god so. @sleepy-nuvola i'm tagging you to start but all my info on KHR oc's i've brainstormed with her got obliterated when my account wouldn't back up with each phone change 😭 so here's the main OC i can talk about! i've mentioned her in a fic before so if you happen to know that fic, that's me~

First up! General questions!

1. What is their name? Their pronouns? Age? Gender identity? Sexuality? (if any of that matters lmao)

Amalia is her name! Late 20's. She likes what she likes

2. Are they somehow related to another KHR character? In what way?

Like, familial? Coz no if that's what this pertains to. Not even God knows where she came from

3. What does your OC look like? Do you have any art of them?

RIP to the lost messages and my art on my old computer..... Brown skin, eyes and hair that's kept on a ponytail coz of her thrilling job (dentist) Always wearing scrubs, coat and face mask. (What's his face is actually not happy someone else is rocking the doctor's coat look in the mafia)

4. What are their relationships to other KHR characters? Pairings you like your oc with? Adopted siblings or parents?

Who knows where she comes from! She's the go to dentist for the underground world so she's basically been in contact with everyone and is on good terms with all famiglias. Particularily, the Varia bc she's the only one who's been able to get any work done on Bel during his YouthTM. However Bel waa her first patient after she earned her degree, never practiced on anything before so. Great with the Varia minus Bel who loathes her.

Tsuna and co has only met her a handful of times when she's visited to get to know her patient's teeth. Tsuna doesn't know how he feels about it but her business card is in his wallet at all times because he's on friendly terms with her. And because they both look for great deals on foods so they keep each other updated on sales.

KHR specific questions:

1. What's their flames? And how many flames do they have?

I'm gonna be honest here but I forgot what was given to her uhhh. Possibly cloud bc purple is neat

2. How do they use their flames if they have one?

Scalpels. Her preferred weapon and instrument for dentistry (she earned her license online. just barely)

Before her dental career, she was an Army Doctor. Which army? No one knows. After that she was in the Italian Secret Service where she started and finished her dental degree in a few months. So she's done much fighting and has used her flames in a variety of ways that she's pretty adaptable with it.

3. How do they fight? Do they fight at all?

Amalia's previous occupations was as an army doctor and Italian secret service so she is loaded in her fighting knowledge and skills. Girl can fight and she likes to show off her arms when she can. Sure you're supposed to cover shoulders in the medical field but those shoulders she's worked hard for.

1. How much does Tsuna want to protect your oc upon meeting them? After knowing them a minute, is Tsuna now scared of them or worried about them?

Tsuna didn't feel inclined to protect Amalia first meeting coz like. She's a grown woman who just comped her own whole dinner through coupons alone at their introductory dinner. But then became more worried over time how alone she is despite having dogs; acquaintances are normal wirh the mafia but he wants Amalia to actually be Not So Alone.

2. Does Reborn think they're pathetic or does he have a slight respect for them? If he suddenly appeared out of a wall-hole, how would your oc react?

Amalia gets the job done so he respects her quickhand and just getting the job done despite being. Painful. And her tendency to scare just about every mafia patient of hers. Gets a kick out of it. Amalia wouldn't care about wall-holes unless it was her own home so she'd probably make a few holes her own.

3. Would Hibari Kyoya be able to stand being in a room with them for five minutes? How long do they last in a fight against them?

Hibari does not like her subpar job and finds her too cheap for his liking. Amalia literally does not care and sometimes clips the coupons out of his newspapers. So no, he can't stand her clipping his newspaper. Fight length just depends on what Amalia feels like and can mess with him for a couple of hours if terribly bored.

4. Would your oc go rambling about cryptids witb Gokudera? If yes, which is their favorite cryptid?

Amalia wouldn't know much about cryptids until she meets this kid who's given her a flyer for gnomes living in Australia. She listens to the kid ramble his heart out and makes up some just to see Tsuna's face crumple in disgust. No favorite really, probably whatever Gokudera is hunts down each week so it changes frequently.

