I was thinking, why not draw an fandom AU for my animation portfolio? Here we go. A short story of Norway, Denmark and nyo-Iceland. Below is a summary.

In a quiet Nordic town, 14-year-old Edda and her friend Lixiang temporarily take charge of her family’s art gallery while Edda’s adoptive father, Matthias, is away. Among a new shipment of paintings is a mysterious portrait of a woman’s back, which begins to trigger strange phenomena. Visitors who view the painting fall into inexplicable depression, prompting Edda and Lixiang to investigate its origins. Their search leads them on a supernatural journey through time, where they uncover painful family secrets—especially about Lukas, a troubled artist with deep ties to Edda.
