Dari semula yang bisa mengendalikan diri sendiri adalah pribadi sendiri. Yang tahu apa yang terbaik ya juga diri sendiri. Kalau mau ada perubahan, ya harus dilakukan sendiri untuk mencapai perubahan itu.

Percuma, menginginkan banyak hal berubah, kalau tidak dimulai dari diri sendiri.

Kembali lagi, ingat perubahan dalam hidup masing-masing ada di tangan masing-masing. Kalau tidak suka dengan suatu hal, ya ubahlah.

Masih ada waktu, sebelum semuanya justru semakin tenggelam dalam lautan penyesalan.

Be the hero of your own story I hear my thoughts tell me this all the time I'm the author of this story I dictate my happiness but what happens when the thoughts and dreams you've based your happiness off of seem to be further and further away it gets even harder to perk up and pick up and keep going and all I can hear in my head is your the hero of your story. Maybe this is part where the hero is lost and needs to find his way again. Everyone knows there are written with sad chapters where you change your path and find happiness the only problem is I don't want to change my path but I do want to find happiness. The hero lost his way but found himself again and came back and saved the day. They say you lose your innocence in high school. Walking through halls that one day you will never step foot in again. Talking to people and making friends, some that you may never encounter again. They help you set your standards for how you want to be in the future.  But then there are people who will make you more insecure than you have ever been in your life. Who will make you feel more rage and hate in your heart than you ever thought possible. Who will make you see more black, and make you think about how it would feel to not be alive any longer. But you fight it. They are not what makes you. They are not what decides what you do. They are not who decides whether you live or die. You remember that not everyone is mean. It is just those few. “Is my life worth these few?” That person reached out to you. That person went out of their way. That person is who you want to be. Who you need to be. They cannot take that from you. They will not take that from you. You are worth it. You can make it. And do you want to know the best thing? You Made It..

Hari-hari berat dalam kehidupanku seperti timbul tenggelam. Bahkan satu hari saja bisa bertubi-tubi masalah yang datang, hingga terkadang lebih baik mengibarkan bendera putih saja.

But, i finally come to a realization that everything happens for a reason.

Aku jadi bertumbuh, aku jadi lebih kuat, dan lebih dewasa lagi dalam menghadapi setiap masalah yang ada.

Jadi, meski sekarang kamu sedang mempunyai hari yang buruk, percayalah itu semua tergantung bagaimana kamu menanggapinya.

Kamu nggak perlu bertanya lagi, "sampai kapan aku bisa bertahan?", nyatanya sampai detik ini kamu bisa kuat menghadapi tantangan yang ada?

By far i know, I’m not the prettiest girl around, I’m not the skinniest girl either. I am nothing more than myself. My depression is at an all time high and my anxiety is too. My heart is racing and i am weak.
