I made our own hot chocolate mix for the fall season. Cuz why buy premade crap when you can specialize it to your own specific tastes? :)

Ingredients:

Dutch process cocoa powder

Black Dutch process cocoa powder

Powdered milk

Powdered sugar

Corn starch

Instant coffee

Powdered vanilla

Salt to enhance flavor

Amounts will differ depending on how sweet/bitter you like your cocoa.
