Here's the two cents nobody asked for but I will give anyway- Damiano wanting to do pop music because he feels he reached a point in his career where he can chase after personal projects and things he enjoys is perfectly fine. I hate it, but he is allowed.

But Damiano completely erasing Maneskin to the point where he went "this is the first day of my life" on insta, walking off an interview when asked about the band, essentially implying he's too mature to do rock now, that he couldn't be himself in the band and that the identity he built this far are all lies, and shading his own fanbase rather than offering reasonable explanations to the changes is not it.

There were about a million ways to do what he is doing now without stomping all over what came before, and his apparent innability to go "listen, I love the band, I love my friends, I wouldn't have gotten to where I am today without them and the fans but I want to try something different." are why I am seeing so many people flip on him every other day lately.

He needs a new PR team immediately. On every level. I realize Dove as an actress has plenty of knowledge on how the industry works but her own PR team cost her her entire latam fanbase not that long ago. It would be wise to look elsewhere for this one.

I often see debates on what Jason actually listens in music, and I think we as society need more of "Jason listens almost everything, depending on his mood" flavour, actually.
