open rp - {Morgan LeFay} - open to anyone
"Let me get this straight, you came all this way to audition without reading anything about what you're auditioning for?" Morgan was confused and a little aggravated by the individual's arrival. All she ever asked was for anyone to come to prepare one line of the play, one simple part to play for a brief moment. This person had prepared nothing.
"This isn't a musical, it's not a movie, and we're not looking for anyone based off their appearance. It's about talent, but being prepared upon arrival doesn't make me feel as if you have what we need."

Been a while since I drew Mighty Max.
I don't know if this girl counts an an OC since she's a figure from folklore (Morgan LeFay) adjusted for the setting, but I share custody of her with my friend. She and Max have a cute sibling thing going on.

Meet Margo Lefay, daughter of Morgan le Fay!
I took this quiz (that I lost the link of) about which Monster High beings I would be, and I got mage. So I made myself a Monster High OC/Persona.
My love for Gaelic's fairies and myths makes me chose Morgan le Fay as a parent, when the canon mh mages have parents from the Ancient Greece's mythology (overused btw, it's beginning to get boring), and so, I'm going to explain how I design her.
Morgan is a character for the Legend of Arthur, and, as a consequence, we get sword accessories. Also added a gold accent to the cool color palette as a result.
Morgan is a fairy/enchantress who is sometimes evil, dependent on the versions (she's "evil" because, after being forced to marry a man she doesn't like, cheats on him with a man she loves dearly. And Guinevere, who is cheating on Arthur with Lancelot mind you, intervened when she learned about the affair and stopped them from seeing each other. Girl, I would be evil too, you're also cheating on your husband, let her have a love story too, bitch) So, I picked a whimsy goth aesthetic, because it's cool.
Morgan means "Child of the Sea" in Gaelic, and Morgan was associated to water fairies, therefore blues. And I added some blueish green because water is greenish, and a cold colored skin. Morgan was derived in multiple names, like Margo in France, where you can find Margo's caves, aka caves of a specific type of water fairies with the same capacities as Morgan (healing abilities, generous, but also can murder you if you crossed them). It's also a different spelling of my birth name. Morgan is theorized to be the evolution of the Irish Goddess of fate and doom, Morrigan, and for that reason, black baby. The goth aesthetic is even more justified and, it's barely visible but, her tights have a feathers pattern, as Morrigan has crows as an attribute.

YOUR MC TELL ME ALL
You can read about her here. She's also that oc I told you I write a 10k chapter wjsksksks, her fic is also on the link if you want to read. Though I haven't updated in awhile.
Ok so her name is Morgana, inspired by Morgana Lefay from Arthurian legends. Her father is a fallen angel and her mother is a demon, thus she is a nephelim (ik nephilims are half human half angel being, but there's is not term for half demon half angel so I'm borrowing this one)
Also in my au fallen angels are different from demons!
She's different in each timeline but I personally have a version of her that I like best. The one where she and Michael are enemies. As the war between angels and demons was approaching its end he was ordered to kill her and her family as a nephilim isn't a natural being created by god, and so has no rights to live. And anyone who protected her should also be killed. Michael managed to kill Morgan's mother and 8 of her siblings. And as she was a kid in that time she couldn't nothing but ran away and hide with her father and Barbatos.
Hopefully this isn't boring. And ask questions if you have any, I'm more than happy to talk about her! :3

Aaaah can I add my Order characters? I am OBSESSED with the Order, I want to know mooooooooore. I have an entire family who originate from the Order that are related to my main OC Guinevere. along with a couple of others.
Sir Thomas Malory
While there is little confirmed about the real-life Thomas Malory, his character (and those of his family) is based loosely on the information surrounding Thomas Malory of Newbold Revel, the most commonly-accepted candidate. Thomas is a Knight of the British Empire and legendary Knight Commander of the Order of the Clock Tower who worked alongside several other English ability users during the war and whose whereabouts are now unknown. His ability, Le Morte d'Arthur, manifests in the Knights of the Round Table. He has an unknown number of different knights to summon at will, though after his daughter Thomasina’s ability first manifests he claims Lancelot du Lac will no longer answer his call. Named ones so far noted (mostly by his children) are Gawain, Lancelot, Percival and Tristan. There doesn’t seem to be a limit on how many knights Thomas can summon at once, though it takes a greater amount of energy the more there are, and the most that has been seen at once is thirty. An intelligent, driven man who would stop at nothing for his goal to stop the war, even sacrificing his own children to that end. His only weakness was his love for his wife Elizabeth, and it was her death that led him to abandon the Order of the Clock Tower and disappear to try and end the war himself.
