i was thinking wonho's face was a bit different... i thought it was his cheeks tho didn't notice the nose

before his official release where we only had pics and selfies and not videos of him (especially ones that arent taken by him) it was harder to pin point what was different about him but now that we do, its his nose. idk if he's had any other major prosedures too, but to me it seems like it's just the nose job because I've seen A LOT of those around me so I know how much a nose job affects the rest of ur face. it literally rearranges the whole face.

I hc Velvette in all her independent girlboss glory can grow clingy towards those she’s attached herself to - that being Vox and Valentino

Say Vox and Val have an argument Velvette wasn’t around for, so they’re both pissed at each other - Velvette comes to their little shared common space, completely drained from work and drapes herself over whoever is there

Valentino; will immediately start bitching to her but also scoop her up and plop on the couch, maybe get some snacks and drinks as they both recharge

Vox; stays quiet - doesn’t like talking after an argument but will do something similar, maybe go into his office instead to stalk someone while having Velvette in his lap. Velvette is just there doom scrolling on her phone or taking a nap while Vox rubs her back

Whoever Velvette runs into first - she can sense the argument happened. So once she’s recharged and taken care of herself - she’ll text them something stupid like “Can’t sleep. Come here. Now.” without telling Vox or Valentino that the other one will be there - both of them go in her room and are - pissed lol

(Think of that Spongebob episode where Squidward tries to make Patrick and SpongeBob be friends again 💀)

But yeah uhmmm Velvette’s gonna 1. Address the issue directly 2. Force both Vox and Valentino to sleep with her bc she’s too tired to deal with them but will force them into the awkward situation cause she wants the entertainment

If scenario 2 happens Velvette is obviously sandwiched in between Vox and Valentino while they stare at each other angrily. Whoever speaks way too loud first gets punched by Velvette (happens multiple times) so they’re forced to quietly “discuss their issues” while Velvette is playing dumb and pretending to sleep - eventually things do work out and they all fall asleep

I don’t even know where I was going with this it’s incredibly disorganized I just like ranting about the Vees help - love silly Velvette headcanons where she’s the one who’s in control I guess lol

I totally agree with like half of what you've written - with the part taht Vox and Valentino both need someone to confide with. None of them has a lot of opportunities to be just comfortable with another person. Sure they have each other but romantic relatisohips are often more "loaded" than frienships and while they can grant deeper connection, they also generate greater tension. That's why lifelong frienships are way more common than lifelong romances.

But I don't find the idea of Velvette's infantilization appealing, sorry. She strikes me as a person who craves to be feared and respected, to the level that it feels almost like overcompesating for her young age (compared to other Overlords) and non-threatening form. I don't see why would she allow anyone, even her friends to treat her like a plushie. Especially when those friends are power hungry maniacs who nutoriously prey on people they see as weaker.

That doesn't mean I think your headcanon is wrong or bad. It just doesn't allign with my own interpretation. Which is perfectly fine, they can't even be compared in their accuracy in relation to canon because we barely have any canon. So please, don't take it personally - I love you have fun with your ideas, that's the most important part of fandom <3

beth how are you liking watcher tv? im thinking of getting the annual with the discount but idk if i want to commit to it and im weighing my options

i like it! It's got good navigation (im a ux minor, so i was curious about what the design and interface would look and work. It's good! they clearly have designer(s) and probably user tested it at some point.) and i know I'll be watching watcher for the next year, so i got the annual subscription. if you can afford it, and you know you'll be using it for the next year, it's definitely worth it, in my opinion. ~4 hours of good fucking content a month for 5 bucks is worth it to me. also, i hate being advertised to. it's such a relief not to have to skip past ads and spons all the time.

plus, i really enjoy posting about episodes as soon as they drop and talking to my pals about it and sharing silly memes so relying just on youtube a month later would be harder to do that.

i think the comments section will be fun, and it's definitely way better than the nutoriously bad youtube comments section. i like that they added it so they can keep getting feedback from us directly on videos. plus, i already recognized some pals on there.