5. Would Skull try to flirt with them? Would he score a date? Pity date or genuine interest?

Oh yeah, who wouldn't want to flirt with Amalia. Skull saw her lift her mobile dentist tire when replacing the wheel and when those arms flexed? He just about fainted. Asked her out right there. Amalia agreed because his excitement was amusing and yeah, honestly, wanted to give him a chance because she does pity him. But she missed the date for a teeth emergency for some Don vacationing in Switzerland. They facetimed, though, so while doing the procedure, Skull had dinner. So successful date(?) Who knows.

6. How loud does your oc cheer when Yamamto hits a home run? What if the ball hit them?

Amalia got a great deal on a megaphone from a second hand site that she uses. It can only make stereotypical sitcom crowd reactions so yes. She technically does cheer Yamamto on but via the megaphone. Not a big fan of yelling. If a ball hits her she just crushes it in her hand.

7. Would your oc be able to last an hour watching over Lambo, I-Pin and Fuuta? What if they all had sugar beforehand?

Amalia really has no reason to be babysitter but if forced to, she'd be able to scare the most troublesome one (Lambo) into behaving. The other two just Barely makes her tolerant list but really. She may just dip before the hour is up. If she's officially being paid then she can handle them easily even with them eating sugar.

8. What food would Sawada Nana cook for your oc? What's their favorite food? Drink?

Amalia likes to dabble in different dishes, especially seafood. She's been particularily fond of Carribean food lately so Nana would attempt those when Amalia is over. She really loves Italian soda.

『• • • ✎ RINTARŌ doesn’t say it often as well, especially in public. he usually says them when you’re asleep, next to him. so yes, even if he rarely says them, you’re just asleep to be able to hear it. he’s the type who’ll look at your sleeping form and admire every little crease of your face, even laughing a bit when he sees you drool—if you do, and uses his thumb to wipe them off. after that, he’ll hesitate a bit to see if you’re really asleep or not but then he’ll eventually lean down and place a kiss on your temple, muttering the words, “i love you too, you know?,” thinking of it as a reply from your previous “i love you” to him earlier.

『• • • ✎ OSAMU can say it often and he will be. especially when the relationship had progressed and has been lasting, he’s just relaxed around you. so when that time comes, he can easily slip the words out of his lips, even with a straight face. now he’s much alike atsumu in a way but he’s not doing it to make you flustered—though you’ll still be flustered because his “i love you”s does come unexpectedly. like you’ll never expect them with that usual straight face of his. there are times though that he’ll smirk as he tells those words to you, especially when he’s in the mood to tease you.

The thing is everyone talks about conflict and being enemies and no one talks about the aftermath of it and what happens afterwards. How are they supposed to act around each other when they are both hurt. How will they begin to trust each other again for real this time and what is the appropriate period of time for them to stay apart before they realise it was all misunderstanding coz if things take too long to sort out then it gets boring. I was hoping if you have any advice about all these things and about aftermath of a conflict, also maybe about change in body language (coz they are in a situation where they have to see each other everyday) and/or if the conflict has any influence on the personal life of any of the character (I mean, I can't describe that due to the fight one of them is not eating properly or is staying up late overthinking) what are the things we need to show and what are the things that we should avoid? (Can you help me with this? Or do you know anyone who can help me or like can you tag someone who can answer this?)

hey ! thank you, this is such an interesting question ! here’s what I’m thinking about :

- you wrote in your first arc about having another conflict after they moved from enemies to friends, which is a fascinating moment for you to shift the relationship and show them managing to find a different way to solve the conflict between them now they’re friends, contrasting to how they did when they were enemies, and so you can really push their relationship to the next stage ; after all, successfully resolving a conflict can get people a lot closer and reveal a lot about who they are to each other/push them to see each other in a different light, and create a first “win” for their fledgling relationship

