I apologize in advance for how insufferable I'm about to become about this lol (and to anyone seeing this like 2-3 times bc I'm blasting it everywhere, I'm sorry I'm just excited hahaha) AND for the influx of sappy lovey fics likely to come

Boyfriend of 10 years proposed to me, after a pretty scenic train ride through the mountains, while watching the sunset behind the mountain range ☺️ (fiancé now ✨️)

I talk about him sometimes (I try to tone it down but I fail lol) but I really am obsessed with him. We waited so long because we wanted our own place first, and since we moved in may, huzzah! Engaged! I won't ramble too much but I am very excited to marry this soft viking whos obsessed with Christmas and boats, whos crocheting his own granny square biker jacket, who hangs strings of bones around the house, who lets me ramble on about warhammer fanfic writing and despite his protests gets excited to suggest "oh but wouldn't it be awful if they betrayed them?" Because he's nothing if not a lover of good drama and gossip lmao 💖

and as insane about him as I am, he is OBSESSED with me. In 10 years I have never once questioned his feelings for me. Any ego or self image issues I may have once had are replaced by a decade of him acting like he just walked into the lourve when I am just standing there in sweats and a tshirt or something. I'd say he's like a "wife guy" except it never feels like he's trying to prove something lol, he just wears his heart on his sleeve.

ANYWAY I'm gonna stop before I give a whole ass ted talk on this man. Life update: engaged!!! I love my Fiancé!!! I'm gonna try to get married on a schooner hahaha
