they become a closer when naomi goes away for college bc she. struggles to make friends for a minute and josie texts her to check in and they just start talking more from there.

naomi does meet /someone/ at college and. this girl is not very nice but ahhh we cannot stop her your first gay relationship being toxic as shit is a baby gay canon event.

brings her to the big memorial day weekend reunion get together with everyone in wyoming and josie immediately does not like this girl lmfao.

everything kinda blows up bc josie goes into the house for something, and naomi’s little girlfriend follows her and tries to hit on her. which naomi walks in on.

and ugh god love naomi she thinks josie was the one that ‘started it’ and they just start going at it. naomi following her back out of the house yelling at her that she can have whoever she wants why can’t she let her have one thing. josie yelling at her that she didn’t do anything- her little girlfriend is a slimy little weasel, nothing good comes from latching onto the first person to pay attention to you.

draws the attention of. everyone in the yard lmfao. bucky and rosie and aiden have to run over and break it up before someone gets smacked.

josie all pouty and frustrated off with bucky and aiden rambling about how she didn’t do anything, naomi is such a good girl, she hates that her little girlfriend is so awful bc naomi doesn’t deserve that.

Headcanons Driven? 👀

Sorry, that it took me so long, anon! But I really wanted to take time and sum some thoughts up! And I swear that won’t be my last post about headcanons of them!

DRIVEN HEADCANONS pt. 1

Firstly, the basics: zodiac signs: I headcanon Darcy to be (totally) Scorpio. It’s just the vibes she gives. She is dark and mysterious and can be very mean (Scorpios have a sharp tail after all and it shows.) Riven is totally Aries to me, stubborn af and headstrong, and very convinced of himself. Not gonna lie, they have power couple energy.

As long as everything goes to plan, Darcy is very sovereign but she can’t deal with spontaneity – losing control is something she fears. So in the end it turns out that we have the good girl/ bad boy dynamic to an instant after all

→ Riven gets that really quick and loves teasing her that way because he finds her cute when she goes all wahhh *panick* stop that

Talking about that: Riven likes both sides of Darcy. He doesn’t mind getting saved like in 1x8 but (and he prefers) to be the one to do so (like in 1x9. He totally doesn’t mind taking care of her when she needs help).

According to that one above – I headcanon to be both 17+ in the beginning of s1 keep that in mind – both tend to be dom in bed (I like writing couples that way and I totally should consider writing them at some point)

However aside from going after the dragon flame and taking over the universe, Darcy is a devoted student and is definitely someone who learns. A lot and hard. So, it happens quite a lot that she goes to the big library in Magix to study for a presentation etc and Riven just likes watching her learn. She hates it and gets all blushy and can’t concentrate whenever he comes with her and after teasing her enough with his presence he will go and wait for her outside usually with a coffee or something like that

Darcy has totally trust issues. I did not yet have imagined why, but she does. She hates to let go and give someone power over her by doing so.

→ so, in the beginning, she never stays overnight because she just hates being vulnerable when sleeping. After all the beef in s1 I headcanon them to still have their mental bond and because of that getting closer again. However, in that reunion, it will be the first time she trusts him enough to stay overnight and actually fall asleep

→ this is obviously a big step for both of them. And again Riven is a watcher because Darcy looks so innocent in her sleep *v*

Talking about their mental bond: the time in which Darcy was always leaving after ya know making out, Riven would always send mental messages like: Darcy, Darcy. What? Sweet Dreams and she’ll always be like, don’t use this for things like that but will be happy.

Darcy is in general happier when she is with him. For her, it’s a tiny part of normal life she just doesn’t have otherwise (ya know, world domination and stuff)

@ mental bond again: As I said, it stayed after they broke up in s1. The bond wasn’t working in light rock obviously because the Trix had these mind-control headbands there but after that, the connection was back. Riven had tried for a time to contact her out of curiosity. And I imagine that this works as reaching mentally for some kind of mental way to the other person. There was no “way” for him to contact her in light rock because the “way” was blocked but afterward the gate was open again. Sensing that the way is open however doesn’t mean that the person who is to be contacted will inevitably notice that someone is reaching for them. So in fact Riven is the first one to notice that the mental gate is open again. Of course, Darcy is a master in Occlumency but she has to pay attention to notice and as she simply doesn’t think of the possibility, she doesn’t notice until he says her name with makes her going jdkfjkdffdjkdfh omg fck

After they develop that mental bond again and talk from time to time (Darcy has to be careful because of Darkar and her sisters) they notice very quickly that they are definitely not over each other AND from then on, they will always give each other longing glances anytime they meet.

