Love of My Afterlife's The Good We Do Event

Hello all! I will be offering two fic commissions for Dead Boy Detectives as well as Britpicking via the Love of My Afterlife Server’s The Good We Do event.

The fics will be in exchange for donations made by supporters to either WAVE (Women Against Violence Europe) or Women’s Law. Both of these organisations work to support and initiate change for everyone impacted by Domestic and Intimate Partner Violence.

Commission information

$25 to either organisation: Cheers! I’ll write you a fic that up to 3,000 words in length based on the character or a ship of your choice and a keyword. Fic rating up to Teen.

$50 to either organisation: An even bigger cheers! Give me a character or a ship of choice, and a prompt. I will write at least 5,000 words based on your idea. Fic rating up to Teen.

$75 to either organisation: The biggest cheers to you! This tier includes NSFT/Explicit content if you would like. If you aren't into NSFT, you can use a general prompt. I will write at least 7,000 words based on your ideas.

$100 to either organisation: You are a diamond! I will write a 9,000 word fic from a prompt of your choice. Prompts can be NSFT or not.

I'm British with sound knowledge of queer UK history from the Victorian period to present. World War One and (sub)cultures of the 1980s in Britain are also specific interests of mine.

Work will commence once I am sent proof of donation, e.g. a screenshot of your donation receipt email.

It's honestly hilarious to me how none of us just stopped to think 'wait, something is definitely wrong with this girl, wtf' when Niko first appeared behind fluffy clouds and rainbow lights, and instead just shrugged it off as Crystal being a raging lesbian, the biggest queer stonks of all time

it’s heartbreaking but dead boy detectives is still my favourite show of all time, and i just want to say that i’m so grateful for the community that bond many and many amazing, creative and loving people together 🤎

this show single-handedly ended my year long artblock and became a source of inspiration during these few months, and of course I would not like to let it go so easily I will continue to create 🔎✨

I need Crystal to casually mention something about a relationship with a girl in front of the boys, and then Charles is like "Wait, I thought you liked guys?" and then Crystal says, "Oh, I'm bisexual, I like both" and Charles is like "YOU CAN DO THAT?????" because I saw someone mention that bisexuality was not widely known in the 80s, so Charles might not even know that you can be bi.

And naturally this is followed by Charles having a bi crisis.
