i can explain (no i cannot) i was fiddling with the rules / tidying the blog and mentioned the junker trio (a lovely throuple to think abt, really) and then i thought of a couple of queenhog interactions i rly liked in-game and then my small chihuahua brain collapsed in on itself (thumbsup)

- Full disclosure: Having both Dez and Mako as your alphas would be an absolute pain in the ass. Odessa is already competitive, headstrong and fights hard for the things she wants. Throw on some alpha hormones and she'll frequently end up butting heads with Mako who is also incredibly stubborn in his own right.

- Their disagreements sometimes do make them literally butt heads, and sometimes the best thing to do is just let the two of them fight it out. It's hardly ever serious, and Mako tends to give in out of respect to her status as Queen, but despite Odessa's arrogant crowing she knows that Mako can and will challenge her if push comes to shove.

- Rivalry aside, the two of them are fiercely protective. Anyone who's dumb enough to slight you will very quickly find two fuming alphas trying to tear out their throat. Sometimes you do have to remind your alphas that you're capable of taking care of yourself thank you very much, but most of the time it falls on deaf ears.

- Both you and Mako would be the ones to introduce Queen to the wonders of soft comforting things! Plushies, blankets, nightwear... Odessa's definitely a little weirded out at first due to her difficult upbringing in the Wastelands, but after you hand her a little handmade plush keychain (Mako helped) she slowly comes to learn that yes, she's allowed to enjoy nice (read: "softie") things too.

- One very easy way to get either alpha to do anything you want is to flaunt any marks they leave on you, especially bonding marks. It drives both of them wild to see you parading their claim(s) on you and while Mako goes silent and stares, Odessa certainly likes to come up and get handsy (hand around your shoulder, on your hip, on the back of your neck, so on).

- Oh another easy way to get Roadhog to melt when y'all are outside is to get his attention and have him lean in before pressing a kiss on his mask. He can only feel a little bit of it; the leather is thick and he definitely has some nerve damage and scar tissue messing with his sense of feeling, but the gesture reinforces that yes, you do adore him and you do want him as your alpha.

- ...Y'know I feel like Odessa would try to cobble together some sort of matching knife thing for all three of you to show that the three of you are a "thing". Well, not matching "exactly", but since she has Gracie, she'd probably find someone to make one-of-a-kind knives for both you and Mako. Mako... probably doesn't name his since that's not his style, but he would appreciate the gift and the craftmanship.

- Oh yea Odessa would probably get a little growly if Junkrat comes around due to their history, but he and Roadhog are still best mates so it's not uncommon for her to come back to both you and Jamison sitting in Mako's lap and chattering about all manners of things. She tolerates it.

- OHMYGOD what if Roadhog's little gesture of ownership / possessiveness is to give both you and Odessa one of his rings each? He certainly has quite a few, but his thought process is probably like Queen with the knives - it's like he's giving a small piece of himself to each of you. (Also if his ring is too big to fit on your fingers, Roadhog would be just as happy if you wore it on a necklace.)

- So, the earlier point about Mako challenging Odessa? During ruts, the gloves come off. Both of them want you, and badly. Normally whoever gets to you first gets you, but if all three of you are in the same room, it's whoever subdues the other alpha first that gets to knot you. It's definitely a little scary at the start because it's as if your alphas turn into feral animals, but after some time it's just par for the course.

- Normally, the rut-brawls end when one alpha pins the other, but if they're both a little too riled-up the winner might just try to top the other one. It's a quick, dirty fuck, full of blood and snapping fangs and biting insults that normally ends with the topping alpha pulling out to cover the loser with jizz and their alpha scent.

- When your alphas see eye to eye enough to share in the bedroom, it normally spells trouble for you. Mako likes holding your legs apart and prepping you while you can do nothing but squirm, squeezing around those thick, rough fingers working their magic. Odessa normally knots you first, taking you against Mako's strong, steady body while he huffs and watches your face or listens to the sounds you make.

- One easy way to really break Mako is to ask him to knot you first. Especially if you ask for it softly, like you're shy about him hearing it. It really gets him going to know that you want him so badly, and by the end of it you'll be stuffed with so much cum it's a miracle you're not knocked up.