- so, for the reactions to the conflict, that of course depends a lot on your character’s personalities, what their conflict styles are, and how they react to each other. is one of them avoidant, starting to pretend not to care anymore, disengaging emotionally, not showing their emotions, becoming cold and indifferent, so that the other one has to realize they care too much not to go after them ? are they both very passive aggressive, making hurtful quips and trying to needle the other, so this might push them back into enemy territory, but after a while they realize they don’t actually want to go back to it ? is one of them going to start acting out, before realizing they’re actually being ridiculous ? is one of them too accommodating and tries to pretend nothing is going on, only for the other one to be hey wait a minute i messed up this is not okay you need to stand up for yourself more ? they might engage in a game of chicken trying to get the other to show they’re hurt first. That’s up for you to know, and the specifics depends a lot on this, on how long they can carry a grudge or ignore each other, etc. it just needs to match with the story you want to tell. If you have two very avoidant characters they might just ignore each other for months which might be kind of a drag on your pacing lmao

- So you need to figure out what each character’s emotional trajectory is. Because of course, fighting with someone who is starting to be a friend hurts a lot more, because you can feel foolish, paranoid, disappointed, etc. So it’s likely they will have a negative reaction first (because their friendship is not strong yet) depending on their character (anger, sadness, betrayal, depression, rage, self-directed loathing, annoyance, pessimism, paranoia, etc) and how this presses on their backstory issues (eg. they’ve always been an outcast and this is bringing back painful issues, or it hits on their insecurities so they’re going back to being an asshole, or they’re going to be in denial about it because they don’t want to be vulnerable, etc). The difference between this and the conflict in ‘enemy stage’ though, is that there is some good to fall back on. What you want is to find a good ‘turning point’ where they somehow manage to find their way back to each other and changes how they deal with the conflict. It can be something in their environment forcing them to work together, a coincidence, a plot thing, whatever you need basically ; and then something happens that shifts the emotional dynamic, pushing them to actually communicate this time around and try to make amends towards each other. It’s often a revelation about another character’s background that causes the other to shift how they see them and decide to be vulnerable in turn ; it can also be a character having a revelation on their own caused by this new separation, remembering the good times, followed by an act of service. A good example is Darcy’s letter in Pride and Prejudice ; they dislike each other at first but develop some chemistry and witty banter, but then she learns something about him that she doesn’t quite understand and that upsets her ; he proposes to her in the stupidest way possible and she rejects him ; they don’t talk to each other for a while but then Darcy writes her a letter explaining what actually happened in his past in a way that is focused not on his own feelings but on helping her and her family, so it’s very noble and it’s the start of them growing closer again. So often you want one of the characters to make the first step ; either because they’re a bit more mature or they realized that they wronged the other party more. Or sometimes it can just be something in a moment where they simultaneously shift, like they can be very angry, yelling at each other passionately, or trading mean barbs, and then somehow one makes a joke, or they both realize they’re being over the top, etc, and they burst into laughter and then talk it out, etc. Or it can be another character noticing how upset they are and pushing them to talk. In any case, the most important thing is for you to pinpoint that emotional transformation. Figure out what you want your characters to learn and what you want the reader to learn about your characters.

- The body language is also very interesting. Of course it depends on your character and on their character style. A character who is avoidant or has been traumatized by conflict before might seek to make themselves smaller, to avoid the other’s eyes, to disappear from the common settings more quickly, to avoid them altogether for spurious reasons, etc. A character who is very anxious might indeed develop insomnia, but you can also show that in smaller ways, biting nails or lips, fidgeting, scratching skin, having a trembling voice, becoming more clumsy, etc. A character with a more confrontational style might become louder, dress in bolder colors, get into the other character’s way more, try to piss them off, invade their personal space, steal their things, show off their successes, etc. A character who’s a bit more in denial might overcompensate trying to look their best, boasting about great things they’ve done with other friends, laughing too loud, trying too hard to look fine ; an angrier character might do these things out of spite to prove to the other they don’t need them. Another might try to prove they don’t care by trying to be as normal as possible but there might be very small clues they’re not fine, like they forget to do things they would normally do, they don’t look as invested in things anymore, etc. A character who is more emotional might look openly angry or sad, be more prone to tears and embarrassing themselves, having bursts of emotion, having to leave the room, etc.