Sir Robert Malory
The Order’s top strategist and aide to Dame Agatha. Has the ability Round Table, an extra-dimensional space containing a large circular table with 25 seats. Each seat has a plaque before it that Robert can inscribe a name onto, allowing that person to speak a set passphrase and be teleported inside. Robbie rose through the ranks uncommonly fast, reaching his current status of Knight Commander at age 17 over a decade ago. Straight-laced, serious and shrewd with a high level of intellect. Fiercely loyal to the Order, having been raised by their father to serve the organisation, and it takes extreme circumstances for him to go against the orders of Dame Agatha, who he reveres. The only thing he holds in higher regard than the Order is his own family. Willing to do what must be done even if it means getting his own hands dirty.
Lady Sarah Malory
Prior Knight Superior of the Order, currently being held in Meursault for her part in a botched Order mission eight years ago. This Sarah is actually an artificial humanoid replacement of the original, who died aged 9 after being unable to contain the early attempt at an artificial Singularity placed within her. Sarah's ability is Morgan Lefay, an ethereal woman who accompanies her everywhere and is the manifestation of her strong healing ability. When Sarah's Gate is partially opened, everything around her is subject to immense regeneration that can cause horrific mutations in living creatures. Sarah is a placid, gentle woman most of the time, but is prone to abrupt and unpredictable mood swings.
Sir Nicholas Malory
Leader of the elite squadron 'The Holy Guard of Avalon'. Commonly referred to as the "Golden Hero", Nick is possibly the man in the Order with the most physical prowess. The shining example of what augmentation technology looks like when it goes right - the Order have never quite been able to replicate this success. Nick's ability is Excalibur, a shining golden sword and matching armour that he can summon at will. The sword can cut through almost anything and fires beams of light from the tip, and the armour is able to turn aside most regular weaponry including bullets. He can extend and retract the armour at will to allow him to alternate between protection and ease of movement. A man with an unerring sense of personal justice, and a born leader who cares deeply about the people under him. Enjoys the thrill of battle, and is enthusiastic about finding tough opponents to face. Supremely confident in his own abilities, believes himself invincible. Loves the fact that he is considered a national hero, with fans across the country both for his good looks and for his heroic deeds. Cocksure and a shameless ladies man, a little bit of an attention whore. Loud and overenthusiastic, fond of pranks. Hates paperwork. Wears a cape because he thinks it makes him look cool.
Christopher Marlowe
Sent to the Guild as an 'exchange student' as a teenager eleven years ago, has been an undercover agent since. Christopher's ability is Faust, which allows him to take the soul of anyone who forges an agreement with him and signs a contract. Collection is done via his constant companion Mephistopheles, a literal handsome devil. Christopher himself is an irrepressible playboy, hedonist and overall bad influence, forever getting himself into trouble and having to talk himself out.
Ian Fleming
A member of the Holy Guard of Avalon with the ability Man with the Golden Gun, which you would think would just give him a weapon but instead the ability consists of an extra-dimensional briefcase that contains any number of gadgets and gizmos that one would expect a fictional spy to have. Anything from lockpicks disguised as pens to tear gas masquerading as talcum powder can be found within, including an audacious golden Colt that Ian describes as 'awful to use'. Ian is loyal to a fault, generous and overall a pretty laid-back guy.
BSD: Order of the Clock Tower Head Canons
Since Agatha Christie first appeared in the Bungou Stray Dogs movie, I've always been intrigued by the organization she led. As a fan of English Literature, I always wonder who will be the members of the Order of the Clock Tower.
Well, here are my head canon characters for the Order:
Charlotte, Emily, and Anne Bronte
Based on the Bronte Sisters, I imagined them as the three sisters who came somewhere in the countryside of England blessed with abilities and unique from one another. Charlotte has an ability called Jane Eyre in which it takes the form of a golden string that enables to locate the heart of the person she is looking for. Emily’s called Wuthering Heights, in which she’s able to summon ghosts called Heathcliff and Cathy and would do some of her biddings. Finally, Anne has the ability called The Tenant of Wildfell Hall where it worked like Kunikida’s ability, except that she is able to bring the images to life she’s been drawing in her journal.