They also avoid fighting each other in general.

hi hope you're doing well! my brain thought about another jwds prompt and since you're always so nice i wanted to share it with you🥹 sorry if it's gonna be messy, it's something close to a stream of consciousness i got and had to write down.

post canon jwds right after the end. i have this headcanon that juwon the year he stayed away from manyang tried his best to get over dongsik, convincing himself he wasn't in love with him and that he still could manage life as he always did before everything happened. During that year he struggled a lot (let's say he coped with alcohol and sleeping pills cause we love angst), due to the reporters and media, the trial, dongsik's arrest for sure dealt quite the emotional blow but also due to his feelings and the nightmares he probably had about the possible ways the night of han kihwan's arrest could've ended. I like to think hyeok helped him during the worst days and I thought that one of them would be right after the reunion for nam sangbae's memorial. Juwon after returning to his house he might've drunk too much then called hyeok who had to deal with a sad and crying juwon suffering heartburn after seeing dongsik all happy and stunning- thinking he was better off now that juwon left. All of this to say that I'd love to see a meeting between hyeok and dongsik (it could be a chance encounter in Seoul, as soon as hyeok saw dongsik he knew he had to do something and take the matter in his own hands cause juwon would rather suffer on his own than demand anything from dongsik, and hyeok is protective! he wants juwon to be happy and get over dongsik, he thinks so since he doesn't Know the messy situationship these two have going on: pining losers) Therefore hyeok would sit dongsik down and tell him about the pain juwon had to deal with all this time and keeps on dealing with tbh. He'd go "lee dongsikssi please refrain from texting or calling juwon from now on, stop playing with his feelings" because dongsik kept on inviting juwon to manyang and what not I guess dongsik would be stunned? he didn't expect such a talk and he would be quite affected, probably go teary eyed yet he'd gather himself quickly, thanking a confused hyeok and deciding to go to juwon's house to talk and clear their situation and make out, a lot alsjakfjs.

ohh i always thought that hyuk and dong sik would have interesting interactions with one another. (i think the closest we ever got to an interaction between the two of them was an indirect one, with joo won talking about hyuk as a family friend or hyuk telling joo won that dong sik's playing him for a fool.)

so! your thoughts are fascinating--i can easily see hyuk kicking into stone cold prosecutor mode (and we're well aware he can do that). and i can also see dong sik being very wary of hyuk (and probably playing up the somewhat bemused role at first, because ah, yes, another flinty-eyed young man who's trying to order me around, only to be very quickly supplanted by "oh never mind he actually cares about joo won--and [insert conflicting feelings about joo won, from dong sik's perspective]"

and ofc, i agree. dong sik probably would need to excuse himself, think very seriously for like three seconds, and then rush over to joo won's place.

I have so so many thoughts about them post TFYLiM honestly — I had planned to write a bunch of follow up one-shots portraying their journey together through the rest of Blue Lock after this, but I got completely consumed by a new manga accidentally (actually because of the lead character sharing the same anime English dub VA as Chigiri 🤦🏼‍♀️) and have just not had the time to get back to it.

But anyway, let me shut up rambling and share my actual thoughts:

In my head, they never really fully address what happened between them during the break, but it becomes this sort of, typical, ‘okay we both know we really like each other but we are awkward and aren’t exactly sure how to discuss feelings at length and anyway, FOOTBALL!!!’ So it’s sort of like this undercurrent of romantic tension between them both which everyone else is maybe vaguely aware of to varying degrees. For example, Bachira in my head totally knows what’s up, and Kaiser absolutely picks up on it during BM’s match with Manshine and immediately latches on to using Chigiri as a means to wind Isagi up further, which works especially well when Isagi himself is still trying to figure out how to approach his feelings for Chigiri.

Due to the setup of the NEL, they rarely get opportunities to be alone, especially where there are no cameras, but I absolutely think there would be moments in between matches where they manage to snatch time together and the competitive and romantic tension spills over yet again and they maybe have some rushed kissing or awkward fumbles, but there’s never the time or privacy to really talk about it properly.

And in my head, this is how they would continue even into their later professional careers, where it almost settles into this unspoken contract of, football comes first, but god if I was ever going to admit to loving anyone, it would be you.

They snatch time together when they happen to be in the same cities, or for BlueLock reunions, and by this point everyone kinda knows but it’s never mentioned or acknowledged until one day finally, one of them has the courage to ask what are we doing, and the answer for them both is the same: I love you equally as much as I love football, and that actually makes them the perfect match for one another, because it means that the boundaries and the priorities in their lives are clear. I can actually never imagine Chigiri asking Isagi to choose him over his football career, and vis versa, and I think that’s why they really are soulmates. They share a passion which actually is organically their passion, not because of some childhood trauma or because they’re chasing recognition from family members or to distance themselves from family or because another area of their life is lacking or any other secondary reason.

They are just both in love with the game for the sake of playing the game.

