Nick had sideburns and freckles. He was the equivalent of a grumpy, sarcastic Clark Kent. The kindness stayed tho. He also had a prosthetic arm which, coincidentally, is on the same side of his more skeletal hand {Is that how you address Nick's fuckin. Broken arm??? Is it broken or just missing the silicon.}

Yes, you read that right GLaDOS is in this FO4 post. If you're wondering why, I've invented the weirdest fucking crossover headcanon ever. Nicholas, DiMarco, and Gladys. Don't question it, they're siblings. because I can. Also, they all had weird accents so people actually thought their names were Dima and Glados. Nick's name was common enough that people knew that was his name. lucky.

Gladys has these birthmarks along her back and arms that imitate her uh. little spine things and wires? yeah, I don't know what the fuck they are. She also has a big blotch in the middle of her face which looks like her, you guessed it, canon hm. head? Monitor? man I don't fuckin know.

Dima looks pretty much the same as Nick, just without the sideburns and he's much lankier and taller. His freckles almost fully cover his face and body, mostly the joints. And although Nick's are abundant as well, his have much less coverage. His nose is also a little more curved, slightly crooked. He likes sweater vests and turtlenecks. bapy.

Certainty

If there was something y/n had always known, was the fact that Nicholas Clark was one of the most important person of her life. With the outbreak of the zombies epidemic she had lost her mother and Nick officially became her whole world. He was a certainty.

Getting used to the fact that her mother was gone was the worst part, but having the chance to live with the Clarks and being treated as part of their family was a blessing. She had been Nick's best friend since they were kids and Madison ended up considering her as a daughter too.

There was nothing y/n and Nick had not shared while growing up together, so when Alicia told y/n that Nick needed her, she immediately ran to him.

Y/n knocked at his door and he didn't answer, so she sighed. "Nick, it's me." She whispered from the other side of the door. It took Nick just a second to stand up, he walked to the door and slowly opened it. Y/n widened her eyes: Nick's eyes were watery and his cheek was purple. She immediately stepped inside and closed the door at her back. "Let me look at you." She commanded while raising his face and staring at it, he shook his head. "I'm okay, y/n." He lied and looked away.

Y/n tilted her head. "Who did this?" She asked and he sighed, his hand massaging his forehead. "My mum." He answered. Y/n widened her eyes, a gasp escaping her lips. "Madison?! But why..." She asked, her voice a whisper.

Nick bit his lower lip and shook his head. "It doesn't matter." He said and took her hand in his, a gesture that was pretty familiar to y/n: he used to do it when he needed comfort. Nick was in love with her and he had been for years, he just never managed to summon up enough courage to tell her; then he became an addict and he started to think that she deserved so much better by her side.

Y/n looked at him. "It matters to me." She insisted and caressed his hand, he nervously chuckled. "If I tell you, you're going to think that I'm a disaster." He joked and she shook her head. "Nick, I've never judged you." She reminded him, at it was true. Even though she had suffered immensely for his addiction, she never even once made him feel like a failure. He looked at her in shame, his eyes filled with regret. "I was stealing morphine from one of Liza's patients, Hector. She slapped me. He is dying and I was stealing his morphine, how noble, uhm?" He nervously joked but y/n knew him: he was deeply sorry. She squeezed his hand with hers and put the other under his chin to raise his head. "Hey, look at me," she said and he finally looked at her. "You're suffering, you just wanted some relief. Was it a good thing to do? No. Does this make you a bad person? Also no." She said and he shook his head, a frustrated chuckle escaping his lips. "How do you do this?" He asked. She frowned. "Do what?" She said and he shrugged. "Always seeing the best in me." He concluded. For a moment, y/n didn't know what to say. She did not have an answer, then she realized: in that moment, standing right there in front of him, after years of emotional confusion, she finally knew it.

"Because I love you, Nick Clark." She whispered, her voice shaking and her eyes stuck into his. Nick froze, his body in tension and his hand stop caressing hers. He looked at her in total shock, his lips parted. Y/n widened her eyes, realising what she had done, and she shook her head in panic. "I mean, I... Oh my... I just--" she tried to say but he interrupted her. "You love me?" He asked, finally saying something.

Y/n hesitated and thought that she could have lied and could have told him that she meant in a friendly way or something like that, but there was no point anymore in pretending. She took a deep breath. "This is a weird world, Nick, and maybe there is no time for love, but I love you. I could die tomorrow, I could turn into a zombie, as my mother did..." She paused, tears pinching her eyes. "I could lose you and lose my mind and I don't want to think about this moment in the future and regret the fact that I haven't been honest. I do, I love you, and even if you see me as your best friend, I--" he stepped closer to her. "I love you too, I've loved you since we were kids." He spit it out, all at once, without even taking a breath.