Lewis Caroll
Based on Lewis Caroll, I pictured him as a cheerful man with a top hat who’s carrying a mirror all the time. It’s actually his ability, Through the Looking Glass, where he is able to transport people inside the mirror and inside was an unusual place called Wonderland. Yes, it’s somehow similar to Lucy and Poe’s ability. Also, whenever he’s about to transport his victims, he would usually shout, “Now, off with your heads, gentlemen!”
Jane Austen
Based on Jane Austen herself, I imagined her as a composed lady who wears Regency era inspired dresses. She is sharp and witty with her words. I actually find it hard to name her ability yet I think I would go with Persuasion instead. Since Jane in this head canon is good with words, her ability enables her to persuade or manipulate someone to do her biddings with solely her words only.
Oscar Wilde
Of course he is included! Obviously, his ability is The Picture of Dorian Gray, in which Oscar is an immortal and his opponents always have a tough time whenever they engage in battle with him since he won’t die. However, the one thing that could kill Dorian is if they showed him the portrait of his aging, rotting self. (It’s actually inspired by Dorian Gray from LXG).
I will end this here for now. So, what are your thoughts about it?
#I have more but I think this post is long enough#Also I could do this post about five times over about my actual OC Guinevere#who isn't in the Order anymore but came from there#Ahh I just love making ocs for writers I grew up with

Every now and then I (re-)discover my hidden away piles of Old Baby Writing, which I deliberately will not term 'bad' because it was old and written by me ages 10-18, when I had Shit Going On, but also by my current standards it's a bit not good
But it makes me laugh every fucking time that somehow I didn't figure out I was, for sure, a lesbian/girl-liker until like the end of high school because I look at what I've managed to save throughout the years and. Well. There's some recurrent themes.
(This is gonna be cis-sexual as hell, for which I apologize in advance, but also I didn't know a goddamn thing about trans rights until much later in my life so all of my conceptualizations were very much rooted in cishet (and Catholic) ideas. Ok back to it- "There's some recurrent themes.")
Namely that every dude is either already attached to someone, older and a v. good friend/enemy, and if he strays even slightly towards being a love interest he fucking dies for the female leads' character development. Hell, I was more likely to write male villains having an interest in the female lead, who would be understandably confused and frightened by this, possibly disgusted. Because it's a villain, right? Definitely not cause he's a guy!
On the other hand, the female lead (I did not write male leads for my own, original stories. I wanted to write about GIRLS.) often had *cough cough* very good friendships with another girl. I wrote: 2 girls go to save the world (and become so very close-); the (completely self-insert) protagonist is Nimue reborn and Morgan LeFay is tracking her down because actually the myths are wrong and Nimue was good for locking away Merlin and Morgan is in love here to protect her; the male love interest has been fridged and our female protagonist feels nothing now except for spurts of anger until suddenly another (notably good looking) girl swoops in and saves her; and then there is what would eventually become Jesse and Neha, my two OCs, in their baby forms- horrible, awkward little things, but retaining the basic vampire+human
All of these stories typically got abandoned after I wrote a big emotional scene with the leading lady and her new bestie. I was so embarrassed by it for reasons I couldn't articulate, or it made me upset, so I would leave the story alone and make myself forget it. I think Jesse and Neha stuck around so long because 1) they got intertwined with the most possible stories and had the largest amount of me fiddling around with them and 2) because I wrote what was pretty definitely a fade-to-black scene that mortified me so much I considered deleting the whole document. But I couldn't bring myself to do so. That storyline was scrapped, and I tried writing something else, but Jesse and Neha showed up as supporting characters still, and that made me so damn happy that I resolved to keep them around.
Somewhere in there I started getting into fandom, and then writing for fandom. I still got to write gay romance (and friendship, and many other things), but since, as we all know, fandom is often about 2 dudes, there was a level of... plausible deniability. Maybe I just wanted to see 2 dudes kiss! Writing 2 girls kissing was just... too close, too much, too me. It entailed too much thinking about how I, as a girl, would feel kissing another girl. Going further than that. And sometimes I wrote genderbend, ostensibly because it meant that if anyone else found my work irl it was safe-ish. Hetero. It definitely wasn't because I wanted more girls, wanted to play with loving girls. Let myself take cautious steps into wondering "what is it like to romance a girl".
