Imagine Dr.Mikka and Vivian being your boyfriend's WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THOSE TWO ARE TOGETHER WHIT U
I'm getting a lot of asks about Mikka and Vivi, I love that!! Keep 'em coming, y'all! 👀
Anyway, whewww, that would be a very interesting set-up right there lmao. Both of them are clingy yanderes that always wanna be around their partner, craving their attention and affection. Mikka isn't a huge fan of sharing, and neither is Vivian, but in the instance that they could be convinced to do so by their beloved, then they would have to work something out; like a schedule. They can interchange how much time they spend with you, so that neither of them feels neglected 😌
On the flip side, you're never gonna be alone. Either both of them or one of them will be by your side, nuzzling you or trying to feed you some of their yummy meals. And you know how sometimes your period will sync up with someone you're close with? Yeah, imagine their ruts syncing up once they start living together with you. You're not going to be able to take a break. Forever fed, forever full, forever loved 💗
#the two of them together is such a recipe for disaster LOL#Mikka Lapan#Vivian Tang#yandere#male yandere#yandere octopus#yandere snake#slightly n/sfw

I've been askeed to share this recipe ^^ it was my mum's, not too complicated
Ingredients:
Octopus (you can boil it at home yourself, but I choose to buy pre-boiled octopus that comes with the liquid stock, it's important to have the liquid)
Garlic
Oil
Paprika (I use the spicy one... smoked? no clue how it is called in english)
So if you boil the octopus from scratch, you do that before doing anything else (can take hours). Reserve like 1/2 litre of the stock
If you're using pre-boiled, reserve the stock in a pan to heat it up slowly, and heat up the octopus in the microwave until tender.
Once you have the octopus boiled/microwaved, you cut it up in pieces as big as desired
Cut the garlic cloves, as desired, I usually use 6 big ones or so, and sautee them in hot oil
Add the cut octopus and mix it all, then the paprika to taste and mix it
The you add the stock and bring it to a boil
It doesn't take a lot of time for it to be ready, then you fight your family over it like I do lmao

I wasn't looking forward to this one, and that feeling proved correct.
When I bought the halibut for two weeks ago, I also bought the octopus and squid for this one. Those three things cost me ninety seven fucking dollars.
Appetizing!
The recipe called for TEN octopus tentacles, but these two cost me enough that I made an executive decision.
First step...
I double checked, and the octopus stock recipe from the back of the book is the exact same method and ingredient list from the beginning of the Portuguese soup recipe, so this counts as two in one.
I suggest sharpening your knives before this one. Cutting up octopus is a trick.
"Searing" the squid and octopus was kind of gross. I didn't know that when you heat up octopus, it produces a red foamy liquid that gets all stuck to the pan.
Tony suggests eating the octopus pieces from the stock, which I did. They were surprisingly meaty, if a little flavourless.
On to the soup. Oh yeah, I also had to reduce an entire bottle of wine down to one cup, which took over half an hour. This was boring to cook, and boring to eat.
This looks like some kind of alien stew. The wine made everything a really unappealing purpley brown, and all the veg being large dice is an ugly choice as well. If this had ten whole tentacles in it, that would just be insane.
Just realized I didn't even take a picture of the plating. It was just a bowl, so you're not missing anything.
| Portuguese Squid and Octopus Soup |
Taste is a 1 out of 5. Maybe even less.
Difficulty is a 2 out of 5. Soup is usually pretty easy.
Time was about 3 hours. Most of it simmering time.
Surprisingly, the octopus and squid itself were tender and pretty nice to eat, but it was just so overwhelmingly tomato based.
I enjoyed the store bought bread that I served on the side more than I liked the soup...so...yeah. Next.

WHEN THE SITUATION CALLS FOR "EXTRA CRISPY" -- SOUS VIDE COOKING IS YOUR ANSWER.
PIC INFO: Spotlight on Sous Vide Octopus, which is slow cooked for 5 hours until ultra tender and then browned up in a hot skillet to get charred and crispy.
MINI-OVERVIEW: "For perfectly tender octopus, this Sous Vide Octopus recipe is a must try! It’s slow cooked for 5 hours, then crisped up in a hot skillet and served with sauce and freshly squeezed lemon juice. So good!
Cooking octopus can be a little intimidating, but I promise the sous vide method makes it so easy. You only need 6 ingredients and it’s pretty much a foolproof way to prepare octopus!"

so I thought, briefly, that hey, end portal frame blocks resemble end stone, why not use end stone in the recipe for making them?
And then I remembered that end stone can only be acquired in the end, which means that in order to construct your own end portal, you would need to first locate and then complete a naturally generated end portal frame.
Which I think are only in strongholds.
Which is more difficult than I think is warranted for the recipe, so they'll need to be made out of something else. What, though, I have yet to decide.