That got kinda out of hand but I start talking about them and I can’t stop 🥹 I don’t think BlueLock is really about ships at all (despite the creators teasing us constantly with innuendos and heartfelt moments which could be taken that way) but I do think, realistically speaking, if any two characters had the best basis to be thought of as soulmates, it would Chigiri and Isagi 🥹

This already got so long but since it’s been a good while since I got to yell about these two, here’s a couple of random bits pulled from WIPs for them (can’t remember if I’ve shared these before tho).

sad hcs.... ok well obviously after the monsters started attacking the town william couldnt leave his house fir a bit. i implied it some in the last deadwood fic i wrote but the incident that led will to finally stop risking it was when dara got attackrd broke his leg. william blamed himself like CRAZY and wouldnt let himself go visit dara at all in case he got hurt worse or dara hated him even though everhone tried to tell him he didnt. though ofc will left before he ever got to talk about it with him.... the group almost splits when will leaves bc suddenly they lose their lead investigator even if they can all do it and he was one of the driving forces of the group. AND kfc theyre all pretty fuckin bitter about it because he really did just up and leave and thr only reason they even KNEW is bc mary came and told them all. like they do all understand that he just wants them to be safe but they dtill hate the entire situation

depending on how the pd timeline goes... when they get back to deadwood abby will be gone for college, cory will probably still be in highschool (hes a year behind) and mary n dara are . well they havent left thats for sure. mary cory and dara all still meet up but after abby leaves they definitely dont risk going out mystery searchung or ghost hunting anymore. though ofc in my special little hc world where my upp sre in the show, abby is on some sort of school break when the ld go back just so i can get my full reunion

A big smile formed on your face the instant your foot had finally stepped on Sabaody Archipelago—energy and excitement surging throughout your body.

“Finally I'm here after all those years of preparation, and the next step will be me, making my name on New World!” You exclaim with a grin, skipping and looking around the archipelago as your ship get coated around the corner.

“I am definitely the first one to arrive here, and will be the first one to move forward, and not those two losers, Kid and Killer, hahahaha!” You laughed, failing to notice a certain crew just beside you..

Panic.

That was the only emotion that ran throughout your body the second your dog went missing. All you were trying to do was readjust the way you were holding her leash, but she ran off after seeing a squirrel and the leash flew out of your hand. Then a crowd of people just had to move along at that moment and you weren't able to see where your beloved pet had gone.

So now here you were, running all over the area and occasionally asking strangers if they had seen your dog. Alas, you've had zero luck.

You sighed, muttering to yourself, "She couldn't have gone far, right?" You began to glance around again, eyes scanning as much as you could. Maybe there... or maybe she slipped through the alleyway on that side? There were just too many places she could have gone. All you could do was hope she was still okay.

Walking back to where you originally lost your dog, you wondered if there was a spot you overlooked there. It quickly came to your conclusion that you were right the second you saw her running towards you, happily barking like she didn't just cause you a lot of worry.

Oh well. You were happy to see her either way.

You dropped down to your knees and let her jump into your lap as you brought her into a hug. "There you are!" The reunion was short lived though because she quickly jumped back out and ran away from you. Again.

"Wh--hey!" You were filled with panic once more as you leaned down and tried to grab her leash dragging along the floor. Luckily you succeeded, but you barely had a moment to stand up straight again before you dog was dragging you along with her.

Eventually she stopped and you noticed her stopping by someone's legs and cheerfully yapping at them. You were about to apologize for her behavior, only to stop when your eyes trailed up and landed on the most pretty boy you've ever seen.

It was like a scene straight out of a romance movie with the way he slowly turned around to look at you. His expression was calm, and he had big almond shaped eyes full of mystery yet some kind of innocence. His long brown locks flowed with the wind, and the afternoon sunlight shined down on him perfectly. You were stunned into silence.

"Hello."

Even his voice was nice.

You snapped out of the daze and plastered a smile on. "Hi. I mean, sorry," you continued, "I don't know why my dog's being like this." You tried to gesture your dog to leave the stranger alone but she was firm in staying by his side.

"It's okay." He looked down and crouched to pet your dog's head. "I found her earlier and was waiting with her for her owner to return since after she ran into me and my dogs, she returned here and refused to move. When I saw her running towards you, I assumed she recognized her owner and was about to leave." Your dog barked again and he smiled a bit at her. "I guess she didn't want to say bye yet."

"Oh..." If you weren't flustered before, you definitely were now. "I see. Well, thanks for accompanying my dog."

"No problem." He tilted his head as one of the two dogs with him went to approach you.

It was the smaller dog with pink ears. It seemed to be curiously observing you while the other white dog with the pretty boy was hiding behind him. Still, it also looked curious about you.

"Hello, puppy." You made a little wave at the dog and couldn't help but smile yourself as it sat down in front of you, waving its tail.

"Miro. Her name's Miro." The boy gave you a nod of acknowledgement. "And this shy boy is Eden." He moved a hand to pat the shivering dog beside him. Your dog was still busying herself with his other hand, which was pretty amusing. Honestly, you couldn't blame her. "What's your dog's name?"

You replied, he repeated it to your dog, and she seemed even more happier.

"Nice to meet you." He gave your dog one last pet and began to stand up. He awkwardly turned to look at you, a lopsided smile on his face. "Uh... nice to meet you, too."

"You, too!" You bowed a bit. "And sorry again about my dog."

"It's fine. Playful dogs are cute."

A smile similar to his was forming on your own face while you nodded in agreement. He nodded back and then waved.

As you waved back, he turned to walk away and you began to lament that he told you the names of his dogs but not his own until your dog started to bark and run in circles around him. Before you could lecture her, Miro started mimicking your dog and ran in circles around you. This only seemed to egg on your dog and now she had completely used up a majority of the leash, preventing the boy from walking with his calves tied up.

