Can I open Fallout without updating?

Like, is there any way? I heard the game keeps crashing more now, weapon debris causes issues, all mods are broken, I saw a video where they apparently updated the explosion at the beginning to be extremely pink, and I really don't want to lose the ability to play my OC because his entire look is made from mods.

I don't even think my PC has room for the update.

Can I use Vortex or the Script Extender to open it without updating? I don't have neither, but if so then I guess it's time to get them.

I heard you can with F4SE, but I need to get 7zip, but I have an issue where some sites don't want to load for a while, even Tumblr is one of them. It's like an internet issue.

I tried just opening Fo4 offline, and it still tries to update.

Spent the last week enjoying the new photo mode in the Witcher 3 next gen update. This game is so beautiful.

So they update The Witcher 3 😃 but the update (which took *ages* to download) now doesn’t work. So I revert back to the classic and the game still doesn't load... 😑

If anyone has any suggestions, I’m all ears! My Witcher 3 is currently unplayable, and I’m thinking of waiting until the devs fix the issue.

Being extremely invested in Albus Severus Potters characterisation in Cursed Child is maybe one of my worst decisions because good god I tremble everytime I read a next gen fic with him in it cause I KNOW i'll be put off if he's even slightly ooc. Like I'm TOO Interested in how his mind works and have made it very obvious in my posts, so if I read a fic and he says more than 3 things that I just know canon Albus wouldn't say I need to skim straight to the bottom, leave kudos, then click off or else I'll automatically log onto tumblr and rant about how I perceive him in a fit of sad rage.

So, that mission called All Hallow’s Eve that is a Creation Club Community Quest officially added to Fallout 4 — the terminal states that it was some disgruntled doorman who put the drugs in the ventilation system.

Once you’re in there, you kill all the party goers/ people who were members of the “New England Technocrat Society.” But his “confession” says it was some sort of experimental drug from “HalluciGen.”

Does that mean that gas coming out of the vents turned all those people into ghouls?! You can bet your ass HalluciGen made the shit Hancock took. Where else would he get it?!
