I saw a post I can’t find anymore about a clone wars au where the clones where mass produced and grown at like 10x the normal rate but they’re actually parasitic worms that live in a host so if a clone dies they don’t have to train another one, just get it a new host.

And I remembered the scene on Genanosis when Obi-wan wanted to study the worm and it got me thinking.

So Cody and Obi-wan go do something and Cody steps on a land mine and dies. But the worm crawls out. And obi-wan, the freak he is, is fascinated by the worm and takes it back with him. He makes a little habitat for worm Cody to live in and study’s him with a magnifying glass.

Someone eventually rescues worm Cody and gets him a new host and Cody immediately starts crying about how his crush would still love him if he was a worm.

Art vs artist (qui and obi edition)

This year didn't really draw all that much sadly, but it's great to look back on my favorite pair and see how much I've improved from when I first discovered them!

I love these guys with all my heart so here's to another year of drawing them in silly situations!

I've also noticed i have a bit of a bias for padawan obi, I just want him to have a great childhood is that so wrong!

um Stacy's Mom au au is taking me OUT they fuck with Ahsoka asleep in the next room?? THEY ARE SO MESSY WHAT

in reference to this post's last few paragraphs:

in a stacy's mom au au, let's say instead of master skywalker comming ahsoka to tell her to come back in the first chapter, he goes to get her and decides to personally escort all padawans back to the temple - not vos though as he is a knight and can choke. ahsoka ends up passed out in her bed and obi-wan is really planning to leave but now it's just him and master skywalker and there's something about the man that makes him seem...approachable right now...willing. it may be the exhaustion around his eyes, it may be because this is the first time they've really been alone together since zygerria, it may be because master skywalker had his hand on his lower back the entire time he escorted him and ahsoka back to the temple, it may be because he caught master skywalker looking at his lips at least once tonight, it may be because obi-wan has had way too much to drink really and anakin's pouring a drink of his own because apparently there's important paperwork he must do and and and and it may be a thousand different things that make obi-wan feel just confident enough to drop into master skywalker's lap and ask him if he wants to fuck around - but they have to be quiet because ahsoka is asleep in the next room and because neither would be able to just do it once, because they're both still in love with each other, they start sneaking around to do it more. there's no bet, just a lot of guilt. quinlan doesn't know, ahsoka doesn't know, and it turns out in the shadows is a good place to kiss and a bad place to have the conversations they need to have....so they don't have them and they don't have them and they don't have them and obi-wan tries to tell himself this is enough this is more than he deserves, more than he ever thought he'd get and anakin tries to tell himself that this is all he deserves and more than he ever thought he'd get

they would though!! padawan obi-wan is only going to be this confident around master skywalker once so he has to throw caution to the wind and just try and master skywalker is feeling close to snapping because padawan obi-wan is wearing clothing that is NOT temple approved and looking at him with big eyes and wet lips and he needs this he wants this he is a weak, dirty old man who is going to allow obi-wan to crawl into his lap and suck on his fingers and call him master

even if his actual padawan, and obi-wan's good friend, is in the next room sleeping

re: fic request for Obi-Wan happy & qui-gon harm acknowledged - have you read the Ori'shya Tal'din (More Than Blood) series by sometimes_i_right? Fantastic and handles qui-gon's whole mess so well and I could feel vindicated in my anger toward him as it avoids taking the easy route and does it right and does it well. excellent read

I saw your post as the first thing when I opened up tumblr and it's just so exactly what I like and have hunted for myself that I had to go back and try and see which ones I could pass along. If I re-remember/find others, I'll let you know!

~Chapter 2: Snippet~

Maul is scooped up with the force, left helpless and suspended. He howls about it.

“Wow. Is that… a cat?” asks a mon calamari coming over to look at him.

“I believe so,” Kenobi replies, “Though it needs a bath rather badly.”

The force which has him pulls Maul back to the medical bed, and gently holds him there. It smells terrible in here, like antiseptic and bacta.

“No kidding… but don't they hate water?” The mon cala asks.

“Bant my dear, I honestly have no idea,” Kenobi offers, “I've never seen one outside of holos before.”

“The horns are so cute…” the healer muses, pulling a scanner from her belt. “...looks like it's a ‘him’? He's intact too. I hope you aren't looking to get him neutered, I don't know how.”

Neutered?!

Cursed or not, Maul is going to kill these jedi.