The whole time he stayed still and just looked down with a surprised expression. You were beginning to feel embarrassed and soon you realized you were also stuck in place thanks to Miro's leash.

"Well then." The pretty stranger looked up towards you. "I think your dog really likes me." He then moved his gaze towards his dog, who seemed to be confused but having fun. "I think Miro also likes you."

"Seems like it!" You laughed, mostly out of nervousness to cope with the awkwardness of the current situation.

He just smiled and was now looking at his other dog. "Should we stay and let Miro play, Eden? Or do you want to go home?"

The white dog stayed quiet.

"Okay, home it is."

As if confirming his words, Eden moved to nudge your dog with his snout to untangle his owner with the leash, and your dog complied. She walked back to your side.

Meanwhile, Miro still had you tied up.

The boy gave his dog a certain look and Eden waddled over to nudge Miro as well. She followed suit and now you were also free.

"Thanks--" you started, but got quickly interrupted.

"Don't mention it. Have a good day." After he politely bowed his head, he began walking off again until your dog chased him once more.

You called out her name, the same embarrassment from earlier filling you up. Before the boy could react, Miro made a sharp turn and ran into your dog. Then, they started play fighting.

"Ah..." you both practically said at the same time. There was a beat of awkward silence and eye contact, but it was enough for you to know you two had the same idea.

The dogs had settled down after a good while. By that time, you and the boy had managed to find a bench to sit on while watching your dogs. Little to no conversation passed throughout the time, mostly because you were too nervous to start anything, and unsure if the other would be okay with talking. But sitting in silence with him wasn't bad at all.

Anyways, Eden had fallen asleep on your shoe, and your leg fell asleep as well, but you didn't dare wake up the precious thing. Miro and your pet were mostly just walking and looking around at this point.

"We should probably go our separate ways now." You turned to look at the brunette, nodding. "And... I never asked for your name." He didn't look back at you as your brows raised. "I just realized I only asked for your dog's name. Sorry, I wasn't trying to be rude."

"Oh, no, it's fine." You awkwardly looked away for a moment before telling him and then asking, "What's your name?"

"...Johan." His head lowered, and it almost looked like there was some pink that colored in his cheeks. While you were distracted by that, he stood up and whistled, grabbing Miro's attention. She ran back to him and he then bent down to pick up his sleeping dog. "See you around."

She loudly barked back in a way that could only be described as sassy. Almost as if she was saying, "You should be thanking me I made him stay!"

You just sighed. "Let's head home..."

On the way, Johan continuously popped into your head. Aside from his stunning looks, another thing you found yourself swooning over was how nice he seemed. You thought about what else he had under his quietness, if anything. Then you thought about the next time you two could hang out and--oh no.

You realized you had no way of contacting him after today and it made you exclaim, "I should've traded phone numbers with him!" Ajax loves kids and he’ll make that known early on in your relationship

Like...This man wants five or more kids but he’ll settle for four. He dreams of a big family, getting to surround himself with you and your kids every night for family dinners, everyone getting together for big birthday parties or reunions! That’s his dream life! Plus, in Snezhnaya, most families have more than two kids anyways

He will cry so hard when his babies are placed in his arms for the first time, I mean he’s a mess. Nose is running, eyes puffy, lost of sniffling lmao he is so excited to be a dad!! Don’t you dare tell the other Harbingers how much he cried...What do you mean you took a picture when he wasn’t looking??? Hey??!?!

With his obscene amount of mora, he’ll buy a huge house that will accommodate everyone. Anything you want will be purchased that day or within 48 hours, the same goes for the kids

But they’ll all learn to be thankful for what they have. They’ll learn to fight, fish and speak multiple languages. He has high expectations but let’s face it, he’ll be proud of them no matter what

You’re gonna have to be the one to put your foot down though because Ajax doesn’t enjoy being the ‘mean parent’, he has trouble saying no to the kiddos which can create some tension between you and your husband. Zhongli:

Zhongli is nervous about having kids because he’s immortal. So this will go one of two ways. 1. You have the baby and the baby ends up not being immortal (or you adopt a baby who is not immortal) Then he loses you both. OR 2. You have the baby and it inherits his immortality and becomes an adeptus. Now he and the baby will have to watch you die while they both life forever.

Either way...It hurts him to think about because he loves you!! He wants to have a family with you!! He wants to give you that perfect family life every human desires!! But he’s torn

You two will just have to figure it out.

