Jotaro nods again, because what more can he do? He feels like he’s in a bit of a trance, and honestly, a part of him is rather alarmed at how Kakyoin can swaddle him like this, but his eyes are so warm, and his bang keeps hanging near his face, and- Jotaro’s moving before he realizes, only coming back to himself when his fingers brush against the cold arc of Kakyoin’s cheek as he tucks the bang behind his ear. Kakyoin lets him, but he’s staring at him, those warm eyes wide. Jotaro jerks his hand back as if Kakyoin were burning instead of freezing. “I-” Kakyoin snaps his hand forward though, grabbing Jotaro’s by his wrist, and Jotaro seizes, but lets him. Their hands stay tensed in front of them, Kakyoin staring into his face intently. Jotaro swallows. He can see Kakyoin’s gaze dart down to his throat to watch before jerking back up to his eyes. Jotaro is reminded of how a cat kills – a quick, bone-crushing bite on the neck– and despite the chill, he’s sweating a little.
