"Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower." 🍁 Yesterday I spent the day with my best friend, hiking through the changing woods, stumbling upon hidden old graveyards, little bunnies, and strange new treees. Sometimes there's no better way to replenish the wells of inspiration than to explore the right places with the right people. I have a few announcements and reminders for you all, the first being that I'm hosting a cab sale over on @soliloquywitch tonight at 7pm est. Second, this Friday I'll be auctioning a Halloween themed piece over on @silvercovenmetal, alongside a bunch of other talented smiths who will be doing the same. Autumn is coming….. mmmm, yessss.

I needed a sweater last night and my playlist is going back and forth between Kate Bush and Thad Jones. I’m making more chai lattes. I’m looking longingly at my fireplace and scrolling through @ariantiquary’s New England pics. I can’t wait to wear all my @nuit.clothing.atelier, light all my @curiosasociety candles, and eat all @arlodesigns’s seasonal pies. I also can’t wait for roadtripping through magic-coloured scenes, corn mazes and apple picking.
A few years ago, I was in Boston and Salem for Halloween. Before that, it was Sleepy Hollow. Not sure where I’ll head this year. I usually decide pretty last minute but, I would love some suggestions. What are some of your favorite autumn/Halloween day trips? 🧡💛❤️🍁