Zhongli will be a strong, male figure for your kid(s) and he will instill that traditional kindness and respect into their behavior. ‘Please’ and ‘thank you’ always, always offer to help someone who needs it, do good deeds and you will feel accomplished, be the best you you can be, alway try your hardest because that’s all that matters

He will be sure that your kid(s) always feel loved ALWAYS. Zhongli will tell them stories, cook for them, take them to school, anything that needs to be done. When you’ve had a rough day, he’ll step in to take over for the night without being asked. He shows interest in everything your kid(s) like and he will do his damn best to display every piece of artwork they make or every pretty rock they find

Kaeya:

Ooooh brother, at first Kaeya says no he doesn’t want kids but...Then he starts thinking about it

He observes the happy families that walk around the cobblestone streets of Mondstadt, how the kiddos smile and laugh with their parents. He’ll patrol in the afternoons, usually rounding the corner just in time to see the city’s kids leave school for the day, watching as they all run down the street to go home to their parents or play in the fountain together...Yeah, that really warms his heart

He’d want one or two kids, preferably two to avoid an only child being lonely. He isn’t on the best terms with Diluc but he can admit that they had a great childhood together, playing at the winery and running around as brothers do

Kaeya would be a very patient, understanding father. He doesn’t have much of a temper so he’d use the kids’ mistakes as learning opportunities instead of getting upset at them

He would be obsessed with the kids when they’re babies though oh man if you thought you had baby fever, he has it times ten! He loves holding the baby, watching with a twinkling eye as his baby grasps his thumb with its tiny hand... adorable

And if your kids inherited his eyes, his star shaped pupils that his ancestors passed down to him...He’s gonna get emotional

Everyone at the knights’ headquarters and the Angel’s Share will get sick of him REALLY fast cause he won’t stop bragging about how cute and smart his kids are lmao

Diluc:

Diluc would be such a soft dad don’t even get me started

He loves you so much of course he wants to have kids with you! Is that even a question?? He won’t be the one to bring it up unless he gets the feeling that you want kids but once you ask, he’ll agree so fast

He’ll be grateful to even have one kid with you :’) and he’ll be fine with however many kids YOU want. You want one kid? Perfect! You want four? No problem, the manor is big enough for ten! You...you want ten...? Time to hire some more maids then lmao

Diluc is a worry wart though, he’ll be afraid to hold the baby, feed it, bathe it, he’s terrified of hurting the baby or the baby suddenly hating him. So just help him out!! Cause when he gets comfortable with the baby, he’ll be in full dad mode

He isn’t embarrassed to walk around the manor, conducting business with a baby strapped to his chest!

Diluc is a very kind, gentle dad who will always offer helpful solutions to the kiddos’ problems. He’ll make sure all of their needs are met while also trying to avoid spoiling them... Too much... There will be a fair amount of spoiling...

His own father wasn’t too affectionate with him so that’s why he’ll be affectionate with his kids! Hugs and kisses when he tucks them in at night, big dad hugs when they get home from school, holding their hands in the busy streets of Mondstadt. His father was a great dad! He just aims to be better.

Xiao:

Like Zhongli, he worries about the mortality thing. Since he’s an Adeptus, his kid will certainly be an Adeptus too if you have kids together.

He also worries that his kid(s) will hate him. His duty is to kill demons which means that rain or shine, holidays, special occasions, day or night he’s gotta be ready to go slaughter demonic beings. So he’ll inevitably miss out on important stages in the kiddos’ lives

And admittedly... He’ll be scared of his kids lmao

They’re screaming, crying, barfing, pooping, laughing, screaming again...He can’t predict their behavior. It’s unsettling. All of that goes away one night when you sit him down and place your sleeping baby in his arms. His eyes go wide...And he just watches. This tiny, little baby...Feels no fear for him. It’s comforted by his presence. He almost cries...ALMOST

He’s still pretty much the same Xiao we all know and love but now he has a kid. “Slaying demons is what I do...Hey, go back inside and finish your dinner. Yes, even your vegetables. I don’t care that you don’t like them-...Fine. Don’t tell your mother, bring them to me. I’ll eat them” cute :)

He’s a protective dad and husband, he’d never let anyone or anything harm his beloved family

Venti:

Venti....does not want kids. He thinks they’re cute! He likes the idea of kids but he knows he wouldn’t enjoy actually having kids

You two already have so much fun together!! You don’t need a kid!! You guys have dogs!! Dogs are like kids! But they’re more independent and they’re cuter!

He’ll feel bad if you want kids and he doesn’t, he really will! But it’ll be nearly impossible to convince him cause he’s made his mind up :/

Venti’ll make it up to you somehow though, he’ll take you out more and show you all of the adventures you guys can have if there aren’t kids around

But for the sake of fatherhood headcanons, let’s pretend he gave in. Venti would be a very caring dad. He would cuddle the hell out of this kiddo and sing to them :’) the only problem is that Venti doesn’t like being tethered to one place for too long so he tends to take off and not come back for a few days... :(

Albedo:

Albedo wants kids mostly just to see what fatherhood would be like. He’s always been curious about what that part of his life would be like so why not have a kid

He’d be good with one kid, two at most cause after practically raising Klee, he knows how some kids can be and...He doesn’t have the mental capacity for more than two kids at a time lmao

He tries his best to show more emotion in his face. We all know he usually sits like this 😐 and goes ‘wow im so happy right now’. If you didn’t know him, you’d think he was bored out of his mind right? So he’s gotta work on that. And when he musters up a smile for the baby and it smiles back at him????? Yeah...He’s gonna try to smile a lot more now

He definitely softens up once he becomes a dad, he shows emotion more than he used to and surprisingly, he takes time off of work. Shocker, I know! He decides that he’s been in the lab long enough and that he wants to be able to be there for these moments with you and his kid(s) :’) :’) He trusts Sucrose and Timaeus to take over for him for a couple hours

