The group is gathered by the fire while Raphael is working silently at his makeshift desk a little ways away. Astarion is laying on his back, resting his head on Valerie's lap, and his legs on Gale. while everyone discusses the newfound information regarding Astarion's scars.

Gale: The gall of him. There will be a mighty reckoning. I will see to it personally that Cazador is nothing but a pile of ash. You have my word, Astarion.

A: I can't believe my scars are an infernal ritual. I mean, I can, but it's still surprising. Cazador told us he was just expressing himself creatively. He carved so many other things onto us. But always let those heal.

V: Infernal is a beautiful language, but I doubt its commonly used by vampire lords to write poetry.

Shadowheart: Did your siblings also get runes carved into them?

A: Oh yes, we all got the same treatment. That peice of shit...
