whats especially baffling and disappointing to see is trans people who are anti theists, because like??

you know what its like to have basic respect be treated as a luxury, if enough cis people dont like you then correctly gendering you just becomes optional. we literally know what its like to CONSTANTLY have to correct misinformation about transitioning, our community, what we stand for and constantly be on guard for people making our community look bad.

Set in an alternate reality, Donnie & his brothers go back in time to the cretaceous period to stop a cataclysmic event. However, in doing so, the four brothers get stuck in the past and live among the dinosaurs.

Because the Ooze was designed to make super soldier mutants, it helps its host adapt to the conditions around them. After a few years, it started to double-mutate him to adapt to his new harsh environment, making him very raptor-like.

Because of his double mutation and trauma of past events, Donnie is at risk of going into a feral “Savage” mode like Raph

Has two modes— ‘Hunter’ and ‘Scientist/Alchemist’

While hunting Donatello relies on his instincts. Becomes very aggressive and territorial.

He uses an ankylosaurus skull and other dinosaur parts as his battle shell and protective gear while hunting

When he isn’t hunting, Donnie is trying to reinvent necessities to make living in a prehistoric era a bit easier with what materials are available to him

Whatever he doesn’t have, he’ll make. From scratch.

Dino-Tello’s concept was inspired by a similar 2003 TMNT episode where they go to the past, 2003 Leatherhead, Tarzan, and the anime series ‘Dr. Stone’

His concept is meant to emphasize Donnie’s other strengths beyond technology— such as his Super-intelligence, his close-combat fighting skills, and ability to communicate with other creatures (as shown in the Todd Scouts episode)

He and his brothers tame a triceratops and name him Zog, who was both a pet and steed

For one reason or another… Donatello is the last turtle standing

However, due to classic Hamato shenanigans— ‘Dino’tello might not be all alone for too long 👀👀👀

fk it, i have no self control. Here's a Non-Canon version of Adopted Donnie that's taken over my brain for some damn reason.

i also have no idea what i'm doing. I recently watched Same as it Never Was and the thought struck me that Dee could have easily ended up in that dimension and i'm kinda just seeing where this thing goes.

i'm not sure what (if anything) i'm going to do with this. I just needed to see what he would look like before i did much of anything.

I have some thoughts on this right now, but not many words right now to articulate them. i might do some more sketches tomorrow with more info then.

For now, Dee ends up there later than in cannon (not his age, he's still 4, but the timeline itself is farther alone. basically Dee's between 14-15 when 03 Don shows up going 'you all live like this?') and, b/c the turtles are separated by then, is exclusively raised by Raphie, who has no knowledge that Dee is an alternate Donatello. (Dee got his name b/c Raphie missed his brother and the kid reminded him of Don. i wonder why.)

that's all my words are allowing rn. (i can't even do the fking math to figure out how old Raphie is when he gets Dee. 35? Maybe??? i should have been to bed an hour ago so math is broken.) anyways enjoy this stupid. I'll at least reblog this tomorrow.