Who knows how much of this is me accurately recalling and translating those messy mixes of emotion and hormones and repressed thoughts, and how much is the me of today looking back and making really stupid grand proclamations based off of very little evidence. I do know that baby me wrote a lot of hot girls tho. Good on her.

Reylo Kids Masterpost
So you want to write some next generation characters, the children of Kylo Ren and Rey, but don’t know where to start? Here’s a place to start. Organized below the cut is a list of names, skillsets, interests, weapons, faceclaims, aesthetics, general personality ideas, ships, pets, and even codenames!
Template Kids
Now the easiest place to start is to adapt certain characters as the children of Ben Solo and Rey. I speak, of course, of the original Solo kids, Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin. A quick search on Wookieepedia can help you get the general gist of these characters, their appearances, and personalities to adapt into Ben and Rey’s children. I’ve done this in a few of my fics (Twenty Years After and The Children of the Stars as well as hopeless fountain kingdom).
You can also adapt the child of Jacen Solo, a character who inspired Ben, as Ben and Rey’s daughter. Allana Solo is a favorite of mine to use as while she has interesting lore surrounding her, she ultimately never got to fulfill it because Disney bought out the canon by then.
Again, you can do really interesting things with adaptations of these characters, and there’s a lot of works and fanfic you can use to help yourself adjust the characters to whatever setting your Ben and Rey are in.
But if you want to start from scratch, continue reading on.
Names: Dead Guy Jr. Edition
A general trend I’ve noticed (and I’ve sometimes done as well) is the idea that you could name your OC after another character in the Skywalker saga, or that’s related to them. Here’s some names you could use if you wanted to take that route:
Hanna: to honor Han
Hans / Han / Hansel: Han Jr. would be fine, too, although you could get interesting with it.
Leia: A basic, elegant choice.
Leilani: A Hawaiian name that shares similarities with Leia.
Leila: An Arabic name that means “night” that looks like Leia.
Leilila: In Legends, this was Leia’s childhood nickname.
Lux: Gender-neutral, already used in-universe for a Separatist politician, but could be used to honor Luke.
Luka: A female named after Luke.
Padme: After the twins’ mother.
Bail: After Leia’s adoptive father.
Tai: After Ben’s friend from. Jedi School.
Breha: After Leia’s adoptive mother.
Beru: We often forget about Aunt Beru, but her name is used less-often, so I think it could be nice here.
Names: Original Edition
But it might not always be in your Ben and Rey’s characterization to name their children after people they knew, citing Ben’s own struggle with his name and legacy. Or you just want to let your character stand on their own.
Keera / Kira / Keira / Kiera / Kiara: a name from many cultures and was Rey’s for a long time. It means “throne” and “sun” and “dark” which are all thematically appropriate.
Kieran / Keiran: a gender-neutral version (that favors male) that only means “light”
Nix / Nyx: a gender-neural name that means “night”
Nellith: the name Lucas used for Luke’s sister that wasn’t Leia in the original version of Return of the Jedi.
Thea: the Greek goddess of light, and one of Rey’s names during the development.
Tristan / Tristran / Tristram: after the knight from a star-crossed lovers story predating that of Arthurian mythology, it means “sorrow” and has been used by diasterisms in her Landscapes sequel.
Jaden / Jadyn / Jayden: Gender-neutral Corellian name that belonged to a protagonist in the video game Jedi Knight III: Jedi Academy. Also could reference Mara Jade, Luke’s wife in Legends. Corellia is Han’s planet of origin, so this could be a nod to him.
Maura: a girl’s name that means “darkness” as well as “the sea” in Welsh, connecting it to Morgan LeFay’s Welsh name and also meaning “bitter”. It’s also a derivative of Mara, after Mara Jade.
Vaner: Revan’s son in the Legends timeline. Kylo Ren’s design was inspired by Revan, so this would be a fun nod.
