I really like this version of Zero! I don't care that the plastic yellowed. The ears rotate! He just seems so much closer to authentic than the chibified short-snooted modern merch.

I just put him on a random hot pink Barbie table base that I had out at the time. His head is hollow and the base fit right in there 😅 A clear one will be better.

Non-Hazbin Hotel characters that are better than Vaggie

I don't actually hate Vaggie that much as I do with Charlie and Alastor, I just find her character very very bland (basically Homura Akemi but bland). Like, she literally has no chemistry with the other characters, including Charlie. Vivienne Medrano is horrible at writing relationships, especially platonic and familial relationships. Not to mention her name is after a uhh you know (I immediately guess what her name is when I first saw her back when the pilot became a thing.)... Which is INCREDIBLY INSULTING TO WOMEN BECAUSE THAT JUST REINFORCES SEXISM TOWARDS THEM. Women are more than just their bodies. Vivienne Medrano is such a massive disgrace to women. No, not just women, to humanity.

One more thing I have to say, snakes are not slimy Vaggie.

Wire eyelashes achieved.

Drilled super tiny holes along the upper lid. Messed up the paint so scraped it off then masked off the eyes with silly putty and airbrushed them off white to start over.

I scrumbled up the bottom of each bent wire eyelash plug and then hotglued them on the inside to hold everything in place.

So I had also messed up the eyes previously when trying to place the little iris dots. Then it occurred to me that I could leave the eyes blank white. And then use tiny bits of paper or maybe play doh to stick onto them in whatever placement I want and move them as I please.

So paper circles didn't work out cause I can't cut them circular / symmetrical that tiny. My hole punch is way too big. I haven't tried like play doh yet. I would really love a black poster tac but I don't see that existing anywhere?

Oh and I have the wig cap painted and ready for wefts when I get brave enough. Though dollsahoy pointed out that people sew actual hair fibers too, so thread really should hold at least as good as hairs, and that made me feel better about the whole prospect.

Frankie really does look like the child of Jack and Sally (especially first wave G1 Frankie and G3 core refresh).

I originally took these last Christmas, and shortly afterwards the tree fell on them while I was trying to unplug the lights... :)
