A lot was different last night while walking around the outlet mall.

I understand I have Crohn’s, but if I just deal with the proper diet then am all right, the problem is I abuse myself with fudged sundae - at McDonald’s - and my body take time to get back to the right groove.

Health & Nutrition are things I promote, but you’d be surprised how unhealthy I get.

I think the problem was, when Dr. Johnson diagnosed me with depression, I knew how to defeat the illness, and that was by going out a lot.

But now that am on the country side, I really have to figure out which places are good for walking, and such.

Like I said, my outdoor walking at the outlet was different, because am unhappy again, and I have to find the way to be outgoing whether I go to the falls, or Walmart, just things that are “healthy”. Because I was taught to read books, and watch movies, but their dominance is some what imperfect, I think the best health is to be outside walking.

I’ll still social media my Niagara Falls life, I once again have free public parkings here at the Niagara Parks, so my plan is to walk these places. I also like gift shops, and I’ve been buying items for fun, or for my TheCudal vlog, so am not entirely lost in the woods.

When I was in “GTA”, I was a lot healthier, my mind was very strong then, and I basically didn’t have any mental illness, because I was going out a lot, and being in the town of Milton, other places were nearby. I was new to the game of “life”, because I was taught that these were the things that were going to make me happy. And there were be times am up till wee in the morning.

But here in St. Davids, the town is so small that there aren’t places to go. And being home all the time nag my depression, my parents doesn’t know this, and I feel so unfairly treated, because there’s so many restrictions on things that would prevent my illness. Am not saying that they mean bad towards me, it’s just a lack of understanding… And when I had my two rides from Toyota Sienna, and Hyundai Accent, I was basically unstoppable, I could go out in seconds. Now that am no longer a primary driver with our one SUV, I ended up calculating time. Am not saying that it’s bad here in St. Davids, the country side is actually very good financially, if you have money problems, live in a small town, the expenses are a lot cheaper.

Using my social media for proof here in St. Davids suffice that I still have this life, I have about four places I can hang out, and these are places I can use my social media.

Weekend getaway to Niagara Falls Summer 2020

This is related to my last entry, am basically typing because I don’t want to lose this selfie.

I also mentioned this on my vlog that my outgoing life is somewhat the same many times, because dealing with Crohn’s kinda’ changes thing.

Now with the weather gone with the polar vortex, temperatures should be warmer, and that it’s easier to walk outside.

My parents and I got free parking again at Niagara Falls, so hanging out at Clifton Hill are all possible.

I’ve stopped investing on my vlog, because things are just not working out for it. A lot of my plans for it failed, so that’s one social media down,

This year will be a different approach to all my platforms, and it’s just finding out how people react to it.

Last year, I bought all these items from the gift shop, and they were expensive, but the marketing ploy didn’t work, pun! 😀

So this time around will be different.
