Curious about our Experienced Aerial Yoga class? 🌱 It’s on Monday night at 7.20pm - head to my bio for bookings! 🌿 We recommend attending 5 of our other aerial yoga classes before trying this one so you have a level of comfort in the fabric and know the foundational postures. We build on those foundations in the experienced class, moving into more complex positions and sequences. 🌺 Like all of our classes there are always options so you can work in the way that feels right for you. We see advanced practice as knowing yourself, refining your awareness and living in alignment with yogic philosophy. Oh hi 👋 🌱 If you need some time to decompress at the end of the week, restorative aerial yoga can feel so soothing.