He keeps a journal for each kid and writes down the date and time they have their firsts or just interesting things they do ->

- 8/4: Baby sees and plays with a cat for the first time

- 9/5: Baby smacked me in the face and laughed so hard she threw up

-9/12: Baby learns that pulling my hair gets my attention. She now continues to do so

-10/15: Baby stays at Aunt Klee’s house for the first time

Baizhu:

Baizhu really loves kids, he works with them a lot and he considers Qiqi to be his daughter anyway but in terms of you guys having a kid together, with his condition he can probably only handle one kid running around

He will do his absolute best to be a good dad. Even if he feels like death, he’ll help change diapers, feed the baby, care for it when you need a break. He isn’t contagious so when you’re sleeping and he feels gross, he’ll sit back against the pillows with the baby on his chest, the three of you resting together (though he doesn’t fall asleep...that would be dangerous for the baby)

Baizhu already tends to nag at you about your health and lifestyle choices but now?? He’ll be a menace. He’ll be constantly evaluating your baby’s condition, checking to see if a certain food is giving them a rash or making sure their skin isn’t drying out. He’s hyper aware of your baby’s health and will be the one to treat them if they get sick

He’s a busy guy since he runs the pharmacy but he will always do his best to be present for your baby’s big milestones! And when your kid cries cause Baizhu’s medicine tastes like shit, he’ll do his best to not be disappointed in their reaction lmao

When you leave him alone with the baby, he’ll wrap a scarf around himself to tie the baby to his chest while he works and...he looks so cute :) dad baizhu <3 <3 <3 <3

☆ Ran’s teasing was probably the reason why he ended up confessing in the first place. Finally got ticked off with his brother, Rindou would just go fuck it and stomp to wherever you are.

☆ Acted as if his feelings were simple and nothing, just dismissively telling you that he likes you and wants to go out together and it doesn’t matter if you agree or not; but deep inside, he’s just screaming curses in repeat.

☆ Ran most definitely stalked the two of you on dates before. He also most definitely texted Rindou what to say on certain moments.

(i think you're the same one who sent me the first ask before so if you are, hi again! hope you're doing well :) i'm glad my post rekindled your zutara obsession but just remember that it's perfectly okay to take some time away from zk and fandom if you need to! it doesn't mean you love them any less, you just need a break for a little bit to refresh yourself. burnout is no fun for anyone!

i always like to go for modern zutara fics if i'm getting a little overwhelmed, because it feels so light and easy. nothing like reading about two fools falling in love in a tea shop to rejuvenate the heart <3

i've already talked a bit about my other zk headcanons here but i literally never shut up about them so if you want married/family zutara, i'm more than happy to deliver:

- when they get married, they agree to dress in red and blue for their respective nations, but secretly plan to surprise the other by turning up in their color. katara gets a dress in beautiful crimson and accented silver and zuko gets robes of sea blue with gold edges, and when they finally see each other on their wedding day all they can do for a full second is stare in awe. when the astonishment wears off, they're instantly in each other's arms, somewhere between smiling and crying and whispers of you didn't have to - / i wanted to.

- speaking of their wedding day, neither of them stop smiling through all of it. sokka and toph eventually vow to stop looking at either of their faces because it's far too disgusting (sparky, i can literally feel your lovesick grin all the way over here)

- katara starts a number of healthcare and education initiatives in the fire nation. she establishes the first waterbending school, and soon expands to schools of all the bending disciplines. together, she and zuko also begin mixed-bending schools, where students from any background can study bending techniques from all four nations. it's from this initiative that the idea of republic city first originates

- the entire gaang makes it a point to meet at ember island at least once a year. it's during one of these reunions, four years after they begin dating, that zuko proposes to katara on the beach where he first gained her forgiveness

- zuko doesn't propose with a different betrothal necklace. i don't think he would ever want her to take hers off, so he either gets her a second pendant to attach below her mother's, or goes with something altogether different (i kinda like the thought of matching armbands or daggers)

- the turtleduck pond becomes their go-to place after a long day. they both plop down on the grass and feed the turtleducks, and it usually ends up with one of them having their head in the other's lap

- one of their first priorities is the orphanages in the capital, severely overwhelmed and under-funded after the hundreds of fathers and mothers lost to the war. the fire lord and lady come to know every child there by name, and the royal palace is always open to them when they need it. the long, empty hallways ring with the sound of laughter and so it happens that, long before they ever have their biological children, zuko and katara become parents

- zuko loves doing izumi and kya’s hair. they alternate between fire nation and water tribe hairstyles and he asks katara to teach him swt styles so he can make sure to do their hair loopies just the way they like them. it soon becomes a common occurrence to see the fire lord with one of his daughters in his lap during a meeting, braiding while he talks 

- zuko is afraid that his children might see him as a monster because of his scar. he ends up crying in katara’s arms the day kya fits her tiny palm to her father’s cheek, the way her mother did all those years ago, and calls him pretty. when their parents finally sit them down to tell them the truth behind the scar, the entire family ends up squeezed in one another’s arms on the floor

