#also did a couple standard pulls and got c1 tighnari so double YIPEE#wanted a new chara tho tbh. i only have three standard chara. jean dehya and tighnari. i got dehya c1 from chara select cause i need her for#future team and just got tighnari c1#honestly probably wouldve preferred new chara (mona or keqing) or new weapon#BUT WHATEVER STANDARD BANNER DOESN'T MATTER I GOT KAZUHA YIPEE#had to go to 77 pity but hes immediately forgiven#now. do i have enough time to save for lyney? no. absolutely not. but i will pray anyways#future team gonna be bennett dehya kazuha and lyney#now have 3/4 of the team#none built ofc#my other team is furina sigewinne chongyun shenhe#because im a main dps chongyun truther#furina does most of the dmg cause you know i had to invest in my queen#chongyun just has to sit and look pretty til his artifact domains stop killing me#shenhe is built besides talents. sigewinne has okayish artifacts but theyre usable until i NEED to yk#both her and furina need a little more talents. working on triple crowining furina#chongyun needs artifacts and talents. considering triple crowning him maybe#lyney when i get him will likely also be triple crown. might give kazuha and dehya a crown each#but yeah im so happy to finally have kazuha. ive played him in trials and hes literally so fun#im so excited#genshin impact#kadehara kazuha

Pretty freaking fantastic!
#There was also the Mistery game by team Danganronpa#and Pikmin 4#(I still have to play 3...)#Game boy alongside Wario Land & Superstar Saga would have been amazing announcements if it wasn't for the expansion pack#Metroid Prime was cool‚ but I think I will stick to the Wii version#and I'll be honest#I didn't care that much for Zelda TotK#But those three reveals were amazing#Not fully sold on Layton yet#since Azaran Legacy was kind of a let down & Mystery journey was straight up bad#But optimistic non the less#wonder who will dub the professor on Spanish since his voice actor passed away on 2020 due to Covid#R.I.P Jordi Varela#Katamari is one I was expecting to see after the remake of the first one so really nice that it's here#And I was not expecting Ghost Trick to make a come back#Now all that's missing is some Hotel Dusk remake to have the full set of DS detectives on switch#Nintendo Direct#Professor Layton#Professor Layton and the new world of steam#We love katamari#ghost trick phantom detective

i told my team i was leaving and every single one of them decided to quit too. leadership skills may not be perfect but i sure led them to the lifeboats when i noticed the ship had started taking on water!!

I was hoping they were waiting to say something bc they were trying to reschedule but i guess not
Given how tightly scheduled this tour is, not to mention that since the show was cancelled just before start time, the budget for this date was already spent (press and advertisement for the show, flights, hotels, meals, transportation and security for the band and their crew, transportation for the stage and equipment, labor for the stage that was already built, etc), I would imagine that cancellation rather than postponement was the most practical solution.
#also idk how many concert promoters there are in Peru but I'd have to think they'd be hesitant to trust the same one with another date#but fr the next two legs of this tour are absurdly packed - the first 10 days in NA they're doing 7 shows#it's basically 4-5 shows a week until October now#currently their last scheduled show is literally 3 weeks out from Baby Clifford's due date#it's just a very hard thing to make work on such short notice#and if the entities involved knew there was a problem - weeks in advance as is being reported#it's really fucked team 5sos wasn't made aware as well bc there may have been a better chance of figuring something out 🤷🏻♀️#ask#anon#the 5sos show tour lima#the 5sos show tour

could i, an eighteen year old with zero experience running a d&d podcast and a patreon for said podcast, do better than the council who've had several years of experience and amassed a fan base who so willingly offer (sometimes constructive) criticism on all that's not working? well i don't know, because i don't have the resources or time or energy for a project like that, but i do still understand that their current system isn't working
#solutions i can think of:#1 - hire a team. multiple editors; sensitivity readers; pr people; etc. doesn't have to be loads at first. you could get even six more guys#and i promise it would help significantly. also not all guys. i know i said guys but hire some women and pocs please#2 - create a schedule and unless there's a very good reason (family emergency; mental/physical health stuff; important event; etc) don't#break this schedule. the schedule is your bible now. read it and learn it and follow it to a t or else christian god will get real mad#and so will your several thousand fans#3 - own up to mistakes you've made. this is possibly the easiest of all of them. admit the hiatus wasn't planned well. admit you're not sure#when riptide will come back. admit you probably should've started following#1 & 2 a lot earlier. people will forgive i promise. we want to forgive. we love the content and the vibes. otherwise we all would've left#4 - get more guests on. and broaden this beyond white men please#5 - sort out your patreon tiers and ensure the non patron supporters who still love your content have enough to live off#i can't stand getting one episode every two weeks much longer. the scraps of first episodes and one shots aren't enough#and boom. 5 relatively straightforward solutions to the problem. i have no experience in this field. idk how much this would cost#but it's not like the jrwi podcast is struggling#anyway rant over peace out#jrwi#jrwi crit
