Had a stress dream last night about my surgery

The first in what I expect will be many.

Up up and away!

I'm so proud of this you don't even know. But in relation to the drawing I think the baby could be any of his children. I'd like to think he would get so excited to show them how to be like him and fly with the hammer, that he forgets his own strength. While he does a good maintaining control over his strength, he still sometimes has accidents...I also think he would have done the same mistake to each child, getting to excited to remember what happened the last time. Good thing even for a big guy that he is, Thor is still quick enough to catch them.

Tonight’s agenda is to have a martini (maybe 2 depending on how annoyed I get) and watch the last ep of The Trunk so I can rant about it. Because yall it has TESTED me in every possible way and I have some Things to say about it (even if no one’s listening).

Didn't end up going to see my grandma today but we will more than likely go tomorrow. I need to remember that any "emergency snack" I bring is going to get eaten, because I always eat on long car rides when I'm bored. I need to make sure I'm accounting for those snacks, but I also need to remember to have enough to keep me from being "hangry" so I can enjoy my time with my family.

I'm ending today at 1,025. Again, I need to celebrate this as an accomplishment considering that feeling like I "failed" a day is a huge binge trigger. 1,025 is better than 3,025 which is probably close to what my daily totals were not long ago, considering my huge midnight binges. (Plus, I need to imagine how bummed I would feel in the morning if I were to add to my current total!)

Here's to ending binge free day #3 on a positive note.

today I: brushed my hair, did laundry, swept my porch, chose healthy foods/made healthy meals, brushed my teeth 2x, painted my nails, and of course snuggled with my dogs, texted my mom, and spent time with my lover. I'm grateful for these things!!
