I stumbled upon Satan and he asked me to deliver it to every naughty child so here you go! Crops under the cut.
Also, given the opportunity, I would like to remind all of you that the interest check for the zine "Infernal Corner" is still ongoing until the end of December; if you haven't already then I strongly encourage you to fill it in and pass it to whomever might be interested among your friends.
Another thing that might be of interest to you all: as some of you certainly know I do commissions. I am currently going to do a crazy discount starting next year - within the first 2 weeks of 2025 I will give a full 20% off for the first 3 people buying!

I want someone to write about Gender the way Sir Terry Pratchett wrote about color or anything else. About going past the binary and discovering gender no one has ever considered. But taken way to literally and silly to be any kind of real world parallel.
The way octarine was the color beyond color.
Or how Knurd was being sober beyond sober.
I want to read about a gender that was too gender. That male or female dared not dream of its existence.

Did anybody else see a thin black ring around the sun during yesterday’s eclipse (obviously whilst wearing the eclipse glasses)?
It reminded me of the octarine glow sometimes described in Discworld. Were any of you reminded of that or was it just me?

@octartin pointed out to me we both play COS barovian native clerics named Kasia/Kaisa who are being set up for the reveal that they are the reincarnation of St Markovia.
What a coincidence
They told me about how Kaisa awoke some 150 years or so before the events of their campaign. She awoke alone in a cave in mount ghakis dressed in a wedding dress with no memories at all.
And idk that mental image is so chef's kiss to me I had to hyperfixation doodle it in like 3 hours
Hope you enjoy, friend, and thank you for chatting so much with me! I really love being able to share this campaign stuff with you <3
Tumblr is not letting me upload a better quality file of this.... Hdjsjdjf mad

Antihouse Algrazzdax is one of more peculiar nature. In the City of the Dead, it takes great effort to maintain knowledge and concentration required to wield the arts of wizardry. Algrazzdax, however, are beyond that. A broad category of beings, all united in their overflowing insanity. A penultimate form of the minds evolution, the Wizards warp reality with even slightest whims. Capable alone to go toe-to-toe with entire squads of Necromancers, they incinirate their path through districts of the city wherever they appear. 3/6

I think we really need an octarine sonic screwdriver to solve this, though! 😂
Was Good Omens season 2 set during 2019? Who can say? Maybe Neil Gaiman, but probably not the Amazon Prime marketing department... (?!)
Tumblr media
From Aziraphale & Crowley's Timeline of Interconnectedness - released yesterday by Prime Video's YouTube channel.
They're also rather vague about some of the other dates, and scenes from the present day of seasons 1 and 2 are mixed together. I assume this is just weird marketing. Unless it's a Clue? 😅
Edit: Neil says "First time I've seen it and it seems to think Season 1 and Season 2 all happen in 2019, doesn't it?"
I'm going to file this under the "wibbly wobbly timey wimey" category of Good Omens shenanigans...
With thanks to members of the @ineffable-detective-agency for pointing this out!

idk the context (or what kane and feels is at all) but that green-purple you described sounds suspiciously like octarine from discworld to me
It is somewhat like octarine! However the missing context here is less "what happens in fantasy noir podcast Kane and Feels" and more "my brain is weird"
Octarine is the colour of magic, described as somewhat of a greenish-purple. It would fit! Thematically it would fit!
However
What I'm talking about is the following scream, which occurs, along with a flash of purple light, at the end of every time loop during s2 of K&F:
Now this scream is green, or at least has a greenish tinge to it, a kind of bright, sickly, green. You take that shade of green, but instead of having it be green, you make it purple instead. That is the purple I was trying to describe

This is bothering the hell out of me. Black and red is a good, striking color scheme. My initial thought on the opposite of that is blue/white, but green is the complement of red, so perhaps green/white? But pink/græy just feels like the exact Mortal opposite as well. So?
