Winston: Winston had a brother. His name was Arthur. Arthur was a people person, chatty, witty, charming. He did most of the talking, and Winston was happy to hang back and listen. Unless he was trying to play the violin. good god that man was so bad at playing the violin. Unfortunately, Winston is a Nemesis pc so uh. Unlucky there Arthur.

Also he's married. Winston has a lovely wife back on the surface named Abigail and he loves her more than anything. They are Constantly sending messages back and forth between each other when he is away. The whole revenge thing was supposed to be a short trip.

I wanted to talk about Theo but realized I didn't have the right screenshot available to illustrate my point haha, so. Instead, here's an (incomplete) listing of all the ways my da kids could interact.

I haven't figured out the exact timeline of Cienna and Merrill's relationship, or when the Arlathvhen/transfer to Clan Lavellan happened, but there's very much a possibility Cienna was just chillin in Merrill's lil house in the Kirkwall alienage when Hawke & co drop by. Like meeting Varric in Inquesition? Meeting Hawke? "Hey wait, aren't you Merrill's girlfriend?" Not that she would have known either of them well, but. definitely potential for recognition there.

And like I mentioned before, what am I gonna do about Cullen and Cassie?? Like he'd definitely remember her, there's no getting around that. Does she just...wear a mask? A hood? Hide across the street and send the gang in any time they need to interact?

Um, what else...Kassia and Hera are basically sisters in law by the end but. Hera doesn't go back to Orzammar, so. Kind of irrelevant.

Unrelated, but I saw the post where someone complied all the letters from the Inquisition LIs, and I'm sobbing over Thom's. Like it was always canon to me that they went on to have a beautiful life together after everything, and I'm loving the confirmation. Just pure domestic bliss. Hera's in her fifties by now, she's earned her peace!

Also unrelated, but I've kinda stolen the little tidbit from Inquisition about Dorian and Trevelyan being related? I have not 100% ironed out the details on Theo's dad's background, but whatever, I'll make it work, Dorian and Theo are distant cousins. Strengthen that claim to the throne, girlie!

Ruse is a Correspondent by profession and a bookseller on the side. That's probably what the bookshop is for. It is not a front for shady activity. You can trust them. They would not lie like that.

Winston is a Monster Hunter. These days he largely works commissions protecting boats heading to and from the surface from the terrors of the zee. This is an especially risky life choice but he is simply too stubborn to die. Also he gets a kick out of scaring crewmembers not used to Neathy Bullshit

Hera is.. Legally a Silverer. If anyone asks. She works the occasional commission but most of her income comes from sneakthiefery. She Will flirt with you and she Will steal your shit and you Cannot stop her from doing it.

Ozzy is a rat-catcher. It catches rats. Sometimes other things, like man-eating creatures of the night, but mainly rats.
