously you cant leave hickeys over scales), but that doesn't stop virgil from biting everywhere he can. januss neck, his earlobe, his collarbone, his stomach, etc

janus has a thing for feeding virgil, mostly stemming from the fact virgil has unhealthy and irregular eating habits. janus will make him big meals and feed him by the forkfull, and will reward virgil with a quick handjob if he eats enough

Learning how to bind their chests together. The nervous hand holding and arm touches. Too scared to kiss.

Orion and Astro’s mutual obsession with Orokin history. Orion’s obsessive delusions about wanting to be a Dax, wanting to be a Dax to their Orokin Prince (Astro). Their Warframes ( Empress/Prime!Titania x Feyarch!Oberon).

Astrophel taking on too many responsibilities, having less and less time for Orion. Astrophel crumbling under the weight of the pedestal Orion put him on. Their young, passionate love cracking because they are young! They don’t know how to manage emotions much less a relationship yet— Orion expecting too much of Astro and Astro being avoidant, unable to swallow their pride and shatter the perfect image of themself in Orion’s mind.

And finally, their split.

Orion still tries to hold Astro’s hand whenever he sees them. And Astrophel still wears the crown he was given long ago.