So I would say there is no right/wrong way to do this, it’s all about being true to your characters. You want to avoid, I think, being too repetitive compared to how they used to behave when they were enemies so i think it’s important to highlight how they’re solving it differently this time ahead and really working for it/making an effort. I think you also don’t want to make any of them look like too much of an asshole compared to the other, things should remain balanced here. And indeed you don’t want this to drag on forever, you might want to have a small separation, long enough for them to become more aware of their feelings, but get them back together soon enough that the tension doesn’t disappear.

so yeah, i hope this helps at least a bit and gives you some inspiration ! if anybody has any further advice don’t hesitate to add it ! good luck !

Hi anon! I think you’re referring to this post I reblogged about Cersei, in which I said in the tags that Tyrion and Jaime are objectively as shitty.

Ok listen, full on disclaimer here, but I’m not the biggest Jaime fan out there, and I’m by no means an expert on his character, so (in general) take everything I say about him with a grain of salt, but, while Jaime may not have as much blood in his hands as Cersei, I’ll concede you that point, he’s also not a king regent, like Cersei, with huge amounts of liberty—at least at first— to commit war crimes to his hear’s content. He really hasn’t had that much agency in general across the books, with him being a prisoner of war and then being dragged around the Riverlands by Brienne or being taken hostage... again. What readers trend to forget about Jaime is that when does have the agency, as of the start of aGoT, he’s more than a willing participant in Cersei’s schemes.

Yeah sure, he feels bad about it, and he justifies it by saying that he does it because he loves Cersei and wants to protect her, but to that I have to say...

Also I’m gonna disagree in one of the things you listed Cersei has done and Jaime hasn’t.

That is “killing babies” because Jaime doesn’t really show any qualms about harming children? Bran being the biggest example, of course. The only reason he isn’t dead is because he’s got big plot armor. Still, I feel this often gets ignored when discussing Jaime’s character because Bran didn’t die while ignoring the physical and emotional damage he’s suffering as a result, including deep depression. And just because an attempted murder failed doesn’t negate the fact that Jaime still pushed a 7 year old child out of a window with the clear intention of killing him.

He’s also not opposed to maiming children. He was more than willing to cut off Arya’s hand after the Trident incident:

"Do you see that window, ser?" Jaime used a sword to point. "That was Raymun Darry's bedchamber. Where King Robert slept, on our return from Winterfell. Ned Stark's daughter had run off after her wolf savaged Joff, you'll recall. My sister wanted the girl to lose a hand. (...) The king was passed out snoring on the Myrish carpet. I asked my sister if she wanted me to carry him to bed. She told me I should carry her to bed, and shrugged out of her robe. I took her on Raymun Darry's bed after stepping over Robert. And yeah, he again justifies it on his need to please Cersei, but that’s not good enough for me, not by a long shot.

Charming lol. Don’t forget that he’s doing all this while he tells himself that he’s keeping the oath he made to Catelyn about not harming her kin, and the riverlords as an extension, and at the same time defending and giving legitimacy to a hideous unlawful act that Jaime himself, deep down, condones, and yet there he is, waging war against the Tullys. And threatening to trebuchet Edmure’s baby while he’s at it.

I think that my biggest problem with Jaime is exactly that, his willingness to be complicit in all of his family’s wrongdoings and even rationalize his involvement. Like you also mentioned Cersei raping her teenage cousin, and that 100% should not be ignored (though funnily enough, Jaime uses Cersei “infidelity” if you can call it that to slut-shame her lmao, but their relationship is messed up like that). Now Jaime is one of the only male characters that acknowledge marital rape is a thing, that’s good, but at the same time his hold on concent is... shaky at best imo.

With his relationship with Cersei there are some glaring examples:

“Stop it,” she said. “Stop it, stop it, oh please…” But her voice was low and weak, and she did not push him away.—aGoT, Bran II.

“No,” she said weakly when his lips moved down her neck. “Not here. The septons…”

“The Others can take the septons.” He kissed her again, kissed her silent, kissed her until she moaned.—aSoS, Jaime VII.

This is a problem with Cersei as well. Both twins have issues accepting that no means no. And even going beyond that, there’s the whole Tysha fiasco and Jaime’s involvement on it.