- One of Queen's favourite things is to have you suck her off while she's lounging on her throne. It's not the most... private setting, but the risk of having someone walk in to you deepthroating her cock seems to excite her. After all, what better way to show off her mate's devotion to their alpha?

makoto. my girl. the absolute TANK of my main party. has one of the more badass personas. i love love love her arc and her growth so far, and i just love her design!! i think she contrasts her sister very compellingly and i love the struggles she has to go through in turning from an unassuming, dilligent, almost subservient student into rebelling against authority she finds unjust in a way that is very Makoto. i fucking love her. my go-to to romance i think (along w hifumi but shhhh)

yusuke. he has not braincells but acrylic paint and homosexual thoughts rolling around in his head and i love him for it. he’s pretentious to the point its goofy and he takes both everything and nothing seriously BUT he also has a really compelling arc and he isn’t just comic relief fodder. he strikes a really good balance between being a valuable asset to the team and a more cautious voice of reason, while also being completely and utterly ridiculous to the point where i’m absolutely rolling whenever he’s around. that man is GAY he is TRANS and he has two pet lobsters named akira 2 and yusuke 2 that he makes kiss. king.

futaba. gonna be real i was TERRIFIED of being introduced to this character because i can just tell based on appearance what fandom incels and hentai addicts do to her. however she is INCREDIBLY compelling, her emotional beats hit HARD, and her relationships with sojiro and akira are just. super super good. i love the way her s-link is playing out thus far and i cant wait to get to know her more. people complain about her as navi being annoying but i dont get it?? she’s way less grating than morgana LMAO. in conclusion futaba queen i wuv you

ann. i feel like she gets left behind past kamoshida’s palace because we’re introduced to someone new each time, but i totally love ann! her relationship with shiho is really good, and im glad its not forgotten once her arc is done. she has fantastic chemistry with the whole group and shes just genuinely good. i have a soft spot bc she shares a va with kaede from dr<3, but i just. love ann. i want more forced interactions between her and akira bc their chemistry as friends is just SO good. stan ann for clear skin

haru. she is a SWEETIE and i love love love her. however i’ve barely unlocked her confidant and havent rly talked to her much outside of the okumura arc. she’s another stable member of my party and her persona FUCKS milady is so cool. she isnt Super fleshed out quite yet (but like. her dad literally did just die like 2 weeks ago in game we got time to grow) and i just love her!

ryuji. i LOOOOOVED ryuji in the first two palaces but he fucking SUCKS now the writers nerfed him HARD. misogyny isnt a cute personality trait, nor is only ever yelling all of your dialogue and arguing with people. the drop in quality from the first part of the game til now is staggering and it pisses me off because ryuji is SOOOOO good. he used to be a solid member of my party til i got haru but at this point ive made him backup out if spite. u all were not lying when u said this game treats ryuji like Shit. bring back gay respecter of women king ryuji 2020

morgana. hes just not as compelling as the other thieves. also how he acted during the okumura arc was so forced and contrived and OBNOXIOUS im still angry about it. hes fine normally and i know he isnt that bad before or after okumura but seriously. the contrived jealousy bullshit had me wanting to put down the game and not come back LMAO. hes only a stable member of my party bc ive spent all my time developing him into my stacked healer so<3 he stays i guess

lmao i realized i never did this and posted the fall season b4 this.... oops

kimetsu no yaiba: tbh started out kinda meh. and now it’s turned into one of the new big shounens. i was not expecting that. nearing the end got rly good and i was rly looking forward to more episodes! tanjiro gets cooler and cooler! animation is rly nice (thanks ufotable) and the way tanjiro’s water is animated. like. aesthetic asf. it’s so good. i love black-haired emo dude and zenitsu (my spirit animal) and ofc nezuko she is adorable im c r y. side note: the hashira? i think they’re called? some of the ugliest fkn characters i’ve seen in ages like flame boy? stone boy? i HATE them. and the gem dude too like man get a new tattoo artist on god.... he needs it.,,,,,,and inosuke is so pretty it’s unfair

dr stone: ok man dr stone rly went off. tbh. i’ve always been a whore for chemistry since reading the flavia de luce series (btw, i want more books of) and watching this just tickles my noodle brain in a good way... who needs prozac when i get a shitton of serotonin from watching senku dick around....  (btw what is going on with what’s his face and the girl. yuzuriha????? i can’t remember. i love senku don’t get me wrong but i need their perspective too... bc i hate lion dude... so much.... dick....) again i will repeat that i am a whore for chemistry so i get oFF on this. backgrounds are amazing/ animation so nice n clean (most o the time lmao). i thought i would hate the black n white haired trickster boi and ms yellow ponytail and suika but no! dr stone is such a good show that they are now great, loveable characters. also i am senku and chrome’s whore so jfc. man, i love the explanations of all the chemistry shabang, but some things i think would be better if explained! like senku doing physical labour at the beginning- ex. making all those pots and building that shit by hisself. i know he weak af. yes he smart but like. construction? difficult. pottery? even for me the artist . difficult. and that shed of his was filled to the brim. HOW. anyways, i love this so much i am crying constantly

