This Green Citrus Spinach Smoothie is a tasty and healthy way to start the day. It's a quick and healthy way to eat breakfast or a snack because it's full of vitamins and minerals.
Ingredients: 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup orange juice. 1/2 cup pineapple chunks. 1/2 banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 cup ice cubes.
Instructions: Put spinach leaves into the blender. Add the orange juice and blend until the mixture is smooth. Put Greek yogurt, honey, pineapple chunks, and banana in the blender. Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and well mixed. Now add the ice cubes and blend it again until it's smooth and icy. Pour your Green Citrus Spinach Smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Gluten-free quinoa bread made with healthy ingredients is tasty and good for you. If you can't have gluten or just want a healthier option, this bread is perfect for you.
Ingredients: 2 cups quinoa flour. 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup flaxseed meal. 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 3 eggs. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350 F 175C and grease a loaf pan. Flaxseed meal, chia seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Add the eggs, olive oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones until everything is well mixed. As soon as the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it and use a spatula to smooth the top. Put it in the oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. The quinoa bread should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down.

Snacks!! Whenever I see my mom she always has something in hand. Sometimes it’s a book and sometimes it’s food!! Real quick subject, snacks. I’m a firm believer in snacking throughout my day and eating lots of small meals. I don’t consume a lot of sweets or added sugar and I use coconut sugar and honey for my recipes. Whole foods makes up the majority of my diet so even when I’m reaching for a “snack,” to me this means making two eggs or eating some chia pudding.