"She was no whore. I never bought her for you. That was a lie that Father commanded me to tell. Tysha was . . . she was what she seemed to be. A crofter's daughter, chance met on the road."

Tyrion could hear the faint sound of his own breath whistling hollowly through the scar of his nose. Jaime could not meet his eyes. Tysha. He tried to remember what she had looked like. A girl, she was only a girl, no older than Sansa. "My wife," he croaked. "She wed me."

"For your gold, Father said. She was lowborn, you were a Lannister of Casterly Rock. All she wanted was the gold, which made her no different from a whore, so . . . so it would not be a lie, not truly, and . . . he said that you required a sharp lesson. That you would learn from it, and thank me later . . ."—ASOS, Tyrion XI.

Yes, Jaime, and she was also a teenage girl, who was gang raped on your father’s command, in front of your 13 year old brother who later was forced to participate (and people forget Tyrion was a victim here too).

I mean Jaime is a victim of his father’s abuse the same way his siblings are, but he’s also a full grown adult, more than capable of recognizing right from wrong, yet he still chosen to side with his family and be complicit to their crimes. Sometimes you can be guilty of what you don’t do, not only of what you do.

Of course, it’s kinda unfair to make a complete judgment just yet because his story is not finished, so he might make a turn in that regard, but that really hasn’t happened as far as the books go? Other than him deciding not to go to Cersei because he feels betrayed that she slept with other men. Oh the irony of him turning on her the one time she legitimately needs him to protect her from an actual injustice instead of him inflicting terror on others per her wishes.

I think it’s interesting that GRRM even gives Jaime this opportunity to grow, while he never extends the same courtesy to Cersei. That Jaime spents so much time away from his family—and by extension of Cersei—is a huge factor in that, but I do wonder what would have happened if he didn’t have the fallout with Cersei, if he had been in that position of power to continue the affair with his sister, to what lengths he would have gone to keep her, and that’s why I, personally, believe that he can be, or rather is, as bad as Cersei.

Akko smiled warmly at the barista, fishing for change in her pockets while Gerry (or so his name tag said) nodded to confirm her order. “With white mocha. And two pumps of breve. And light water.”

He looked at her from behind the screen of the register, patiently waiting for more.

“That’s all!” She said with a merry grin.

He popped her order into the system in a flurry of taps and beeping, and in a bid for casual conversation, had remarked: “Strong. Sweet. And creamy—the whole package.”

“I’d like to think of my coffee as a reflection of myself.” She replied in jest.

He laughed lightly, nodding while he took her payment. The order was punched in, followed by the high-pitched noise of a receipt being printed out; the sound of it mixed in with a song she remembered from her childhood that she’d often hear in cafes similar to this one.

The melody fit in with the establishment’s ambience. In the next moment, her change was returned and she walked over the end of the bar where she could wait to pick up her drink. She looked around some more—the interior was both rustic and stylishly modern. The bar was backed up by a classic brick wall, unpainted with the dark grey mortar jutting out tastefully. It contrasted nicely with the windows on the opposite side that ran from the ceiling down to the floor—the sunlight was kept at bay by venetian blinds in plain light brown. Everything else was wooden and lacquered—from the tables, to the chairs, and even the counter that sat atop unfinished concrete. There were greens as well, potted and genuinely alive in the corners. The smell of coffee wafted across the space, wrapping the experience together like the perfect ribbon on a gift.

But for Akko, the appeal of well-done interior decoration paled in comparison to the quiet blonde woman sitting in a corner table. Her spot was nearly hidden behind a half-wall divider and some plants. The brunette craned her neck, biting her lip in the process while she tried to get a better look at—

“I hope you aren’t trying to be discreet.” Gerry was back with her drink and a smug grin. “Because if you were, it isn’t working.”

Akko playfully narrowed her eyes. “I thought this kind of advice was bartender territory.”

“Baristas are close enough,” he said in a chipper voice, wrapping a napkin around her cup to keep the condensation at a minimum.

“Well,” she started deliberately, leaning her elbow onto the counter. “You really can’t blame me for staring.”