danmachi 2: wtf yo. haruhime is so pretty but not a fan of her personality! bell still cute af and still don’t rly like aiz! animation good as always, and my god i shit myself whenever the argonaut theme starts up bc that is ? one of the best pieces of non-sawano hiroyuki pieces i’ve ever heard? addicted to it. and the opening! love the dynamics, the brief ‘rain’ scenes like when mikoto slashes the raindrops and just her motion basically? as an animator that is what i aspire to accomplish because i just love that. tiny little scene. 

arifureta: this would have been so much better had they dragged out mc’s op-ifying process! made him suffer more! i explained this briefly in my ‘first thoughts’ post for this season, but story-wise and pacing-wise his power-up could have been so much more deserved and gratifying. think shield hero- loser suffers, gets angry, slowly builds up power in an epic payoff! would have been so epic too. and also if they’d made his gained powers less.... crazy nerfed. again: HE SHOULD HAVE SUFFERED MORE AND THIS WOULD HAVE MADE A BETTER SHOW. harem thoughts: yue- meh. sucky char honestly. shea- my fav girl, she is a great character don’t judge- sexy and love her personality and love her character design and love how much fanservice she gets lol. panty flash ftw. dragon girl- discount darkness honestly , tho nice design. and mermaid girl- yuck, annoying,  DO NOT like the ‘papa’ trope! (ahem sao.) it’s gross. also just fuck mc’s classmates honestly- paladin dude sucks ass, healer girl OOF that last episode ruined her, samurai girl is ok i guess. hate ai-sensei too like shut UPP annoying ass HOEEEEE (postscript: opening=very epic too)

kanata no astra: plot twist? check. trillion well-done plot twists? check. this was done very well. i am so happy. all those plot twists and turns would usually suck in any regular anime- but this was written with GODLIKE ability. thank you, lerche. legit, this was such an enjoyable ride, i eagerly awaited each new ep! typically i hate space-related stuff but like! survival stuff gets my goat.... like this was good- (tho maybe more technical-stuff in the survival theme would make it so cooler) what shocked me the most: (spoilers alert) didn’t end up hating quitterie or funi. (tho the puppet made me want to strangle smth) luca’s gender had rly confused me but i’d decided on him being a boy- so basically that reveal left me like WHOA. i died. did luca rly have to show emo boy their tity tho... kanata losing his arm gave me the yeeeks, charce being the traitor was made sO WELL into a surprise even tho i’d kinda already suspected him<- like that was just fucking amazing writing there. gj. and ares the princess! ok man! shocked! AND also the whole clone thing, just fucked me right up. up the ass. like there are probably more plot twist layers in this than a fkn ogre has.... anyway shrek aside, yun?’s character arc was very pleasing, i think that was done very well! and the ending made me UwU like BRO? goals tbh. yeah this is a hidden gem and is just so good, so well-written overall. 

cop craft: didn’t have high expectations. i am now,,, quite,,, shocked &,,, blown away. sweetheart this is a good fucking show. so why @ livechart.me DOES IT HAVE 7.40 STARS WHEN FKN ARIFURETA HAS 7.72. can someone explain this to me? i’m outraged. LIVID.  matoba and tilarna were amazing characters btw! loved their dynamic! briefly i thought it might get romantic! nope, it didn’t, so it’s all good. actions scenes were epic, tilarna’s design and outfits were so much nicer than i thought they’d be like. she is so cute. and the op- man, if that is not such a bopper vibe then idk what is. i could watch it forever. it deserves so much more than what it’s got rn.

naka no hito genome: (serious question: is this considered some sort of isekai?) genome gave me btooom vibes honestly but like- this is SO much better than btooom and most game/trap/ kinda shows. fkn BOP of an op, especially the sequence at the end with short clips of each character in action (nutt). paka-san was a good boy and he deserves irl merch. i fell in LOve with all the characters (bubble boy= hot, akatsuki= ok meh actually kinda boring, karin= hot and i want her to punch me, ruromori= beautiful 12/10 would let her stalk me, sleepy eyes boy= baby + dazai vibes and hot af, twin boy= also hot, onigasaki= hot and love him so much, and loli girl= her light grenades got annoying but nice char design) anyways yeah more of this would be epic. i wanna see sakura and her twin reunite, and how they get out basically! also animation quality was very good which is surprising considering it’s a silver link anime.