It was her time to freeze in shock. She looked at him while opening her mouth. "W-why haven't you told me?" She asked, her arms automatically crossing over his shoulders. He looked at her, eyes filled with tears. "Because I'm a mess and you deserve the world. I'm an addict, I'm egoistic, I'm impulsive, I'm carelessness, I'm--" he tried to say but she put a finger on his lips. "Nick, you are my best friend and I know you since forever. I know your heart, I know you're kind, thoughtful, protective, sensitive." She said, her lips closer to his. He put his hands on her waist and stared at her, he looked torn. "What about the fact that we could die, turn into zombies, lose our minds?" He asked and she shook her head, her fingers tracing his cheekbone. "I want you." She said and he slightly smiled, his hands pulling her closer. "What about the fact that there is no time for love in this world?" He asked, his lips barely touching hers while his eyes kept travelling from her eyes to her lips and vice versa. She held her breath and looked at him. "Fuck everything, I just want to be with you!" She finally said and he crushed his lips on hers.

She gasped at the contact, it was totally new for her. Y/n was kissing her lifetime best friend and it couldn't be better: she parted her lips to let his tongue in while he squeezed her hips, his fingers digging into the fabric of her shirt. She ran her fingers through his long hair and smiled on his lips, her body attached to his and their heartbeats one against the other. He took a breath. "You can't imagine how long I've been waiting for this, how many times I had to force myself not to kiss you. I've been watching you growing up next to me, I've shared so much with you, I've been dating girls to try not to think about you and I've been tearing myself apart every time you dated someone. I've hated myself for letting you down when you found out about my addiction and every time I went to rehab, it was just because I had you. All of this for this moment and I would do it again for you, because I love you." He whispered out of breath, she smiled while sweetly caressing his cheek, careful on his bruise. "Never again. I'm yours, Nick, I've always been." She reassured him, her voice soft. He smiled as if he had just realized and kissed her again.

Jackie & Eric, the romantic headcanons…

(Because it’s been a rough week for me, and I’ve been meaning to post this for awhile now <3)

- They love going to the movies together, and have long debates about whatever they’ve just seen on the ride home from the theatre. Their tastes may vary, but there’s a lot of films they mutually dislike.

- Jackie helps Eric set up / decorate his classroom every year, and she always offers to chaperone the school dances with him.

- In turn, Eric often listens to Jackie’s work related rants. He sits through a lot of concepts for kitchens, living rooms, etc. And, because of this, learns the difference between periwinkle and baby blue.

(He learns a lot of other colors, too, but that’s the one that always sticks out to him the most.)

- They’re insanely competitive. Monopoly is their favorite board-game, followed closely by Clue. And, as far as cards go, they both like Poker and Uno. They can get BRUTAL whilst playing against each other.

- But, on the flip side, if you’re against them as a team? Their competitive spirits blend together, and they become an annoyingly hard to beat duo.

- They love rollerskating together, and that transfers into a love of ice skating during Winter. Jackie says she can skate circles around Eric, but he gives her a run for her money. By cheating, as he pulls her into a hug. She doesn’t mind it, though. And, instead? His attempts at foul play are met with laughter.

- They leave notes for each other around the house, ranging from sappy sweet to important reminders.

- And, in particular, Eric leaves notes for Jackie in the morning because he gets up super early for work.

- Christmas is their favorite time of year, followed closely by spring. They love decorating together, and putting up ornaments is always their favorite.

- Jackie makes Eric put up the Christmas lights and will often direct him on how to arrange them from the ground. And his efforts are always rewarded with hot chocolate and an appreciative kiss to the cheek.

- Neither one of them can stand country music.

- Spin hugs, lots of spin hugs.

- They do matching couples costumes on Halloween, but debate for ages every year on what to go as. Eric always suggests something “nerdy” while Jackie’s are more theatrical. But one of them (usually Eric) ends up bending. She has her moments, though. Like the year they went as Clark Kent and Lois Lane, and another time as Han Solo and Princess Leia.

- They share a mutual love of Journey and Air Supply. Eric claims “Lost in Love” is their song together.

- They’d attempt home renovations together, and fail miserably. Jackie is far more handy than Eric, but she still can’t tackle everything on her own. And he’d try to help, the best he could, even if that means mostly standing back on the sidelines.

- Their favorite names for future kids are Lucas, Daniel, Nathan, and Nicholas for boys. And then Diana, Grace, Katherine, and Nicole for girls.

- They both like cartoons, and their ultimate favorite (especially while high) is Scooby Doo. But, in the 90s, they’d love the Powerpuff Girls with their kids.

- She steals his sweaters, in order to make them look better, and because they smell like him. They just need a bit of sprucing up! (Just like he did, before he met her!) Jackie usually pairs them with a belt, and he can’t deny she wears them better than he does.

