So the end of ‘22 and beginning of ‘23 saw more than a little bit of craziness in my life, from finally getting my diagnosis to getting my damn car stolen (if you drive a hyundai be careful), but I’m still determined to get through my to-do list and catch up on all the art I owe folks!!

I’ve gotten the chance to learn a lot about my patron’s characters since I started the sketch rewards, which has only made drawing them more fun since now I’m invested in all of their stories XD

(SPOILERS on the picture!) The last sticker from the VLR series! The armour and the name stayed the same, but as we've written additional parts about his childhood, he definitely gained more depth and personality. Even if he's still a silent "cucumber" scaring all the "kitties" when deciding to finally take part in a discussion :'v You can see the full set of all characters form the game on my blog under the #nonary tag~

K - Kyle Klim (22). Sigma’s son and his clone. Very smart and well read, spending most of his days on learning. Isolated and raised in a Moon facility, mostly by simple robots as his father was too busy and depressed to take care of him, he lacks social abilities and has a hard time expressing emotions. Rather lazy, very calm and stoic, although pushed to his limits, he’s able to fly into a fit of rage, trashing the whole room to let off the steam. At age of 3, as he asked his father for a true family, Juno was introduced to him as a new mom. However, learning she’s not a human, he feels betrayed and starts to hate robots. He’s a cat-guy, just like his dad, but loves cows too. Spending a lot of time looking at “Mini Cow Ski Resort”, a model of winter city filled with knitted cows created by Sigma and Ingrams, he grows to be very fond of it, later learning how to knit himself. His life changed for the better only after Ingrams moved in, to become a family with Klims and help with the ABP. Gaining a new human company to play with, fixing relations with his father and later on becoming his helper in the laboratory, he finally starts to feel happy and satisfied. The more he’s devastated learning what ABP really means and that the game will most probably take Teiso and Sigma’s life, endangering him too. That’s why he tries to stop it and sabotage the Project to save his family, but his efforts are futile and so he takes part in the game, armored and amnesiac.

I set up a Patreon last month. So far, I have a $1.00 tier set up and 3 Patreon reward illustrations. All 3 are up and available now! Two of the PNGs are for patrons only, but the Rivera Halloween illustration PNG is free.

As an FYI, my Patreon is more of an optional/voluntary tip jar at this point in time. Any Patreon illustrations will be shared in general here and my other major social media. The only exclusive part is that most PNG versions of an image will be available to patrons only. I'll be setting up a poll for November's rewards soon, so keep your eyes peeled!

Next week is going to be focused on finishing commissions. After those, I'm hoping to get 4 pages updated for my fan comic "You're Not my Boyfriend." I'm also hoping to get back to working on pages for my new comic "Love Potions Won't Work" this month, too.

Another thing I'd like to do with YNMB is bundle all of the current pages into a PDF once I get the next 4 done and put that out there in one convenient spot for anybody interested. I definitely want to do that consistently all the way up until it's done, too.

I'm also thinking about putting up my PNGs and various other illustrations up for purchase or download on itch.io. Once I have that set up, I'll make another update post. That's where I'd especially like to put up my Patreon PNGs if anyone wants a specific one, but isn't interested in my Patreon. There will be several free things up there, too.