Kai: gender-neutral, refers to “the sea” which could allude to Naboo, and is associated with the boy with a frozen heart in “The Snow Queen” a fairytale that likely inspired the Reylo Romance.
Lena: a girl’s name that means “light” and in Hawaiian means “floating in happy waters” which could also be a nice nod towards Naboo.
Solana: Rey’s surname in the Treverrow script and a fairly common girls’ name in Spanish. Means sun.
Faceclaims
Faceclaims are often the most fun when creating an OC, in my opinion. Finding the right claim for Ben and Rey can be tricky though, especially considering that Adam Driver’s features are not exactly valued in conventional beauty standards, and therefore it can be hard to find actors and actresses that resemble both him and Rey. Here are my personal favorites:
For the girls:
Kaya Scodelario is my favorite for the girls because she has Ben’s face, but enough of Rey mixed in too to look just right, and she has blue eyes from Luke and Anakin, making her fit better into the overall family.
Adelaide Kane has Rey’s bone structure and underlying look, while she would have Ben’s coloring, which is actually pretty good. She also can nail a wide range of looks for whatever you need her for.
Diana Silvers has Ben’s face shape, although she would resemble Rey a lot more. She’s not as much of a favorite because of that, but she still absolutely works.
Katelyn Nacon literally looks just like a morph I’ve seen of a Reylo daughter, it’s uncanny.
For the guys:
Timothée Chalamet is the current fandom favorite, and yeah, pretty much, thanks Dune.
Finn Wolfhard is also a fandom favorite because he literally looks just like a young Adam Driver, although he has some more Natalie Portman-like features in there, which allows for a little more diversity.
Ezra Miller can nail a very dark-side look, and he resembles Adam Driver quite a bit, especially with the nose.
Owen Teagues has a face very much like Adam Driver’s, and blue eyes to shake things up, like with Katelyn Nacon and Kaya Scodelario.
I also have what I call unconventional casts. These faceclaims are a lot more iffy than the ones I usually use, but I have used some of them, and they can work.
Miriam Petche was my choice for Nellith Solo in the Jedi Queen series because she has a face very close to Daisy Ridley’s and dark eyes like Adam Driver. She does not resemble Adam very much, though, although that was part of the reason I chose her for that Nellith, because she was a child they did not suspect was Kylo Ren’s in-story.
Dane DeHaan is very similar in that he resembles other people in the Skywalker family more, but he has the right look in a lot of ways, and that can be played off as sometimes genetics are funny like that.
Phoebe Tonkin is perhaps a little off in coloring, but you could wave that off with whatever Rey’s genetics are. She does have a Natalie Portman-like face and hazel eyes.
Alden Ehrenreich could work if you are explicitly going for a child that resembles Han more than anyone else in the family.
Ansel Elgort has the same going for him as Alden, as he was a contender for Solo.
Personality-Building: General Personalities
Now comes the most important step! Personality is what will make or break your OC. Here, I won’t be giving you a list as much as some general advice.
One missed opportunity I often see is the mixing of traits, especially of those that aren’t Ben’s or Rey’s. What do I mean by that? Ben and Rey aren’t the originators of their lineages, they had parents and extended family, and those personalities could be used to develop their children further.
For instance, Ben might have a difficult time parenting after a child that takes after Han, while that would be more easy for Rey to relate to. On the opposite end, if a child took after Padme or Beru, that might be more difficult for Rey to relate to.
You can have even more fun with this depending on if you gave Rey a specific lineage. Even keeping her Palpatine one, you could say, make Ysanne Isaard her grandmother since she would have been a good candidate for that in Legends, and use that to give her children some more interesting personalities. Or if you want to use Kenobi lineages if Siri Tachi or Satine Kryze were either of Rey’s grandmothers, that could be used to mine a character as well.
The kids shouldn’t take purely after one parent, however, and they should have a little spark or quirk that isn’t anyone’s and is purely their own.
Personality-Building: Interests & Hobbies
If there is anything I can teach here, it is that interests and hobbies are a lot more important to building a realistic character than any trait list. This will help a lot more, and even if their hobbies don’t make a ton of screen time, they make them infinitely more relatable. So here are some hobbies that run in the Skywalker family that you could use, and a few wildcards that are inspired by the first drafts of A New Hope:
Archaeology
Folklore
Flight
Machinery
Fashion
Politics
Gardening
Caring for Animals
History / Academia
Swimming
Calligraphy
Art
Personality-Building: Skillsets
Skills are also vital to your character, and this can be a fun way to develop them as well. Because there is so much to offer in terms of family skillsets, you can really go wild here. One thing to keep in mind is what can’t they do that someone else in the family can? How does that affect them?