- the day izumi first bends blue fire, zuko and katara don't sleep all night. their dreams are haunted with manic laughter and broken screams, and as much as they know sweet, happy izumi, loved all her life and raised in peace, will never be driven to where azula was - they can't help but worry. katara's fingers trace the scar on zuko’s chest until dawn

- they train their children together, teaching them both firebending and waterbending forms to adapt to their own disciplines. neither of them are prepared when izumi finally asks about lightning and it's azula, of all people - a softer, healthier azula, fiercely protective of her nieces - who helps. it's the day izumi asks her for a demonstration that princess azula bends lightning for the first time since the agni kai

- their third child is a surprise, coming nearly seven years after izumi and kya. iroh turns out to be a non-bender, but after extensive training with the blue spirit, aunt mai, aunt ty lee, aunt suki and uncle sokka, he can't be anything less than lethal - even more so than his sisters. his parents often thank the spirits that he inherited his namesake's even temper and jovial nature

- it becomes rumored that the fire lord and fire lady are blessed by the spirits. what other explanation could there be, after all, for the multiple sightings of the blue spirit and painted lady in various villages and towns across the fire nation, always coinciding with royal visits? (the avatar strongly agrees, having claimed to converse with said spirits themselves)

- when zuko and katara retire it is with one of the most successful reigns in fire nation history, having established the golden era of peace and love zuko promised in his very first speech as fire lord. they leave behind a legacy as the most beloved fire lord and fire lady in hundreds of years

Do you think you could do a fic or headcanons (either/or it doesn’t matter to me!) about a reader who grew up with the Sinclair boys and her and Vincent were really close as kids, but she moved away for a couples years, but her and Vincent kept in touch via letters and like,, reader comes back to visit her old friends and her and Vincent are reunited and it’s happy/emotional reunion?? Sorry it’s too weird or specific, hope it makes sense 😭😭

Vincent Sinclair reuniting with a childhood friend who had kept in touch with letters:

You had grown up with the Sinclair brothers but had always been closer to Vincent.

You were one of the few people that Bo tolerated and didn’t instantly snap at. Lester liked you a lot, mostly likely because you were one of the only other kids around the twins’ age and you spent so much time with the three of them.

But it was always you and Vincent that were together. You were inseparable. You spent so much time together that you probably spent more time at his house than your own.

You were also his only friend outside of his brothers. He mostly kept to himself anyway but you had introduced yourself with a smile and been nothing but friendly. 

Best friends ever since.

The day your family moved away and you had to go with them, Vincent’s heart broke. His closest and only friend was leaving...and he might never see you again.

It wasn’t long before the first letter arrived in Ambrose, addressed to Vincent. He couldn’t help but smile when he saw it was from you, just telling him that your family had settled into your new home, that it was nice but you missed him already.

He wrote back instantly.

And the letters continued to go back and forth over the years.

You kept each other updated on your lives, Vincent would tell you how Bo and Lester were doing. You hated that you couldn’t be there when their parents died, when your friend needed you the most. Even through letters, you confided in each other.

It was almost like you never left except...you still missed each other dearly. The delay between letters was still far too long for you both to go without communicating.

Eventually you learned to drive, became independent, got your own car.

You were sitting down to read Vincent’s latest later when the idea came to you. Nothing was stopping you from returning to Ambrose now...

Your next letter was shorter, telling Vincent that you were coming to visit but you weren’t sure if you or the letter would reach him first.

You sent the letter off, packed your bags, jumped into your car, and started your journey back to Ambrose.

You did beat your letter to the little town.

When you drove into town, Bo was the one to greet you. 

He didn’t recognise you at first but quickly realised who you were. He was surprised to see you, asking what the hell you were doing here, but still seemed to be somewhat happy to see you.

Bo knew why you were here, if you were here for one of them, it would be Vincent.

He told you that his brother was up at the house, telling you to just go up and he’ll catch up with you once he’s done in the garage.

You headed up to the house, letting yourself inside like Bo told you too. 

“Vincent!” you called Vincent’s name but got no response.

“Vincent, are you here? It’s Y/n” you wandered into the living room, smiling at the old framed photos of the young boys you recognised. “I, uh...I came to visit but I think I got here before my letter did” you called out into the possibly empty house.

Maybe he wasn’t here...probably at the wax museum, you mused to yourself.

You were about to leave the house and head to the museum but stopped when you heard movement, the sound of somebody coming down the stairs.

Suddenly feeling strangely nervous, you turned to face the door. 

You couldn’t help but smile when Vincent stepped into the doorway. He was taller and broader now, his hair even longer than you remembered, but he still wore a similar mask. You had been the only person he would take it off around...

“Hi, Vincent” you knew that your face must have lit up when he came into the room but you didn’t care to hide it. “You’re taller...that’s not fair, you were already so much taller than me” you laughed softly to yourself.

Vincent just stared at you, a mix of disbelief and utter awe. You were back, you were really here...for him?

“I missed you, Vincent...” you confessed.

Vincent nodded, his silent way of telling you that the feeling was mutual.

