I’m not the best at giving advice but I can try!

Usually, I use shipping tropes that work for the character I wanna ship with my OC.

For example, a soft buff x a rude small or tsundere x oblivious.

When it comes to design, I prefer either complementary colors (ex: red & green) or analogous colors (ex: blue & purple). Though, it really depends on what the OC’s personality is.

Anyway, that’s all the advice I can give since it’s what I used.
