HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BESTEST WIDDLE SNAKEY WAKEY.

I can't believe my son is 18!! I estimated a birth date for him to be about a month before I got him in fall of 2006, since he was such a widdle month-old baby sneky. I always try to get a good birthday pic of him - especially after he eats and gets the good yawns in.

Pretty soon, he'll be off to snake college, for snakes. Dunno how we're gonna afford those ssssnudent loans.

How was the birthday lunch!!

Omg it was AMAZINGGG it was at a hotel we’ve stayed at before and it was soooo fancy like when we walked in the staff pulled out our chairs out for us, laid our napkins down in our laps (I didn’t anticipate that and they all did this super quickly within 5 minutes and I could see my sister laughing at me scrambling cuz I feel a little extra self conscious at those kinds of restaurants HHHH then on top of that it took me a while to decipher through all the Italian on the menu cuz I was so flustered AHAH)

The food was rlly good!!! We got this eggplant appetiser, our main course was different past dishes (and fresh pasta!!!! So delicious ughhh) I had this ravioli in this buttery sauce which was kind of rlly heavy but also sooo delicious yum and we were having such a good time so we got some dessert (I got tiramisu, my sister got pistachio gelato and my dad got panna cota I think? Like Italian cream with berries) AND THEN since my sister mentioned it was a birthday party when she made the reservation they came out with a tiny cake and a candle on it and I wanted to DIE when they started singing happy birthday 😭😭😭 but they were all sooo nice and sweet it was such a nice lunch :))

#we also chatted with our main server #he was telling us that it’s his son’s birthday today too but he’s in India so he texted him #texted him in the morning and I felt so baddd 😭😭😭#the waiters also made this joke abt not being able to ask how old #i was (the one who placed the cake in front of me said happy sweet 16 LOL close enough ahahah)#but I told them ofc #made me feel weirdly grown up like I’ve always felt like a kid at all my birthdays before #the bill tho…….omg #scandalous #personal #*teenage dream #ask #lovely lovely mutuals 💞💞