kono yo no hate de koi wo utau shoujo yu-no: i include the whole title bc this is a good anime. (also livechart.me why 7.27 stars i will fuck you up) only meh part of this is the return to earth from dela granto bc that was like a culture shock and honestly at that point i’d forgotten a lot about what had happened on earth and didn’t care as much. btw, f ayumi and f the other brown-haired oneesan. mio and kanna ftw. obvs i didn’t understand the sayless x takuya thing like dumbass horny teenager . why u gotta creampie the worst girl. u have mio. bruh. (tho mio x ‘oyabi!’ boy is a great ship) also, takuya’s mom? keiko-san? idk if you’ve noticed but that’s literally my name so yeah just glad to finally have some keiko representation. altogether goodass anime. the time travel/ rezero esque reset thing almost got me but this was done well. so no problems. both ops very good. first song was bae, second also bae (just realized it’s by konomi suzuki, one of my waifu idols, so yea nice) and ed2 also so pretty! also yu-no’s design was rly pretty, the outfit colours, and her pigtails rly suited her :)

granbelm: sorry this is the last one lol this was a long ass post! other than the fact i dont rly like mecha this was good.... action, CHARACTER designs aesthetic asf, honestly rly pretty ok. i liked the cast, very diverse and more depth than most shows of this ilk. op was nicely choreographed- especially the part where the girls’ faces are contorted by their gems, showing their magical girl side. nicely done. mangetsu didn’t end up being that bad a char, and honestly? suigetsu is best girl and deserved better. and the ending too- like, bro, that made me kinda sad. some off points: anna’s mom was a little unrealistic as a mom like woman- please learn to control your child, and, white-haired girl’s sister should have played a bigger part, based on how her parts in the opening were emphasized! (quick note- blue girl, love her, great bad guy, when she dumped anna made me so happy honestly, she is beautiful, and i couldn’t actually decide who i wanted to win between her and suigetsu....)

but like with radahn the thing was they released a patch and it made him easier right so they released another patch like a few days after and reverted it and in the patch notes it said 'fixed issue with unintentionally lower damage values' or whatever DJFKLSJDLK they were trying to blame them nerfing him on an accident </3

we're pretty close to each other i believe!!! i really enjoyed maliketh too i ended up using my mimic for the fight bc i was getting frustrated but in general i've been trying to solo the main story bosses 😭 i just beat godfrey 2.0 and i was thankfully able to solo him but biba biba BIBA! i was getting MAD! he's so fcking fast it's unreal in the second phase its just a prayer and a dream that you get out of those combos otherwise its grab into 8 piece combo into 3 piece combo into a different grab into an ARENA WIDE AOE! into a THIRD DIFFERENT GRAB i thought i was gonna see god by the time i was out of there i was SO T-T but i got thru it that's all that matters it's over and DONE!

but yes i did go to the haligtree indeed and took care of loretta and our dearly beloved malenia <3 it's funny bc i could do the first phase solo then i would die in the second so what i ended up doing was i brought mimic in for the first phase then sent her away during the second so i could fight malenia one on one in the second phase just bc i really wanted to experience that and ahhh it was so amazing and so much fun i really loved that fight sm and i already want to go back and fight her again right away just astounding but personally! i don't think she was the hardest across all souls games! her two nasty combos are indeed awful and took out my whole health bar and i was level 175 but tbh if you took those two combos out of the picture then she wasn't too awful for me personally, i know everyone's experiences are different tho <3 i actually found godrey 2.0 to be much much more different just bc of his second phase and the almost sekiro-like dodge timing you have to have to get through his combos flkgjdklfgd

im on the radagon fight now and oh my GOD! biba! it's so phenomenal! i mean im sure you've seen it but holy shit experiencing it is another level of amazing and tbh i don't find elden beast to be that bad? i haven't been having issues with him at all honestly but i've simply been learning the moves and timing my dodges so that might change when im finally ready to get Into the fight! im gonna solo them both tho i think bc it's honestly just such a fun and cool and visually stunning fight that i want to experience it like that T-T

