For the cream
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, red chilli pepper, chilli sauce and honey in a bowl
For the main preparation
Place 1 Sharwama bread on a flat surface and apply the cream you’ve just made
Put two eggs in a bowl and mix with fresh pepper, Titus fish, onion and salt, then fry in a low heat
Flip your egg and place your Sharwama bread ontop, flip it over and allow to toast a little
Breakfast is served!!

How eating non-veg can harm your health
Disadvantages of Eating a non veg food diet are common in winter, many people enjoy the taste and variety of chicken and other animal products, however, recent research has shown that consuming non-veg food may hurt health. We are here to explore how eating non-veg harms you and the potential risks of eating with a diet high in animal products.
Nutritional implications of non-veg diet
Mostly read meat and dairy food products are often high in fat and cholesterol. These can lead to an increase in LDL cholesterol levels, which is a risk of heart disease. In fact non veg have low in fiber which is not good for our digestive health and not to maintain a healthy weight. 
Health risks associated with non-veg consumption
Consuming high diet of non-veg has been increased risk of linked with heart disease, Stock, and some type of cancer. Especially Red meat has been identified as carcinogenic by the World Health Organization that this is main cause of heart disease.  Also handling and preparing non veg food may increase the risk of foodborne illnesses like salmonella and E. coli.
Environmental impact of non-veg diet
 By eating non veg food we saw there are some potential and health risk, also have a significant impact on the environment. The meat and non-veg food product are contribute deforestation, water usage and pollution. This May livestock farming is a major source of greenhouse gas emission making a non-veg diet and contributor to climate change.
Alternatives to non-veg diet
Thankfully, there are plant-based and protein source food products that provide you all the necessary protein and nutrition which are important for a healthy diet. Beans, lentils, tofu, and Vezlay Vegan Food are excellent sources of protein and can be incorporated into a variety of dishes. A vegetarian or vegan diet has been shown to have numerous health benefits, including lower rates of heart disease and cancer. 
If you are switching to a plant-based diet it does not have to be difficult. Start it slowly by reducing your intake of non-veg food consumption, and try some new plant-based food product recipes. You may be surprised at how delicious and satisfying a non-veg-free meal can be.

Cure the Duck Legs
In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, orange zest, and thyme. Rub this mixture all over the duck legs, covering them evenly.
Place the duck legs in the fridge to cure overnight to infuse flavor and tenderize the meat.
Prepare and Sear the Duck Legs
After curing, rinse the duck legs thoroughly to remove the cure mixture and pat them completely dry with paper towels.
Heat a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Place the duck legs skin-side down and sear until the skin is golden brown and crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Flip and sear the other side for 2-3 minutes. Remove the duck legs from the pan, drain the excess fat, and save it for another dish.
Prepare and Braise the Duck Legs
In the same pan, add the Chinese 5-Spice powder, light and dark soy sauce, brown sugar, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and water or chicken stock.
Stir to combine and let the mixture come to a gentle simmer.
Return the seared duck legs to the pan, skin-side up. Lower the heat to the lowest setting, cover, and let the duck legs braise slowly for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once done, transfer the duck legs to a serving platter and spoon some of the braising liquid over them.
Top with a generous sprinkle of pomegranate seeds for a fresh, sweet contrast.