“I’d agree with that.” He nodded.

At the same time, they both turned towards the blonde—she was around seven meters away, but if the look on her face was any suggestion, she was anything but near. She was utterly engrossed; far, far away into the worn-out paperback book she so tenderly held and read through. In the next moment, she turned a page. A little bit after that, she tucked a stray lock of blonde hair behind her ear. Her expression was even—and practically unreadable.

Except for her eyes.

Seven meters was probably too far away to notice, but they were blue—so delightfully blue—and the pace by which they moved from left to right (her head would move along with them in the cutest way) revealed that she might be more enraptured than her expression allowed to show.

It was—if Akko were to be honest—just a little bit breathtaking.

“Buy her a coffee.” Gerry said with an oddly resolute voice for someone Akko had just met. “You don’t look at a woman the way you are right now and pass up on the chance to buy her a coffee.”

Akko blinked, turning back towards him with an expression of surprise yet amusement. “I don’t think she wants one—”

“It’s on me.” Gerry held up his hand, insisting that she stop talking. “What would you think her type is?”

“There’s really no need to—”

“No buts!” He insisted, and the intensity of it made Akko back down a little.

“Alright, alright.” she conceded, sheepishly scratching at the back of her head.

“Once again—what do you think she likes?”

“Iced americano—with white mocha, breve, and a bit of water?” Akko grinned.

“Okay.” He laughed again. “That was pretty smart. But I doubt she’s into caffeine strong and sweet enough to induce a heart-attack.”

“You may never know!” Akko crossed her arms, noting at the back of her mind that the ice of her drink would be melting anytime soon. “I feel like she’s into more adventurous things than—”

“Be cool.” He suddenly snapped to get her attention. “She’s looking at you. She tilted her head. Is that interest? Or is she checking you out?”

Akko giggled, “probably just wondering why we’re being so loud!”

“I swear on my honor as a barista that I never speak louder than my customer needs.” He said with an indignant quirk of his eyebrow. “In any case—how about a flat white?”

Akko hummed to herself. “That works. What if you take half off the sweetener?”

“Good observation.” Gerry nodded, sparing the blonde another quick glance. “The cold air of mystery leads one to believe she doesn’t like sweets.”

“She looks wonderful, doesn’t she?” Akko blurted out, looking towards the blonde over her shoulder while Gerry left for the espresso machine and got to work. She’d leave him a hefty tip and would make it a point to come here more often. Gerry was great—and from the first sip of her Americano, his coffee game was just as awesome.

Akko watched from afar as the blonde settled her chin onto the back of her free hand, laying the book flat onto the table while she flipped to yet another page. She licked her lips.

Akko died a little.

“Honestly,” Gerry was back. “You should see the look on your face right now. If I weren’t a hopeless romantic I’d say it’s pathetic.”

“Excuse you!” Akko laughed. “I’m a customer!”

“And I’m just stating facts.” He held up his palms in self-defense.

“I’m not going to fight you on that one.”

He smiled at her again, pushing the white cup of hot coffee near her from the across the bar in an exaggerated motion of presentation. “Here—an unsweetened flat white on the house, in the name of love.”

Akko gracefully took both drinks (hers was already getting watery), and beamed at the barista who she was pretty sure was now a new friend. “Thank you, Gerry. I’ll make sure to do good by your service.”

He winked, and soon after she was walking towards the small corner table partially hidden by the leaves of some weird indoor plant and oh—up close one could see how well her simple white blouse framed her neck and collar bones—and she—

She was actually nervous? It almost made her laugh—it was unlike her to be nervous of anything. Much less… this.

Akko stopped right when she was hovering near her, and on cue, the blonde looked up, visibly confused at the two drinks in her hands. Akko’s eyes landed on something golden glistening on the other woman’s person.

Oh.

“The barista insisted I buy the beautiful blonde I was staring at a coffee.” Akko started with a small smile.

It made the blonde laugh—the action of which was only just a small huff through the nose, along with the upturn of the corner of her lips. But her eyes looked delighted (and still so very blue) and Akko did her best not to blurt out a pick-up line.

“Did he?”

