the final nail in the coffin for me and g*ntsu was the "the world doesnt matter i just want to die.by your side" scene because yes it does matter? Gintoki is fighting to save it and live with his family he isnt paying attention to her eye rolling wish she has for someone who barely talked to her in 200 chapters. Wake up girly

That's just tsukuyo's character, as well as kyuubei's. There's nothing we can do about their honest expressions of their love and feelings. It's cathartic and freeing for them and is part of their character development.

I get that many of us aren't fans of the gnts or kytae ship dynamics. But they still have a place in the story whether we like it or not. They will have fans whether we like it or not.

I know you mean well but can we just talk about a lot of gintae centric things in the manga itself? Like Otae is in so many yorozuya chapters and comedy skits, so can we just talk about that?

I can barely scratch otae's and gintoki's parallels myself, the nuances in sorachi's writing/worldbuildilding of them. I hope more ppl can help me spot them
