Inside Salmon Doshi and what it looks like from the side. I'd be lying if I said I'm not craving for it right at this moment

How do you like your lobster cooked? I recently fell in love with steam hotpot - steaming seafood, like the lobster in the picture, in a 2-tier steamer. The result is more than juicy, tender, and naturally sweet lobster. The sweet lobster juice dripped to the lower level of the steamer, and you get a delicious bowl of soup / congee. If you want to try this new healthy and delicious hotpot, look no further than YuGuoYan in Richmond Hill - a new seafood restaurant that brings steam hotpot, the latest Hong Kong food trend, to Toronto.

There's no better way to warm up than having some hot steaming soup dumplings. My first time trying such a gigantic dumpling. I might or might not have burnt my tongue from drinking the soup.

This wasnt very good. Was looking forward to it as I enjoy luckees version of rice rolls stuffed with shrimp and fried bean curd, but this version was mostly pork even though pork was not mentioned on the menu. Not sure if there is a good version of this uptown, I think spring villa used to have it before being sold.