“He did,” the brunette nodded, placing the drinks onto the table but not daring to seat herself down just yet. “But by the ring on you finger, I’m guessing you’re spoken for?”

She was smiling now. The sight of it… did things to Akko’s stomach.

“I’m spoken for,” Diana smiled, gracefully accepting the coffee. “By a wonderful woman who likes her coffee much too sweet.”

Akko grinned, leaning down when she felt the blonde tug at her arm. Diana seemed utterly charmed by her entrance. She’d pat herself on the back for that. “She’s a hell of a lucky woman.”

“I reckon I am, just as much.” Diana leaned up, smiling while she met Akko half-way for a kiss. It was sweet.

And tasted like coffee.

Akko leaned in for a little more, giggling, toying at the golden ring on her own left hand and feeling a deep-seated joy at knowing the lovely girl in the corner of the café wore an exact copy.

When they finally parted—but only for a few inches—Diana gave her a pointed look. “Did you really trick the poor barista into helping you hit on your wife, my love?”

Akko laughed. “He insisted!”

Diana laughed fully this time, the corners of her eyes wrinkling in mirth while Akko just stood there, grinning stupidly, much like a lovesick puppy.

They were too engrossed with each other to notice that Gerry had nearly fainted.

Am I the only one who doesn't want melendaire to get together right away? I probably ship it more than anyone but for this show it just feels too soon & they will burn the ship out that faster as well 🥴 I want to them to acknowledge the lil something between them (or at least one of them should *ahemNeil*). I need Claire to be secure in her career first before getting together with her boss idk. She can date the best friend hub for now coz that will always be a bit uncomfortable and not endgame

Yes I agree! I’ve always said that I loved the slow burn and didn’t expect nor really want them to get together while he’s still her boss. Okay so I’m kind of worried about how all this will play out because at the moment I don’t see them getting together right now and it ending well?? Like if they hide their relationship to be together that’s too much like l*mlendez imo and yes will definitely have them burn out fast because I just don’t see that working for them in the long run. Unless they do secretly get together but breakup and angst angst angst until they can be together with no repercussions.

I don’t want them being together ruining Claire’s career or anything 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

I’d be okay with them getting together but her being off his service and working exclusively with Andrews and Lim so they could be open about it and official and talk to hr about it but I don’t really see that happening

Okay so I’m always all over the place but here’s my first theory is that we get Claire being suuuuper worried about her boo during the earthquake and while he’s being rescued or waiting be rescued they’re able to talk/communicate somehow and Claire is like I love you or vice versa Melendez wants to be able to say it her if anything was to happen to him

Or my favorite theory ESPECIALLY WITH THAT FORESHADOWING OF WHAT MELENDEZ SAID that I reaaally want to happen but idk how the outcome would be or work is that after Melendez gets saved Claire is just like really relieved and tells Melendez and is just like “I’m so happy you’re okay and this reminded me how short life can be and you said if it’s the right guy don’t wait for the the right time because today showed me there’s never going to be a right time and I love you Neil” !!! Like can you imagine how fucking great they would be and where it would go from there I’m not sure because I really do sense this happening but will happen after that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

We could have Neil saying he loves her back because it’s so OBVIOUS but also saying that he doesn’t want to affect her career and thinks it’s best if they wait

Or my more dramatic take that @gilbxrt-blythe and I were talking about is Claire just telling Neil she’s in love with him after he’s safe and he has her worried and she knows nothing can happen and that he doesn’t probably feel the same and should probably go off his service and they should probably stop spending time together outside of work and Neil is just gobsmacked but finally gets it together long enough to do the whole cliche thing and grab her arm to stop her from leaving and turn around and kiss her and holy shit I’d die if that were the case

And lastly like @pinkobsessedfreak said and I also love they could still just not get together but have Neil at least admit he has feelings and have it happen during the earthquake with him and glassy trapped and Neil telling him he wishes he had a chance to tell her and we deal with EVEN MORE pining all in season 4 which I’d honestly be okay with as long as they keep building up their relationship and having moments SEASON 5 ENDGAME WE’RE COMING BABY