Okay... them pratting about in A Quiet Night In is just Reece and Steve. Literally crawling about a floor, miming to each other. That was basically behind the scenes of TLoG as an episode of IN9 😂

Just them hanging out playing board games and drinking in Tom and Gerri sounds like their Friday nights, no cap. I feel like they'd crack open some booze and just have a wild time playing Scrabble or something.

Mr Warren and Mr Clarke definitely have a bit of truth between them because Reece is just miserable all the time and hates everyone so I feel like Steve gets a bit fed up of it from time to time 🤭

Jim and Pat in Nana's Party. Hear me out because I am not about to talk about the er... 'Countdown videos'. I don't know, they're comfortable around each other so I feel like that chemistry is natural for them. Just talking in a family setting is normal

Archie and Malcolm in The Bill. This is mainly just because they've known each other for a while, but they have absolutely argued over who's paying the bill before at a dinner. They're both so polite, I feel like it would get heated 😂

Kenneth and... um... the other guy in Private View. They don't interact too much but I think Steve has absolutely dragged Reece to a museum or gallery before. Or it might really be the other way around. I don't know who hates the pretention (pretentiousness?) more.

Tommy and Len in Bernie. Knowing each other for years, doing a comedy show together when they were younger, COMEDIC ACTORS. These two are SO Steve and Reece, it's actually scary. I really feel Reece is an emotional person and used the idea of Steve dying to really bring out those tears here. Like, Christ. This episode is way too real.

Nick and Keith in Tempting Fate. Their interactions are so lovely (until the end, oops) and it's quite accurate to Steve and Reece's friendship. Reece is kind of an enigma, which ties in with Nick's degree in folklore and mythology. Reece looks up to Steve, I think, because Steve deals with all of his little flaws and imperfections. sOrry self-indulgence ahh

Trevor and Alex in Love's Great Adventure (can't even say the title without feeling embarrassed now, honestly 😭). But ahem... I really think that Reece has these little depressive outbursts sometimes, and Steve is always there to comfort him. So the scene in the kitchen is like... a representation of Steve being there and telling Reece that everything is alright.

Neville and the other bloke in Misdirection. You cannot tell me that Steve hasn't done something so mental that Reece had no idea how it was done. I know Reece is the magician but I feel like Steve is just so silly and would do something to purposefully piss him off. Like something that Reece would think about for days 😂

Thompson and Varney in The Stakeout. It's not the feeding scene, I swear. There's this apparent closeness between them, which I've described as a 'Danny and Nicholas in Hot Fuzz' type of relationship. Steve and Reece have that closeness, I feel.

Simon and Spencer in Simon Says. pLEASE hear me out 😂. It's how they're in proximity to each other and helping each other write, I feel like that's what it would be like. Just them... idk... making tea for each other and staying up God knows how late to get something done. You know?

James and... scary caravan man in Hurry Up and Wait. I cannot imagine now many takes this took because I can so see them both laughing at each other multiple times during this episode 😂. There was once a time when Steve and Reece were awkward around each other, I imagine. This is probably what it would feel like.

Mick and Brian from Proms. Again... hear me out 😂. Brian is bitter and angry, much like Reece. I can't help but feel Steve can help him calm down when he gets too mad. Okay, I've started mixing headcanons with reality but I really feel Reece has these angry outbursts (like Brian with the dagger) and Steve helps him yk.

In fact I default all of Simon’s characters as bi except for the following: Hector, but purely because Hector feels too much like a real person for me to comfortably hc a sexuality for him. Gary King is aro pan. Meredith Houseman is panro ace. Scotty is pan. (and Benji is gay ace, of course.)

Lexa rolled over, only to find the other half of the bed empty and cold. She furrowed her brow as she reached for her phone to check the time. It was still early evening and she had no text message apologies from Clarke saying she had to leave for whatever reason. She sat up and quickly scanned the room, a sigh of relief escaped her mouth when she saw the blonde’s purse still slung over the back of the chair in the corner.

She putzed around the room, taking her time getting dressed before she went in search of Clarke. Hazy from an afternoon of ravaging each other’s bodies and groggy from her nap, it took a few minutes for her senses to kick in. There was a delicious aroma wafting up into the bedroom: dinner. Lexa lazily made her way down the stairs and rounded the corner to the kitchen.

The sight in front of her brought a good kind of pang to her heart, a feeling that felt far and few between these days. Clarke, in the middle of Lexa’s kitchen, dressed only in Lexa’s silk robe, stirring various pots and pans on her stove top.

“What’s all this, chef?” the brunette joked from the doorframe.

Clarke looked up and smiled, “I wanted to make you dinner.”

“I thought we were getting takeout and watching Nicholas Sparks movies tonight?”

The blonde shook her head, “No. I’m making you dinner and we’re going to watch all the scary movies you want.”

Lexa raised a brow, “You hate cooking and you hate scary movies.”

Clarke shrugged, “But you love home-cooked meals and scary movies, and I love you. So that’s what we’re doing tonight.”