i've done almost all dungeons yeah!!! npcs,,,,kinda?,,,,i kinda got several locked out bc of the ranni questline which is apparently how its supposed to go SAD! i would love to try a greatsword build but uMMMM godfrey alone is so fucking fast that i dont think i'll do that T-T part of me is really tempted to try a faith build tho bc that's not something i've ever tried to do? i would love to explore that lkjdfklsjlk but you're so right about the spells like they have so many in this game i think it's more than any of the previous games? and i wanna try them ALL T-T like if they're gonna put pretty and cool spells in then i should use them!!! i THINK after radagon and elden beast i'll let it sit and stew tho i dont wanna rush back in too quickly bc i wasnnt just !!! feel the aftermath!!! im very particular about my fromsoft games as you can see dlkfjsldkfjsldkf

i could never do greatswords tbh sdvbsdh i thought i would but yeah they're WAY too slow!! and im very happy with my confessor default weapon, its strong and fast <33333 but also yes i feel like once you adapt a certain playstyle for these games they'll carry over every new one you play it's just how it is sdvbshdvbhsvb

Season 9: Legacy Patch Notes

the patch notes for legacy just went up so as usual im gonna give my thoughts on it (and also don't mind me naming this season 9 cause its easier for me to keep track. it just says legacy patch notes)

valkyrie

so the patch notes talks about her abilities that were shown in her character trailer. she's pretty cool and reminds me a little bit of pharah from overwatch

bocek bow

bocek bow uses a new type of ammo called arrows. apparently they are going to be more rare than any ammo. and you can pick the arrows that you recently used and use them again! neat! i mentioned this in a previous post but you can use the two new hop ups, Shatter Caps and Deadeye’s Tempo, at the same time should you find them.

the lost fleet update (the map update in olympus)

im not sure i gave my thoughts on the update based on the pictures and the trailer for season 9, but im glad they are giving this creepy dead space-esque vibes (minus the creepy alien monsters haha).

starter kit and loot changes

Players will now start a match with a “Starter Kit” consisting of a Level 1 EVO Shield, Helmet, and Knockdown Shield, plus two Shield Cells and Syringes each. so as of season 9 we will be finally be getting a starter kit to every match! this is a big deal cause as far as i can remember apex didn't have a starter kit since it came out and it was probably annoying for other players to just start off with nothing.

ground emotes

in the blog they show off the ground emotes that we can use in the game. they show off the wattson and nessie emote that i mentioned in a previous post! they also showed a loba emote that i absolutely love to death haha!

legend buffs/nerfs

as of season 9, low profile is no longer going to have an effect!

so they start of with lifeline of the bat: they no longer pull up the shield but they can revive two players at the same time. DOC's health recovery increased from 5hp to 8hp per second. i consider this to be a a good thing for lifeline cause then if we can we can cancel the active revives to protect ourselves with our knockdown shields.

ahhh! they made horizon slower!! her abilities will get caught by wattson pylons

BRO fuse has two knuckle clusters!!! and the cooldown is 25 to 20! i always do this thing sometimes where i kinda scare other players with the knuckle cluster (usually when im soloing a match) haha. so two knuckle clusters are much welcomed.

crypto can scan and open care packages! i thought he already did this but sure!

other notes

so i've been hearing this alot and it turns out to be true: peacekeeper and triple take are switching places. im kinda sad cause i've been trying out the triple take lately, but i guess i can see the peacekeeper in matches more often. the only time i ever use the peacekeeper is in the shooting range lol. (i miss the prowler tho haha) at least they didn't nerf the spitfire yet!

oh they nerfed it but just a little bit LOL the recoil control has been increased haha.

oooh wingman got a increased headshot multiplier 2.0 to 2.15! since skullpiercer is outta of the picture they gave this and longbow a little bit of a buff! neat!

so we go to the quality of life stuff and now we got organized badges and can be filtered with unlocked or all.

so from my understanding this LTM is gonna have more supplies than it usually has in a game, more loot, and each round more is just gonna drop.

Pathfinder Town Takeover

this whole takeover reminds me of a sort of mma style/boxing-ish to it haha.

and thats what it is technically, your using melee attacks to win the fight. you can get loot but its after the game it says, which sounds weird on why they put it in the first place. again, going to try this out to see how it works.

so this is another way to get loot! depending on what mrvn you get you’ll be getting different loot from it!

if they have a missing arm, you can shot the one you just saw and bring it to the other one with the missing arm and get rewards! might as well main caustic for being toxic against the mrvn  (get it cause he throws gas??)

SPEAKING OF CAUSTIC that man gets a buff for absolutely no reason at all.

so im a little said hamlock got from 22 to 20 damage, but prowler got more bullets this time around from 175 to 210. i think thats more than enough bullets for this little guy
