As someone who is socially anxious as fuck AND has worked food- i super get it. and it happens on the other end too.

The longest place i worked food was at a Uni cafeteria- so regulars were the regular. And even then I wouln't jump to conclusions literally because of all the stuff that I feared as a customer(and mentioned above). I didn't want to make any of the students feel that they had to order the same thing, or that they were werid for ordering the same thing over and over(specially since, i have literally no issue with it, im autistic- i LIVE for that shit). And it's also like terrifying to see the same people every shift, I'm forced into interactions that i'm terrified i'll fuck up either socially or with their orders.

but also from the workers side- seriously long as you're nice.. we LOVe you. You are a break, and breath of fresh air, it can be really overwhelming having to cater to tens of hundreds of unique people and their need/wants. to then not have to do that for even just a single person, can be really relieving.

Starving to death this morning because ive been to the new local cafe twice this week already and if i go a third time ill look desperate.

Bruce had managed to get invited to have dinner with the Fentons on the guise of going over possible partnerships. And that, fortunately, that allowed Tim to tag along, he was running Wayne Enterprise after all.

They sat at the table with Mr and Mrs Fenton, making the usual small talk.

"May I ask, where might Daniel be?" Bruce asked.

Mrs Fenton frowned. "He wasn't feeling well earlier and wanted to take a nap. I bet he's feeling better, tho. I'll go get him."

"I could go get him." Tim says as he already is starting to get out of his chair.

Mrs Fenton paused for a moment before nodding. " Upstairs, second door to the left."

Tim got to the closed door and knocked. No answer. He knocked again and called out to Danny. No answer. Tim tried to open the door, but it was locked. That never stopped him before, though. A few moments later, the door was unlocked, and Tim was inside.

"Danny?" Tim called heistently. He went over to the bed. It was empty. A slight breeze flitterd into the room. The window was opened. Tim felt a sense of dread. The Fentons have been in Gotham for less than a couple of months. Had Danny already been kidnapped?

Tim watched as a hand grabbed the edge of the window and forced it open. A moment later, Danny Fenton was pulling himself in. He looked up when he was about halfway in. He stumbled backward when he spotted Tim. Tim rushed over to help, but Danny had already recovered and pulled himself all the way in.

"What are you doing here?" Danny hissed.

"You stuck out. Tim said matter a factly.

Danny shushed him. "That doesn't answer why you're in my room, and it's none of your business."

surprisingly fyodor doesn't usually leave too many marks on you to begin with

he's got that old fashioned take where it's like "other people don't need to see that and be in our business" if u know what i mean

however, he is also a very possessive man

^so when he gets worked up and does leave hickeys on you, the last thing he wants to see is you trying to hide or remove them

which is exactly what he walked in on u doing today

you were trying the good old "rub an ice cube on it" hack before u had to work

now this mf thinks you have some hidden agenda as to why you wanted them gone

"are you seeing someone else" 💀💀

PLS u didn't realize he had been watching from the doorway and this scares u so bad u drop the ice cube down ur shirt

u start frantically trying to get it out of ur shirt while yelling at him like "i have to work, wtf are u talking about???"

u immediately stop tho when he storms up to u and grabs your face to make you look at him

his face is so cold and unreadable omg it's scary

his eyes shift to the marks on your neck as he traces over them with his fingers

"leave these alone" he says lowly, then adjusts the collar of your shirt so they are partially covered

neither of u will say anything more about it after that, but fyodor sends sigma to secretly follow u to work to make sure that's where ur really going 😓