Repairing droids and machines
Political navigation
Negotiation
Swordsmanship
Marksmanship with a blaster
Swimming
Hand-to-hand combat
Demolition and Pyrotechnics
Caring for animals
Gardening
Writing
Storytelling
Coordinating Outfits
Drawing / writing
Force skillsets:
Psychic Force-user: could specifically be focused on the unseen, such as mind-reading, Jedi-mind tricks, battle meditation, and predicting the future
Physical Force User: could specifically focus on lifting rocks, shattering objects, creating lightning
Special abilities:
Could be a really good healer
Able to create light
Able to manipulate fire
Different colors of lightning
The shatterpoint ability
Aesthetics
Aesthetics and vibes are also a great way to develop the personality and trajectory of your OC. I personally find this to be most important when I create a character to be able to write them well. The following are a few aesthetics ideas that could be used for your character based off of those already existing in the Skywalker family:
Space Pirate: inspired by Firefly, we have brown boots, infinity scarves, badass jackets, tight pants with oil grease stains, coveralls, fingerless leather gloves, multiple belts with pockets in them, lots of artfully disheveled hair with flyaways.
Dark Prince / Princess: Black is a requirement, high collars and long sleeves, flowing capes, coats, and skirts; silver and gold detailing in arcane symbols, subtly glittering jewelry, simple but elegant hair
Desert Rat: neutral tones, loose tunics and pants, lots of spare coordinating fabric wrapping around hands, clothes, and boots, goggles, hoods, minimalistic look, handmade pouches, layers of light-looking soft fabric
Elegant Warrior: Jewel tones, with some of the white of the light-side prince/princess, and the neutrals of the desert rat; wrap-style tops with empire waistlines, pants made for practicalities, overall plain tunics with little intricate details, hair kept up and out of the way, hoods but no cloaks, lots of layering, plenty of weapons, minimalistic design
Light Prince / Princess: Plenty of white and light colors, patterned fabrics, crystal jewelry, less practical fashions, some of the flowing elements of the dark, but shows more skin, tiaras and intricate headpieces, even more intricate hairstyles.
Songs
Having music can also be a great way to motivate you to write and get in the head of your OC. One of my tips for writing Star Wars characters specifically is to find a classical music piece that you want to use as their motif, similar to Rey’s theme, or Leia’s, or the Anakin/Padme Love Theme. I suggest looking at Lindsey Stirling’s work for this, since she’s an amazing artist and these original pieces are so incredibly evocative.
That said, the following are some of my favorite lyrical and classical pieces to use:
Wait For It from Hamilton— I know this song has been used in edits all across the SW fandom to death, but it fits and it really works for the Skywalker legacy!
The Firebird Suite— one of my favorite ballet pieces, some of you may recognize it from the end of Fantasia 2000. It’s a beautiful, triumphant piece that can work well as a leitmotif for getting in the head of your Reylo OC.
Artemis by Lindsey Stirling— this song I picked because it has a lot of leitmotifs in it from Star Wars, with the Force theme woven throughout (although likely not on purpose) and has an ethereal feel.
Serenity Theme— this one is more fitting for a smuggler/space pirate child, but I love how it mixes the fun sea-shanty influences with an ethereal violin. (I also love Firefly, so. . . )
Control by Halsey— a song that Halsey herself approves of when used for Kylo Ren / Ben Solo, I think it could easily apply to any of their children too.
The Arena by Lindsey Stirling— a more intense song, with the music video having imagery of fighting and dancing in it, which is very fitting for Reylo in general. It gives the impression of a child who has to fight, which likely they do if they’re in a SW story.
Written in the Stars by Blackmore’s Night— this is part of my more eclectic tastes, but it’s about destiny, love, and carries musical motifs of the medieval era and chivalry which fit well into the Jedi Knights.