You smiled as you walked up to him, him moving to meet you half way. You lent up to wrap your arms around his neck and he instantly wrapped his arms around your waist.

Vincent buried his face in your hair. God, he had missed you so much. Other than his brothers, you were the only person he ever had, and he couldn’t deny that he had felt very lonely without you.

You clung to each other shamelessly. It was no secret how much you missed each other, the two of you had been honest about that in your letters.

But Vincent held onto you like he was scared to let go. Like, if he let go, you would just disappear.

You had all the time in the world so you were quite content just staying like this with him for a while. Then the two of you could properly catch up.

Bo will tease you for coming all of this way just for them, even if he knows it was mostly for Vincent.

When Lester comes up to the house, he is surprised to see you there but still pulls you into a hug, asking when you got here and asking why nobody told him sooner.

You loved all of your boys but it was Vincent that you stayed up with all that night, glad to be reunited, until you finally passed out on against his shoulder. 

Vincent could cry from how happy he was to see you here, to know that you really had missed him as much as he missed you. He hoped that you wouldn’t have to leave, he couldn’t go through that pain again, he couldn’t experience that pain again. 

But you didn’t plan on leaving any time soon. You had spent so much time a part and you had to make up for all of that. 

After all, Ambrose was your home, the Sinclairs were your family, and Vincent was your best friend.

Love Island Season 2 - Who really stayed mates headcanons!

Because Chelsea’s MurDeR Mystery was trash and destroyed so many characters I thought I’d share my realistic head canons for what islanders would actually keep in touch after the villa.

First the couples! (If your MC isn’t dating one of them of course)

Gary and Lottie would give it a go and stay together for maybe 6 months. It would be mostly physical with not a lot of communication. They would travel together and she would meet his nan but ultimately they’d realize they just don’t vibe as well in the real world. They’d both be petty on Twitter but eventually get over it. They’re friendly at reunions even though Lottie would probably try to put a curse on in him in a state of bitterness, Gary prefers to talk a little shit and then move on. I imagine they’re always friendly in person but it’s always a little tense.

Noah and Hope would last at least a year after the villa. They would spend some time traveling and enjoying their time together but ultimately break up because their plans for the future are just to different. They’re the type of exes to like and comment on each other socials for years even if they don’t talk outside of that. I really think they’d have a mature breakup once outside the villa. They’re grateful for the time they spent together and while it might be a little awkward at first they’re happy for each other finding what they really want in life.

Jo and Ibrahim would break up less than a month after leaving the villa. They rushed into things and as soon as they were on the outside they would start to overwhelm each other. I could see them having a bit of messy breakup just because they both suck a communicating.

Marisol and Graham wouldn’t last a week tbh. They might enjoy the physical aspects for a couple days but Marisol would put a stop to it fairly quickly. She was into the idea of Graham liking her but didn’t actually like Graham that much. Graham would be probably try and get super serious as soon as they left but we all know they had nothing in common. It would ultimately end super awkwardly.

Now some friendly hcs

Hope and Marisol would become super close friends after the villa. They’re both super career oriented women who found a lot of confidence on Love Island. I could see them getting weekend drinks, meeting coworkers and catching each other up on all their gossip. Maybe even planning girls trips together so they can take a break from their demanding careers. I also don’t see either of them staying in touch with any of the other girls either! (Except the MC of course. If Marisol married MC than I imagine the two of them would both stay really close to Hope and would eventually plan double dates with Hope and her new boyfriend *cough Lucas*)

Priya and Bobby would stay bros. They don’t see each other that often but Bobby is the first to text Priya whenever he’s traveling or close to where she lives. Concerts, pub-hopping, silly cooking classes, pretty much anything wild and goofy they’ll end up doing when they’re together. They have a truly platonic relationship and tell each other alot. Priya has even had guys get really insecure about her friendship with Bobby but some people just can’t accept that men and woman can be just good friends.

Ibrahim, Gary, and Bobby would try and stay mates but I don’t think they would vibe well with each other’s friend groups back home. Gary would try to bring them out with his friends but Rahim would get quiet and feel left out while Bobby would get to silly. They still grab the occasional pint and would plan an adventure golf trip when they get a free weekend. Gary would definitely be the first one to comfort Rahim after his breakup with Jo though.

Lottie and Hannah would have the fakest friendship after the villa. Not because they don’t like each other but I just think they’d try to overcompensate by acting closer than they really are on social media. In reality they would constantly make plans to hang out but never do it, until they just stopped talking entirely. Lottie would get petty about this and write some pointed tweets.

Lucas and Hope ok hear me out. They had so much in common and if it wasn’t for Noah, Hope could have had something with him. They both enjoyed the finer things in life but knew money wasn’t everything. She was independent and career-oriented, which he loved while he was a gentleman that knew how to be show his softer side. Some time after Nope breaks up, Lucas would reach out to her on Instagram to see if they want to catch up. Marisol would take it upon herself to play matchmaker and it would surprisingly turn out great. They’d be embarrassed that their friends tried to set them up but once they got to be alone they would realize just how much they really have in common now that their out of the villa.
