A concept: Alan raising the Twins as a Single Gay Father. What would he name them? How would he raise them?! Would he tell them he's Green Lantern or let any of the JSA over?! I NEED ANSWERS! I NEED ALAN RAISING JENNIE AND TODD ALONE!

THE GAY GREEN LANTERN HAS A SON?

@bucksboobs The gay Green Lantern is only gay because he no longer has a son, in fact.

So Alan Scott, the Golden Age Green Lantern, was a straight character. And he had a son, who was A: The teen superhero Obsidian, and B: Gay. and then DC had one of their endless reboots, I think it may have been the start of the New 52 Era? And they made all of their hero’s in their early twenties again. And suddenly Alan wasn’t old enough to have a son, and so Obsidan vanished. And The GaysTM, quite rightly, said “Hey, this is kind of bullshit, you decreated one of your few gay characters.” And DC said “Fine, you whiny gays, we’ll keep the level of gay constant by giving all of Obsidian’s gay to his dad.” And suddenly Alan Scott, the Golden Age Green Lantern, was gay, and the first issue opened with him and his... either fiance or new husband, I can’t remember which, travelling together in a train, which promptly derailed, killing the fiance/husband, thus proving that The Women In Refrigerators Effect can apply to men, so long as they are gay men. EQUALITY!