The Chain by Fleetwood Mac— most recently used in Guardians of the Galaxy, a Marvel space opera, there are some lyrics that are pretty cool to use here, with “damn the dark and damn the light” and “running in the shadows” and it also sounds badass.
Mordred’s Lullaby by Heather Dale— if there is a darker reylo child you seek, this song is it. Written from the perspective of Morgana LeFay/Morgause in Arthurian mythos to Mordred, it has an eerie feel that can really work.
Desperado by Eagles— great for a sad Reylo child, but it’s very hopeful as the song is a plea to a friend to stop wandering and pushing people away and to let love into his life.
Weaponry
In Star Wars, weapons are a signature and are important to the story. So knowing what your character wields and what it conveys is important. The following are a few ideas:
Saber-staff: known also as a double-bladed lightsaber, this was a common idea for years as to what Rey would wield.
Dual Blades: This hasn’t been the signature weapon of any liveaction character and so could make yours more iconic, especially if you don’t make them the same color.
To make this more interesting, the character could have a shoto blade like Ahsoka Tano to allow them to pull off more interesting tricks.
Lightsaber pike: put one blade out of a quarterstaff and there you go.
A stable crossguard: as seen in SW: Rebels, I think this could be an interesting connection.
Blow Gun: One of Mara Jade’s signature weapons, could be interesting for a smuggler or desert rat Reylo child
Lightsaber and blaster rifle: the style of Tahiri Veila, someone who married into the Skywalker family, it’s an interesting take on dual-wielding
Or have a Skywalker child who relies solely on blasters and has a big gun they made themselves.
Colors that would be most thematically appropriate are as follows:
Blue if your character is a classic, heroic, knight-inspired true-blue Jedi.
Green for your nerdy Jedi who focuses mainly on the Force, and to give the visual motif of life and greenery to tie to Rey.
Purple if they toe the line between the dark and the light.
Yellow or Orange could imply being trapped between sides as a Jedi Sentinel.
Ships
The kids can’t take the Millennium Falcon all the time, so they’ll need other transportation at different times. Here are a few ideas for some ships they could take:
Stardust: an original ship you could make up, named after Jyn Erso and the Neil Gaiman novel
Jade Shadow / Jade Sabre / Jade Fire: Any of Mara Jade’s ships would be an interesting ship.
Lore Seeker: Tionne’s spaceship, could allude to a more nerdy and academic Reylo child.
Sweet Time: a ship used by Jaina Solo in Legends.
Far Wanderer: Jaden Korr’s ship; the protagonist of Jedi Academy III; could also be meaningful to a Reylo child where Ben is in exile.
Sunrider: named after the Jedi Mom Warrior of Legend
Vernus: a name referring to spring and greenery, and something Rey might have emphasized growing up.
Codenames
This was more prominent in the Legends EU, but codenames are a fun detail to include, as they can tell you a lot about the character and qualify as a genius bonus or a fun detail. Here are some of my favorites and what they might convey:
Angel Blue: a codename for Luke in the first drafts of A New Hope
Sticks: One of Jaina Solo’s callsigns in Legends, referring to the two “sticks” she was associated with, her lightsaber and the joystick of her X-wing
Twin Suns: a squadron name from Legends and the obvious association with Tatooine. Also, a nice way to reference Rey’s name.
Nevermore: nice for a princely, dark-side Reylo child
Valor: a gender-neutral one that would work for a very brave and knightly Reylo child
Lotus: Both “Ren” and “Padme” mean this.

{21+ roleplayer! No one under the age of 18! Please and thank you!}
So my main account is @cybersexuality on tumblr and I go by Cy.
I am 32 and female though I play mostly male characters. I'm looking to both find partners to write with on my rp account 'MultiverseForMuses' and possibly discord at 'cybersexuality'.
My roleplay responses have remained semi-lit but I do more literate when I have the time. {So between one to two paragraphs on average and willing to do more.}
I write canon, AUs, and original content. From science fiction based stories all the way to casual fiction.
Fandoms I am currently writing for are Star Trek, Marvel, OMITB, Buffy, and the Alien Series.
I am looking for other people writing characters for 'Only Murders In The Building' and 'Merlin' {1998}.