I’m also worried about the tag line someone won’t survive and I don’t really think it’ll be any of the main characters (I hope it’s glassy tho I’m tired of his bullshit okay lmao) but if it ends up being dash or something because @jillrox202 said that she saw him in the cast list for the next ep and if that’s the case and he does that could really throw a wrench in the works and make Claire take a step back and spiral because god forbid we let her catch a break or it could have her feel guilty and tell melendez that she feels bad because she didn’t even really love him and Neil will have to tell her it’s not her fault and her be like nah it’s yours because I love you and life isn’t fair and then won’t allow herself to be happy despite Melendez feeling the same and this last theory is all over the place 😂

Idk ya girl is just worried about how all this will play out despite how happy 3x18 made me

But we’re literally getting an ep titled “I love you” so my hopes are still HIGH AF like how can part of that NOT be about melendaire especially because it’s in the second half of the finale titled that so love confession from Claire to Melendez or vice versa HERE WE COME

Where are you isolated?

In Mumbai. The place I live in is mostly quiet and not very busy, and my family and I don't really go outside a lot.

What are you currently reading and watching?

Reading: I originally was planning to buy Queen in 3D or Brian May's Red Special book before the lockdown happened but I guess that will have to wait. Currently I'm trying to get back to reading Helen Hoang's The Bride Test (I'd stopped reading it midway at the time coz a lot was happening). Meantime I'm hoping to look up cookbooks that might be written in a food memoir style, I love those.

Watching: Most of my "watching" happens on YouTube, and currently I'm bingeing on Buzzfeed Unsolved. Another favourite of mine is Chef Ranveer Brar's cooking channel. He's a professional chef, served as judge on India's version of Masterchef, and his fabulous fabulous recipe comes with a heavy doze of food history and tips as well, which I LOVE. One of my favourite episodes is this one:

(I would probably never dare to make this recipe though. Within the time it would take me to trace and locate some of these ingredients...I could just go to a Mughalai restaurant post lockdown and buy an entire plate of galawati kababs lmao)

I'm also rewatching older "food traditions" series' like The Royal Palate (by Chef Kunal Kapur), Tyohar ki Thali (which is basically a cooking show that celebrates as many of India's festivals as they can find, hosted by TV actress Sakshi Tanwar). I also like Worth It xD

If you can go outside what would you do at this time?

Take my daughter to my parents' place in Kerala. That girl loves her open spaces! XD

Any fascinating concept you're studying?

Not right now! Not on any consistent basis anyway.

What kinds of creativity/forms of art are you currently doing?

I haven't exactly begun writing fanfic yet but I am collecting my notes for the same! But at this point I'm doing quite a bit more cooking. I didn't have as many opportunities to try out sweets and mithai or even teatime snacks earlier, so I'm attempting some of those.

If my husband and I can manage to agree on when and which one, I'm hoping to make a homemade fruit wine or something at home later on so it will be ready in time for Christmas! 😄 We were initially planning to start in April but we might need to delay obviously. I'm keeping a list of jams to try out as well.

Who was your overall favourite member of Team Danger and why? it’s a toss up between Henry and Charlotte if im completely honest. I always love the girl character in everything and Charlotte was everything I wanted but I also always loved Henry coz he was one of the only main characters I've ever found likeable in a show before

Who was your favourite non-team danger character and why? Mary Debbie Gaberman because she was funny and put up with Trent’s shit

Who was your favourite villain and why? Rick Twittler. he was the most non cartoony. villain and he did some of the most damage to the characters

What would your ideal Henry danger spin off look like? a teen rated dystopia spinoff of the trio fighting crime vigilante style with habit of chenry also get jasper a boyfriend

Most importantly, are they happy? I think the trio will still be fighting crime together well into their twenties/ thirties, piper has started a successful company and ray and schwoz are still running the school. Mary has her own talkshow

What was your favourite part of the show and why did it initially draw you in? you guys are gonna HATE me for this but growing up I kinda had a crush on Henry that tries to make an appearance every now and then so that paired with me watching all dan scheider’s shows was mainly it