Plural culture is I just dont get it...why do endos want to be this? and why do people think others want or are faking all of this? Plural culture is I cant LIKE anything anymore. Plural culture is even if im ACTIVLY TRYING to not split and to ignore it all and just keep on keeping on and pretend my system isnt there I STILL split. I cant sit down and enjoy my day because my brain will take SOMETHING, ANYTHING, NOT EVEN A PERSON SOMETIMES and if I got enjoyment or even suffering out of it then its just THERE now and a part of me is missing. Plural culture is missing parts of yourself, loosing a skill or talent you loved that shaped who you were, forgetting the faces and voices of your loves ones, getting your memories rewriten for you, blinking and missing days or sometimes years. And thats just MY experience as host! Others in my system having to live their lives in the backseat, never being able to have one of their own or feeling like their hole point of existence is to make me happy or make sure we dont die. Sometimes I see how tired and drained the protectors are, how strung out the care takers are, the gatekeepers putting on a brave face for the good of the system to make us feel like maybe at least ONE of us has SOME kind of control only to find out that even they dont know everything or have control over it all. I see alters who are dating in our system wish and beg for a body just so they can hold hands like normal. Or others still who have had relationships outside the system wish they had a body independent of this one to go and be with who they want and do whatever they want. Its NOT all suffering and disorder yes of course and thats so very valid but like...even the most well adjusted systems deal with flashbacks, triggers, panic attacks I mean for fuck sake its not just some fun game or even a coping skill! Id RATHER NOT split or disassociate to be able to cope! Honestly id MUCH RATHER do things myself then switch but unfortunately I simply CANT no matter how much I want to! I HATE how low our split tolerance is because SPLITTING ISNT FUCKING FUN even when its painless! Even when its so subtle you dont notice! Because you loose something, a memory, your feelings, your sense of self gets rocked off its balance and honestly sometimes not knowing a split happed is WORSE cause youll just randomly start feeling like your not you anymore with no explanation as to why! Its so frustrating to see a bunch of people emulate the "fun parts" of my disorder and then when I get RIGHTFULY upset and say "hey its not like that it actually kinda sucks" they turn around and emotionally manipulate a group of people who are NUTORIOUS for not being believed by saying "Well because no one believes you then you should believe me because everyone has a different brain so actually I say that you dont need to be traumatized and have any of the bad shit your talking about and I get to have all the cool parts of it and your trying to oppress me by not letting me in your spaces" like???? Okay, so sorry for the rant and talking about endos and systemcorse and all. Sometimes it just all seems so ridiculous to me. When I see people say "real systems arnt hurt by people faking DID" and like??? no??? dont fucking speak for me???? Like yes stop fakeclaiming but like no dont say endos arnt "real systems problem" like I guess in practice sure but no and also BIG NO cause enods directly HAVE caused me problems so no, fuck that.

fallout new vegas is a perfectly *fine* game when i can get the damn thing to work without installing mods. Personally, i think the actual game in its whole is a mess and totally not worth the headache of trying to get that broken garbage game to run. it's ridiculous how many times i've attempted to play FNV and have been stuck on the loading screen, even with all the fix-it mods (something that even with old games should NOT need to be installed in order to get the game to run). If people crapped on cyberpunk for being bad because it was buggy mess, fnv should get the same amount of scrutiny. at least fallout 4 fricking runs correctly and doesn't have tons of broken quests. christ.

yeah i agree to an extent, foNV and fo3 are nutorious for needing third party files and software to just *run* but that being said, fo4 isnt free of this either. i, twice, had to restart my game from the beginning due to game breaking bugs. along with several broken quests preventing me from being able to fix it, etc. this isnt of fault of the game devs themselves, its just bethesda not giving a shit and taking advantage of the fact that us, as fans, cant really.... do much about it. i have about 15-20 hours on fallout new vegas, pretty good amount, and about 480 hours on fo4 (at the time of writing this) i wish it wasnt a buggy mess, that goes for all the games, shitty fandom members and whether or not the game is "good" aside. we, as fans of the series, honestly deserve a fallout game that *isnt* a buggy mess. especially considering we paid for it lmao