Characters I write as; Q {Star Trek}, The Vision {MCU}, The Grandmaster {MCU}, Talos {MCU}, Frik {Merlin 1998}, Morgan Lefay {OC/OMITB}, Ripley 8 {Aliens}, Call {Aliens}, Charles Bishop/Knight {OC/Aliens}, Norman Osborn {MCU}, Elon Spengler {Ghostbusters}, Rupert Giles {Buffy}, Liz Sherman {Hellboy}
Characters wishing to write with; Morgan Le Fay {Merlin 1998}, Oliver Putnam {OMITB}, Charles Haden Savage {OMITB}, Mabel Mora {OMITB}, Otto Octavius {MCU}, Curt Connors {MCU}, Vash {Star Trek}, Picard {Star Trek}, Anya Jenkins {Buffy}
Characters willing to write as; Oliver Putnam {OMITB}, Herbert West {Re-Animator}, Ruby Knowby {Evil Dead}, Norman Nordstrom {Don't Breathe}, Nathaniel Taylor {Terra Nova}, The Accountant {Drive Angry}, Edward Teach {OFMD}, Frank Black {Millennium}
I'm willing to write with canon and original characters; I do have a list of rules that sums up my dos and don't on my rp account but it's simple stuff.
I'll write most ships between consenting adults but I don't do explicate writing without both parties knowing where things are going.
Thank you for reading my terrible rambling, and I look forward to chatting with anyone who decides to reach out.

Morgan LeFay - The reliable senior
An entry in my WOA art series aka Wu's Oc Academy. Were I take all my OCs and try fitting/reimagine them all existing in the same made up fantasy setting.
Who was this Oc originally?
Keeping it short: In the game Fire emblem Fates you can pair up units/characters and that results into children, who can join the war. Yay! Anyhow there is a in the previous entry into the franchise, Fire emblem Awakening, the children would be mainly based upon the mother, and than just take the hair colour of the father. But in Fates, it's the opposite. The child units takes most design-wise from their father. And I really wished the character Camilla had a child based upon her, so yeah that's the origin point of Morgan.
Over time Morgan 'became' non-binary. Won't dwell on why, but to me they born male that dresses non-conformally, preferring feminine clothing. Also as some might see the latest rendition of this Oc raided Margarett Macaron's make-up and wear it quite nicely. Although they always been named Morgan, the last name LeFay*, yes written like that, is of course inspired from the legend of Arthur and since Morgan is a spellcaster in this universe it just made sense.
(*Once upon a time there was once a character creator who's naming restriction didn't allow for Le Fay. So I've just always written it like LeFay and just kept it cus why not`?)
Wu's Oc Academy ver.
Introduction:
Morgan LeFay, a captivating member of the student council, reliable and a proud beacon of individuality and resilience. Morgan is a virtuoso who manipulates vibrations and melodies to create spells that can soothe, protect, or shatter. Their control over sound is as much an art as it is a skill, earning them a seat within the academy's vibrant student body.
Yet beyond their disciplined adherence to magical studies lies a softer, unrestrained passion: singing and performing. The stage is where Morgan truly comes alive, however, the light of Morgan's achievements casts a shadow at home. Their father, an influential and traditional mage, disapproves of Morgan’s identity, despite this, they remain steadfast, believing everyone has the right to express what lies within themselves to the world.
[They usually wear wigs and make-up, but without them they look like on the right]
Fun facts:
Prefers presenting feminine, but dresses both masculine and femininely.
Was voted the most approachable member of the student council.
Their favorite spell is Echo Mirage, which creates duplicates of their voice that resonate around the area, making it seem like a choir is performing alongside them. Both a performance tool and a handy distraction in duels.
Okay so I lied, this is the last member of the "core group". Although I imagine Morgan being more on the side, like the reliable senior who wishes Mara, Hector, Emily and Quill the best, but can't always support their shenanigans and havoc, due to their position on the student council.

Wu's Oc Academy - Masterlist (WIP)
This is a Masterlist dedicated to my art project were I collect all my original characters (OCs) across the multifandom universe, and try drawing them all existing together in a magical academy-esk setting called WOA.
They are all drawn in a chibi artstyle cause that's the style I mostly drawn in and also the essence of the art style is to exaggerate the features that makes a up character, which i feel kinda fit this project.
Currently a work in progress and I will be constantly update this post.
Warning: Cringy names of certain characters and lore dumps all over the place.
